Great location in the centre of Valletta. Very effective air conditioning which was appreciated. Breakfast choices quite limited. Pool ok for dipping but too small for swimming. Polite staff.

Lovely hotel with excellent customer service- the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. Having a pool at the hotel was great to cool down after hot days exploring and it was amazing having access to the rooftop pool at the sister hotel the Gomerino. The hotel's location is excellent and in walking distance to many great restaurants and sights. On our last day unfortunately the shower in the pool area was out of order and we were quickly offered access to the showers at the sister hotels so that we could shower and cool off before going to the airport. We would like to mention there was a slight confusion with the available facilities at the sister hotel- Palais Le Brun- but this was immediately resolved and we were kindly sent to the other property the Gomerino hotel where we could shower. I mention this only to praise the reception staff for their customer service and helpfulness. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return soon!

Everything was great, the breakfast is really good with menu-type service. Only thing I would change is the gym, the equipment is really old and not good to use, since I need to workout as a bodybuilder I always choose the hotel based on the gym so that would be a relevant point for me. Otherwise everything else was perfect! Staff really friendly as well :) kudos to the team at the breakfast!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Valletta, short walk everywhere (though hilly), pool is a plunge variety and not for swimming, bed and pillows very comfy, balcony very small, not wide enough for furniture, great view all the same, tea and coffee tasted weird (creamer ?off), would have liked a pod machine, however coffee with breakfast and breakfast exceptional, that is the only meal available in the restaurant too, the down side is that Hotel.com advertise a bar - there is no bar, well there is one that is open til 13.00 but only serves coffee!! So no 🍸🍹🍺 hay ho, we were directed to their sister hotel to use their roof terrace and bar, well I’ll not go into that as I’d say it’s an overstatement as there were no tables and chairs only sun beds. Hotel booked a taxi which they insisted I payed for in advance cash only - taxi driver said they had doubled the cost - that’s just cheeky!! Despite the downsides it was a nice hotel!

Can’t fault the hotel or facilities at this hotel and the brilliant location. The only complaint would be that there didn’t seem to be any food or snacks available after 10:30am, not even the bar.

Very convenient for Valetta but in a quiet street, staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of restaurant to hand. Room had a mini bar. The only slight con. Was no main bar in the hotel.

The staff were hospitable and and displayed great customer service skills. The breakfast was plentiful and had good variety.The hotel decor was modern with a twist of cultural mix in places. The only downside is the pool which was created from a previous underground well which is circular more like a plunge pool rather than a swimming pool.

Our stay at La Falconeria was absolutely wonderful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is so clean and well organized. The refrigerator and coffee station was refreshed each day. We loved the Maltese balcony in our room. When the windows were closed it was so quiet for a good might sleep.

Hotel sehr zentral gelegen, jedoch leider unhygienisch. Schimmel im Bad, an den Seifenspendern etc. Nach einer Übernachtung wollten wir aus diesem Grund auschecken, jedoch würde dies abgelehnt und wir zogen ein ein anderes Zimmer, was auch nicht viel hygienischer war. Mitarbeiterin Ruxandra unfreundlich. Mitarbeiterin am Empfang des Restaurants sehr sehr freundlich.

La Falconeria is sitiauted in an exellent position to be quiet but within an easy walkable distance to central Valletta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were very polite and friendly. Special thanks to Patricia for quickly sorting out an issue when we first arrived. Breakfast was all delicious with plenty of options and the restaurant was run with great efficiency

Lovely hotel, good size room. Had a slight problem with ants (when I mentioned it to reception they said that it happens in the summer and they would put down ant killer). So don't leave food or glasses containing sweet drinks in the room! We didn't see them again after we'd removed this. Small areas of damage in the room which I wouldn't expect from a 4* hotel - but on the whole the room was great. Fantastic location close to the cathedral and ferry. Breakfast was delicious. I'd stay here again.

The breakfast offered a lot of options, cooked to order. Balcony have great views of the harbour. Transport offered from airport which was a good deal and back again, very convenient. Very attentive, helpful staff.

Perfect location, peaceful and a short walk to main street. Junior suit was beautiful with stunning city & ocean views looking towards Sliema. Small balcony but it was too cold for us to use. Excellent facilities - safe, hairdryer, coffee and tea, filtered water available. Breakfast offers good selection. We had an early flight and reception arranged for a breakfast box for us to take out - sandwich, fruit, bottled water and bottle of OJ. Wonderful and friendly staff. Enjoyed our short stay

Staff were friendly, professional and informative. Was walkable to everything we needed or wanted. Had a room with balcony which had a great view. Our only complaint is we felt the bed needed replacing. It was very saggy and could feel the springs. Regardless, we would stay here again for the service and convenience

Smart hotel in a great location right in the middle of Valletta. Large room and nice breakfast. Unfortunately, our room (101), was right next to the cleaners closet so we were wakened every morning. Room could have done with a comfortable chair. Also, television is restricted to a few Austrian and German channels, not even anything local. The hotel has no outside space, it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Having said all that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location in Valletta, just a couple streets from the main shopping high street. The room itself was well furnished with a small fridge, television, and sizable en-suite. There is a lift available, and air conditioning both throughout the hotel and in the room. My only criticism would be the lack of a smart-capable television, as the extremely limited channels on offer made time spent in the room slightly worse off.

This hotel was ‘almost’ perfect. The issue was that the bed was ‘uncomfortably’ firm and there was a flashing sensor in the middle of the ceiling. This meant that I didn’t sleep much at all. Sort these out (and the limited TV options) and it’ll be perfect. Location, breakfast, facilities, style helpfulness etc all very good.

