Superb !!!!! Two ideas: 1. Get proper corkscrews for the bar staff in the 'Blue Room'. 2. The breakfast clearing table (greeting table) by the door in the 'Breakfast Room' is VERY VERY untidy (maybe dirty) ....... this is disappointing.... because breakfast at Osborne is very good.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Excellent location … being just off main busy area. Lovely breakfast area with large selection of breakfast dishes. Enjoyed calling in at nicely appointed bar area at end of busy day !

The Osborne is located in a quiet residential area of Valletta. Not far from the busy tourist district, it is a nice escape from the city BUZZ. There is a park very close by with beautiful views of the harbor. Restaurants and shops are minutes away. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. My first room was very nice, but I had to change because the TV didn't work. The 2nd room was relatively small but had everything I needed. Breakfast was exceptional and included Mimosas—a nice treat. The restaurant serves breakfast only. The pool area is nice, but there is no pool bar, as indicated on Expedia. The staff is amiable and helpful. The front desk clerks can help with bookings and directions. I would stay here again.

Personale accogliente e gentile. Camera ottima anche se con finestra piccolissima e senza veduta. Bagno spazioso. Perfino bollitore in camera con thè infusi e caffè da degustare magari al sesto piano dove c'è terrazza panoramica con tavoli e sedie. Vicino al centro e alla fermata dei bus. Colazione non compresa nella camera e un po' cara ma abbondantissima con tanta scelta tra cose appena fatte uova becon formaggi salumi brioches frutra verdure torte.... LO CONSIGLIO

バレッタのバスターミナルへも徒歩5分程度、お店やレストランも近く、快適なホテルライフでした。屋上には小さなプールもあります。朝ご飯は毎日ほぼ同じでしたが、特に不満なくいただきました。備品はタオル類、シャンプー、コンディショナー、石鹸はありましたが、歯ブラシ、綿棒などはなし。ホテルの前のピザ屋さんは、とても美味しかったですです。

Everything was perfect for our stay. From check-in to breakfast to housekeeping, the staff were friendly and efficient. The spaciousness of our room, the amenities, and the good beds were very welcome. The buffet breakfast was vast, delicious, and unexpected. The rooftop pool was chilly, but it was delightful to sit in the sun up there. A small, but well-appointed gym was useful. Great location with many dining and shopping options nearby. If we return to Malta, this hotel will be our first choice, as it's an incredible value for money.

Emplacement et literie très bien. Par contre le monsieur a l'accueil n'est pas très aimable. Nous avions un problème avec la clim qui faisait énormément de bruit nous empêchant de dormir. Aucun geste commercial il s'en foutait carrément. Vous aurez juste le droit a une petite bouteille d'eau en arrivant à vous d'aller acheter un pack d'eau après car il n'y a pas d'eau a disposition (non potable). L'ascenseur de gauche s'éteint tout seul quand vous montez dedans (j'ai eu peur). Petit dej répétitif pas très qualitatif. Chambre petite surtout la salle de bain ou on peut apercevoir des moisissures. Et le placard sent le renfermé. Sinon le reste du personnel est très gentil et serviable. Vous êtes a à peine 10 min de la gare routière et il y a de très bon restos autour (surtout les italiens)

Första intrycket är mycket bra men ändras då man kommer in i det lilla rummet. Vid incheckningen så påpekades det att rummet hade en fantastisk utsikt vilket i och för sig stämde. Men med en badrumsdörr som inte gick att öppna fullt pga fuktskada som möglat och en luftkonditionering som var väldigt högljudd så bleknade värdet av utsikten. Det bästa med hotellvistelsen var frukosten som var varierande och fräsch. Tyvärr kunde vi bara äta den en gång då vi var tvugna att hinna med en färja på morgonen efter sista natten. Vi ville då ha återbetalning av kostnaden för sista frukosten men det gick inte alls och att vi skulle kunna få hjälpmen några smörgåsar eller dyligt var helt omöjligt. Portieren som hjälpte oss att boka en taxi pratade mycket men lyssnade sämre. Taxin som skulle köra oss till färjan trodde att vi skulle till flygplatsen vilket gjorde att vi nästan missade färjan. Hon vidhöll att portiern hade sagt att vi skulle till flygplatsen. Då vi hann blev det mer än irriterande passus men sammantaget med oviljan att lösa frukostproblemet och det undermåliga rummet är rekommendationen att välja ett annat hotell.

Hôtel très bien placé au cœur de la Valette, amabilité du personnel, chambre au calme, propreté irréprochable, petit déjeuner buffet très complet, protection Covid respectée par une distanciation des tables et mise à disposition de gel hydroalcoolique en plusieurs points de l’hôtel.

The Osborne was a great stay in malta. Centrally located in Valetta, we found that it was very easy to get anywhere on the island with a short walk to the bus depot. There were many nice restaurants and activities nearby for the evening when we wanted to stay closer to the hotel. As for the room itself, it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we found that we got great sleep as a result. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Another excellent and thoroughly enjoyable stay. All of the staff were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The hotel was spotless and the food top rate. Michael is a credit to the Hotel and a real pleasure to meet and seek advice. Cannot wait till our next visit.

Great location for easy access to all the beautiful sites, shopping and dining. The rooms were a bit warm and the lack of a real shower made for a wet situation every time I used the hand show with there being no shower curtain.

