Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything. Breakfast was small, but everything baked fresh and a few hot items available. Nice little pool on the rooftop with nice views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at 66 Saint Paul's. The staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly with booking transportation to the airport. The hotel is beautiful and is situated in a perfect location for exploring Valletta. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby, but the hotel was quiet and street noise did not carry into the rooms. We also very much enjoyed the spa and the rooftop spa. We would definitely come back and stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at 66 Saint Paul’s. Maximillian, who was working when we first arrived at the hotel, could not have been more helpful. He made wonderful restaurant suggestions as well as gave us a concise history lesson, guiding us toward which sites we shouldn’t miss. The look of the hotel is elegant and grand, even though it is not large. We enjoyed the quality and variety of the breakfast selection and the servers were lovely. The roof top pool is a wonder, given the age of the hotel/palazzo building, and the view from the pool patio unsurpassed, especially as the sun was setting. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Beautiful building in perfect location-clean, modern, stylish . Staff really friendly and welcoming. Delicious continental buffet breakfast . Fun swimming in the roof top swimming pool even in November. Walkable to all sights in Valletta, bus station and ferries to Gozo and Three Cities.

Great nice boutique hotel that is located in the heart of Valletta with a nice swimming pool on the terrace as well as a spa. Lovely breakfast too. Only downside was that no late checkout option were available.

Sentralt og behagelig. De fleste rommene vender inn mot et innendørs gårdsrom, men det er ingen ulempe med tanke på støy og varme. Rommene er delikate og fine, frokosten er enkel men likevel det lille hakket mer luksus, og takterrassen er nydelig.

We had a fantastic week staying at this lovely boutique hotel. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with a great view of the area. We enjoyed the breakfast, the helpful staff and the rooftop pool. The spa was a real treat. The area is very convenient for exploring Valletta - everything is easy to walk to. We hope to be back.

Location was great, atrium is very pretty, a dip in the pool was nice at the end of the day. However I was disappointed with the condition of the bathroom and the service given that our stay cost €360 per night.

Overall, a lovely stay in this small boutique hotel in Valletta. Service was friendly and attentive throughout and the location was great for access to all the sights and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with a good range of food for a continental buffet. The owner has overseen a fantastic job in creating a beautiful hotel from the remains of an old palazzo. A few minor items of feedback to improve the customer experience: - the water in our shower did not drain quickly enough and could flood an area of the bathroom floor - the sun beds and umbrellas on the pool deck need replacing as two of the umbrellas (of 3) were broken and there were issues with some of the beds. That said, we had a lovely experience overall and would recommend

Despite being so central, the hotel feels calm and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent and served in a very pleasant, peaceful environment. A great selection of local dishes, fresh fruit and pastries, as well as more international options. Fresh coffee served at your table on request is a lovely touch. My husband and I stayed here for four nights. Our room was amazing! We were in room 601. Stunning view and the room was extremely spacious and very clean. We sat on the terrace every morning and enjoyed the view and had our coffee. The breakfast had a nice selection. All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly and always helpful with any thing we needed. The location was also perfect. Many restaurants and cafes around the corner. All of Valletta is walkable. The ferries are close to see many sights as well. This was our favourite boutique hotel in all of our travels.

The staff were ultra-friendly and informative about local history and specifically about the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, with changes of towels and soaps etc. A beautiful place to stay.

The property has been nicely restored with lots of lovely old stone features . Reception area pretty and calm . The welcome drink was appreciated . The location is good. We were very disappointed with the “ courtyard view “ room . The courtyard refers to the hotel reception / lobby which is what you would see if you left your room and looked over the rails . It was impossible to open the shutters on the windows as this meant you were in full view of any passing guests and also we were facing the staircase for anyone to see straight into our room through the clear glass . We had to stay in darkness with no natural light or fresh air . The aircon is not allowed to be used at this time of year due to local laws so we got very little sleep as it was hot and claustrophobic . The shower leaked and flooded the entire bedroom when used it. I spoke to staff who were pleasant but essentially just agreed that these issues are not ideal but said they were fully booked so no other room available. We were given a fan . I’m sure the other rooms were lovely but ours was not . We have had very little sleep and are returning home exhausted .

Hotel très bien situé au centre de La Valette à quelques pas de toutes les activités touristiques. Petit déjeuner complet et délicieux. Dommage que la chambres que nous avions n avait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l extérieur.

Absolutely charming hotel and staff. Great breakfast with lots of home made baking changing daily. Lovely surprise to get a welcome drink. We had the penthouse which was lovely - lots of space to relax and am amazing view. Oh and the location was perfect too. Highly recommended.

Had an amazing stay in room 502 on top floor with balcony overlooking the Grand Harbour. A perfect location to visit Valletta.

