rooms were very comfortable. bed was good and it was nicew and central and quiet. Hard to get into when you have a car to unload but the guy was very helpful. I wish I was informed at time of booking reception and lift were under construction. other thanthat really nice room with lots of space.

The property has potential - however, they are presently doing renovations on their lifts which caused a few minor inconveniences. The entrance to the hotel was lined with all the dirty linen bags each day. There’s no onsite parking which was a bit of a headache as the car park used was extremely crowded and narrow making it challenging to navigate. There was also a lot of construction happening around the hotel ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT. My family barely slept and have honestly rested better camping. The hotel had a foul odour constantly and the linen smelt mouldy.

I really appreciated the central location of this place. The room was a small apartment. Each floor has laundry, $6 fee for wash or dryer. I travel alot so need the laundry facility. Walk outside to the main North/South street in Adelaide. Bus and tram right outside

Pas ma meilleure expérience... ascenseur en réparation créant de l’attente, travaux à l'intérieur de l'immeuble et à l'extérieur = le calme on oublie, pas possible de laver ses habits car les machines (toutes ???) sont en réparation. Staff were excellent. Room was modern and had everything I needed. Brilliant location for shoppping and dining options. Also close to a tram stop, which is handy. Parking is reasonably priced, although off-site. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back again.

The apartments were great. Good size, comfortable and clean. There is easy access to public transport, Rundal mall and the entertainment centre. BUT... Don't use their parking. I was broken into. It is not safe to leave cars there over night.

Nice location! Friendly staffs. Hotel reception under renovation but not noisy at all. Very comfortable stay. Only let them clean the room for one day but seems the housekeeping only changed the towel and empty the bins. Hairs still at bathroom and not tidy up the bedroom at all( although I ask them no need to change the bedsheets)

Great location, easy walking distance into main Adelaide shopping area and cafes etc. Mainly friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room, great shower and good air con. Main drawback was undesirable splashes on the tiles next to the loo that hadn’t been cleaned properly after the previous guest. This was rectified but greater attention to detail needed by cleaning staff. Overall, the location, spacious room etc and value for money are a draw card for me.

Beds and pillows were comfy. Layout of apartment and location was good. Floors were very dirty, carpets need a clean, our feet were black at the end of the day. Very noisy Friday and Saturday night, we were on level 7 and could still hear cars driving past.

It was late Saturday afternoon after a delayed flight from Sydney, and I got lost looking for the apartment due to the different road construction designs in Adelaide. It was a very tiring afternoon. When I arrived at the apartment, I received a warm and beautiful welcome from Ms Baruna, a genuine person who deserves recognition. The Quality Apartment lived up to its excellent reviews. I am not surprised, considering the price I paid. The room's interior design was exceptional, featuring all the necessary kitchen amenities and a relatively larger space compared to regular hotels. Most importantly, the location was great and easily accessible for business purposes. Again, Ms Baruna, thank you for the genuine welcome. Honestly, I genuinely believe you deserve to be promoted to manager; your natural ability to connect with people deserves recognition.

We would highly recommend this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and being in the city centre was convenient for shops and public transport. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Unfortunately my husband had a minor stroke during our stay and first I booked extra nights and then had to cancel them, which was done despite not being able to give 24 hours notice.

I was placed in a room that adjoins another without any heads up that the adjoining room will be also occupied. The adjoining room had a loud private party going (vaping smells wafting into my room) until 1.30am then a loud domestic argument between the remaining two in the adjoining room continued until 5.30am. There was screaming, yelling and abuse without any attempt to temper the volume in any way. There is NO OVERNIGHT STAFF so one is left to employ their own devices to regulate such disruptions at there own risk. After informing management in the morning regards the disruption and verbal abuse next door, interrupting sleep until 5.30am Management agreed to change my room however there was no offer to provide a refund or any form of compensation for a night of lost sleep and exposure to partying vaping and verbal abuse.

We were so thrilled with our stay. The staff were so very helpful. No question was too much. There was a bowl of fruit at reception to help yourself. The room was great. Large bed. Great wardrobe. Could separate the room with bifold doors. So one could watch tv if the other just wanted to read or rest. Right in the centre of main street. So great access to transport. No parking facilities. But there is some down a couple of blocks away. Has cooking facilities. Coles just down the road. Casino, railway station and theatre walking distance. When we left we pushed a button at reception. This alerted a taxi which arrived within 15 mins. To and from airport between $27 and $35 either way