We just needed one night having stayed at the 3 cities and Gozo in the last 8 nights - wanted somewhere central, with a manned reception and where we could leave our luggage, given a late flight home at 10pm. Fatima was lovely when we arrived mid morning and left the bags. The room was large, comfortable and had a big bath. Next time we would definitely return and maybe use the bath! Fatima was lovely when we arrived mid morning and left the bags. The room was large, comfortable and had a big bath. Next time we would definitely return and maybe use the bath! Appreciated the water and drinks access in the room. Great location as so central yet so quiet. Definitely recommend the hotel and it seems competitively priced. Thanks :)

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. 500 Meter schon in der Hauptstraße in der Altstadt. Es ist teilweise etwas laut, aber eben normaler Lärm. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, das Frühstück ist spektakulär. Alle sind sehr nett, freundlich.

The Osborne was a great stay in malta. Centrally located in Valetta, we found that it was very easy to get anywhere on the island with a short walk to the bus depot. There were many nice restaurants and activities nearby for the evening when we wanted to stay closer to the hotel. As for the room itself, it was very clean and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we found that we got great sleep as a result. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Emplacement et literie très bien. Par contre le monsieur a l'accueil n'est pas très aimable. Nous avions un problème avec la clim qui faisait énormément de bruit nous empêchant de dormir. Aucun geste commercial il s'en foutait carrément. Vous aurez juste le droit a une petite bouteille d'eau en arrivant à vous d'aller acheter un pack d'eau après car il n'y a pas d'eau a disposition (non potable). L'ascenseur de gauche s'éteint tout seul quand vous montez dedans (j'ai eu peur). Petit dej répétitif pas très qualitatif. Chambre petite surtout la salle de bain ou on peut apercevoir des moisissures. Et le placard sent le renfermé. Sinon le reste du personnel est très gentil et serviable. Vous êtes a à peine 10 min de la gare routière et il y a de très bon restos autour (surtout les italiens)

Första intrycket är mycket bra men ändras då man kommer in i det lilla rummet. Vid incheckningen så påpekades det att rummet hade en fantastisk utsikt vilket i och för sig stämde. Men med en badrumsdörr som inte gick att öppna fullt pga fuktskada som möglat och en luftkonditionering som var väldigt högljudd så bleknade värdet av utsikten. Det bästa med hotellvistelsen var frukosten som var varierande och fräsch. Tyvärr kunde vi bara äta den en gång då vi var tvugna att hinna med en färja på morgonen efter sista natten. Vi ville då ha återbetalning av kostnaden för sista frukosten men det gick inte alls och att vi skulle kunna få hjälpmen några smörgåsar eller dyligt var helt omöjligt. Portieren som hjälpte oss att boka en taxi pratade mycket men lyssnade sämre. Taxin som skulle köra oss till färjan trodde att vi skulle till flygplatsen vilket gjorde att vi nästan missade färjan. Hon vidhöll att portiern hade sagt att vi skulle till flygplatsen. Då vi hann blev det mer än irriterande passus men sammantaget med oviljan att lösa frukostproblemet och det undermåliga rummet är rekommendationen att välja ett annat hotell.

Had a lovely few days at The Osborne. The staff on reception go above and beyond with advice on what to do and booking transfers to airport and excursion ticlets. The breakfast is very nice with a lot of choice. Location is perfect base as in central Valetta so very close to waterfront and also bus station with buses that can take you anywhere for 2 euros. Rooms clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a short stay in Valetta.

L'hotel è in ottima posizione, centrale, colazione internazionale, personale gentile ma purtroppo ci hanno truffato quando ci hanno chiesto di comprare un tour a Gozo. Abbiamo pagato 128€ chiedendo se il tour offerto comprendesse delle visite di nostro interesse, e ci è stato risposto di si, quindi abbiamo comprato il tour. Una volta arrivati, abbiamo scoperto che quelle visite non erano incluse, e si sono anche rifiutati di rimborsarci, abbiamo avuto la visita a Gozo rovinata.

Just back from a week in Malta and stayed at the Osborne. Very handy location, close to the bus terminal, restaurants, sights, ferries to Sliema and the Three Cities. Check in was quick and easy, staff were helpful with any enquiries I had.

Really loved this hotel - reception so welcoming, great location for both Valetta and exploring Malta with busses and boats. I arrived via bus with a suitcase in the dark, and it was easy to find in about 5 minutes. Lovely breakfast and loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms lovely decorated and bathrooms excellent.

Personale accogliente e gentile. Camera ottima anche se con finestra piccolissima e senza veduta. Bagno spazioso. Perfino bollitore in camera con thè infusi e caffè da degustare magari al sesto piano dove c'è terrazza panoramica con tavoli e sedie. Vicino al centro e alla fermata dei bus. Colazione non compresa nella camera e un po' cara ma abbondantissima con tanta scelta tra cose appena fatte uova becon formaggi salumi brioches frutra verdure torte.... LO CONSIGLIO

Everything was perfect for our stay. From check-in to breakfast to housekeeping, the staff were friendly and efficient. The spaciousness of our room, the amenities, and the good beds were very welcome. The buffet breakfast was vast, delicious, and unexpected. The rooftop pool was chilly, but it was delightful to sit in the sun up there. A small, but well-appointed gym was useful. Great location with many dining and shopping options nearby. We enjoyed this hotel. Nice room a good breakfast. Very close to the town centre around five min walk and 10 mins to main bus station from which you can get a bus to anywhere on the island. It is also a reasonable walk to the lift from which you can get the Gozo fast ferry. Although there was no evening meal available there are plenty of eating places along the same road as the hotel.