This is an exceptional hotel. We had booked room 601 because of its wonderful views from the balcony. The view lived up to our expectations and the room itself was spacious and had room to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. We received an informative welcome from Max at checkin and this friendly approach was received from all of the staff at the hotel. We would say the 66 St Paul’s is in the ideal location for an extremely enjoyable stay in Valletta and if you are lucky enough to get room 601 you will be well rewarded.

Excellent location in the center of Valletta but still very quiet. Great views from our room -501- over the Grand Harbor.

Ils nous ont dit que c’est parce que nous avons réservé avec Hôtel.com et on a payé une chambre standard de bas de game! Pourtant nous avons payé prix fort pour cette chambre sur votre site . Cela dissuade de réserver sur Hôtel.comm dont nous sommes client depuis des années .

We booked a stay at the 66 St Paul's for our 30th anniversary having seen the fantastic penthouse suite on Expedia. Sure enough the suite and hotel were terrific, sadly we were in Valetta for this summer's heatwave and the lift to the penthouse was not working and wouldn't be for our entire stay. Consequently, the only access to our suite was via stairs to the roof and then up a tiny spiral staircase with uneven steps in 40 degree heat. A gift (bottle of wine or two, complementary spa treatments etc) or the offer of a small partial refund would have been in order I would have thought but nothing was offered and, being very English, we didn't ask. Other than that a lovely hotel with great staff.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is excellent. I had the penthouse room and it was exquisite, plus it has the best view of Malta. I had an early flight so they prepared a breakfast bag for me and had the driver ready. I will definitely return! Thanks very much for your excellent and outstanding work at the hotel!!

It is a unique property as its a plazzo that's been turned into a hotel. Its very clean and the rooms are really large. The breakfast is fantastic. The only criticism I have is when we were there the reception desk was vacant for large portions of the day, so it was difficult to ask questions or get help. Otherwise it was a good stay.

My stay in 66 St Pauls was brilliant. I have never been to Malta before, so when a business meeting in Malta happened, I took the opportunity to stay another 4 days there. It is always difficult finding a hotel in a place that you have never been to; where do you go? what sort of hotel? will the area be good? will there be local restaurants around? will the staff be friendly and knowledgeable? will the place be clean? After careful consideration, I chose 66 St Pauls and was not disappointed. The hotel is on an typical Valetta street, long, straight, with tall buildings. A small entrance opens up into a grand atrium. Stone walls, marble floors. Immediately greeted by friendly staff, offered (gratis) coffee, and a general chat. Shown to my room, air conditioning and other controls demonstrated. The room was spacious, well decorated, clean. Large clean bathroom with high volume shower, always important. My room had no views, which didn't matter to me. There are amazing views over the grand harbour from the small pool area at the top of the hotel. Breakfast is the only meal the hotel provides, a wonderful continental style breakfast (including cold meats and fish), always beautifully laid out every morning. The hotel is 200 yards from the main street of Valetta (but you don't hear a sound from the street). There are dozens of good restaurants in the immediate area. And lots of Valetta and Malta to explore. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and will stay again next year

Excellent boutique hotel close by many activities, quality restaurants, and shopping. Lomitwd service at rooftop pool / bar (only saw staff once during two visits). Room was slow to be made up each day but otherwise service was good and friendly. Nice choices for breakfast. Excellent spa. Would recommend. Some street noise in city facing room, so be aware if early to bed or a light sleeper.

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. Very convenient for all the tourist spots in Valetta. No parking though but there is an MCP car park with 24hr parking a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

Our first visit to Malta, and totally hit bullseye with this hotel! The hotel and the staff are amazing! The level of service is outstanding! Beautiful room, very nice breakfast and the location is just perfect!!! As soon as you enter the building, everything is totally soundproof! A short walk to pretty much everything, including the fast ferry to Gozo. We totally love Malta, and will never be staying in any other hotel!!

Excellent service starting at check-in and continuing through out. Excellent views of the harbor from 5th and 6th floor rooms and I would assume from the pool area on the 4th floor. Good location for easy access to food and historical sites in Valletta.

What a fantastic small hotel in an amazing old building. The staff were all incredible! Lovely buffet breakfast, and always a bonus when there’s Prosecco included! Fantastic location with loads of great restaurants virtually on the doorstep. I would definitely revisit. We had room 101 which has a great little balcony with comfy chairs overlooking the atrium.

A lovely hotel an easy walk from everything in the centre of Valletta. Very friendly and helpful staff and fantastic breakfasts. Would definitely return and recommend.

The hotel is within walking distance of really good restaurants. Cathedral and Manoel Theatre etc. Good position. All the staff were extremely helpful and the breakfasts were very good.

Fantastic few days spent here. Our arrival was met with an upgrade to the penthouse which made our break. We were told so much history of Valletta much of which we didn’t know. The staff could not do enough for you and were always friendly and courteous. The only negative we felt was having to pay for our hot drinks at breakfast, whilst not a ,passive issue just something we had no ever experienced before.