Some hotels deserve 6 stars and this is definitely one of them! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Special mention must go to Daniel the manager, who on our arrival gave us wonderful tips for restaurants, places to see & how to get there, all of which proved to be amazing! We stayed in room 501 which was ready before check in, spotless and spacious with an amazing view & wonderful terrace. The breakfast choice was plentiful, with a cold buffet plus a hot choice cooked to order, all of excellent quality and quantity served by cheerful & friendly staff! Special mention to Winnie whose smile lit up the room! The housekeeping staff kept the room and the entire hotel wonderfully clean & tidy, discretely & quietly but always with a cheery hello! The location was quiet and peaceful but only 2 minutes from the buzzing centre of Valletta. Absolutely no faults, can not praise it enough & would highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel! Plotting our return already! Thank you Daniel & the whole team!

We liked everything about this property and had a great room with a balcony in the 6th floor (recommend) except they don’t have smart TVs and the offerings on cable were limited. That said, we didn’t go on vacation to binge on Netflix or HBO OR AMAZON Prime.

The hotel is conveniently situated - very close to all the attractions and to the bus terminal where you can take the bus to practically anywhere on the island. The hotel staff, including the manager, was extremely pleasant and polite. The hotel is very clean. Our room was excellent - beds very comfortable, the shower was powerful, tea & coffee facilities in the room were very welcome and the bottled water (but provided in a glass jug) was a convenient bonus! The breakfast was second to none! I really recommend the Eggs Benedict!! My husband loved the English Breakfast (he had it every day!) We highly recommend this hotel. Do not bother looking anywhere else! This is it!

Every single staff member I came across at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. Right in the centre of Valletta, it was incredibly easy to get to any part of the city in no time. I was lucky enough to get a surprise room upgrade and ended up in an amazing suite with its own rooftop terrace - absolutely wonderful and made my holiday! Would thoroughly recommend this great hotel; you will be very well looked after by a lovely team.

Some hotels deserve 6 stars and this is definitely one of them! Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Special mention must go to Daniel the manager, who on our arrival gave us wonderful tips for restaurants, places to see & how to get there, all of which proved to be amazing! We stayed in room 501 which was ready before check in, spotless and spacious with an amazing view & wonderful terrace. The breakfast choice was plentiful, with a cold buffet plus a hot choice cooked to order, all of excellent quality and quantity served by cheerful & friendly staff! Special mention to Winnie whose smile lit up the room! The housekeeping staff kept the room and the entire hotel wonderfully clean & tidy, discretely & quietly but always with a cheery hello! The location was quiet and peaceful but only 2 minutes from the buzzing centre of Valletta. Absolutely no faults, can not praise it enough & would highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel! Plotting our return already! Thank you Daniel & the whole team!

The property was conveniently positioned in the centre of Valletta. The hotel was fine but lacked any sense of warmth or connection. The staff were fine but offered no additional information, assistance or advice on how to enjoy your stay in Malta. When we requested to have a taxi booked for our departure they forgot to do this so we had to remind them. There was a distinct lack of interest from the entire team which I find extraordinary and very disappointing

La Falconeria is sitiauted in an exellent position to be quiet but within an easy walkable distance to central Valletta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were very polite and friendly. Special thanks to Patricia for quickly sorting out an issue when we first arrived. Breakfast was all delicious with plenty of options and the restaurant was run with great efficiency

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Valletta Old Town. Small boutique hotel about 2 blocks downhill from Republik Street and everything Valletta has to offer – attractions, restaurants, shops. Everything I wanted to do was within a short walk. Located on a quiet side street across from the French Embassy. Very nice room with king bed, in-room safe, fridge with comp mini-bar, and large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathrobe. Very nice restaurant with several choices for a made-to-order comp breakfast. Staff was very helpful with sightseeing suggestions. Hotel will arrange your transportation to/from airport for a very reasonable fee, which can be added to your room bill. Very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend La Falconeria.

Excellent breakfast (although the musak could be maddening). Always helpful staff. We enjoyed our Maltese balcony - once we had worked out how to prop the windows open. East to get to the centre although up a steep road. If you want flat, Valetta is not for you. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The property was in a quiet location that was within easy walking to the main strip with restaurants and shopping as well as the bus station. The hotel had a front seat 24 hours and felt extremely safe (French Embassy is across the street). Staff was vey friendly and welcoming/ accomadating. Brekfast was fabulous! They had the typical spread of yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, cheese, meat, toast, croissants and a variety of coffees (American, cappuccino and cafe latte). The best part was the separate menu for made to order breakfasts…eggs Benedict on toast with bacon, savory French toast as well as scrambled eggs and several other items. The wait staff at breakfast was extremely professional and kind. They also had a small pool in the base,ent that looks like it’s in a cave. They also offer spa services such as massages, aroma therapy, etc…We would stay here again!

Hotel muito bem localizado, a poucos metros da rua central. Diversos restaurantes ao redor. O café da manhã é pedido à lá carte, Qndo está cheio se torna um Pouco demorado. A comida é fresca e saborosa. Tem a mesa montada com fritas, frios e pães. Alguns pratos são pedidos como ovos, omeletes. Cedo alguns dias havia barulho! Não sei se era da arrumação dos quartos.

We got off to a rough start when a brief municipal power outage caused the water in the shower and sink to stop. It took two engineers a couple of tries over the course of 15-30 minutes to get the water restarted. We were told ours was the only room impacted. After getting that sorted (they did find an open room where my partner could complete their shower) everything went smoothly. Room cleaned, amenities refreshed daily. Very pleasant staff. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was spacious and lovely balcony , however breakfast which although included was very basic and you had to pay extra for things that were not in the basic à la carte selection and with a very limited buffet.. Their morning on the house coffee was terrible and so you had to pay for a better cappuccino or espresso. There was not even a welcome bottle of cold water in the fridge upon arrival. Only a jug of tepid water on a 35 degree day.
