All of the staff were helpful & personable, & the facilities were clean & very nice! Our family especially enjoyed the rooftop pool & the delicious breakfast options! Thanks for making our summer vacation a special one!

Great breakfast- only valet parking for 44.00 a night

Checked in just before 11pm on a Wednesday night. We were assigned a room on the 5th floor. Upon arriving at the room and opening the door, we were shocked to find bags and suitcases on the bed, indicating the room already belonged to someone else. Thankfully, they were not in the room. When we went back down to the lobby, the lady working the front desk seemed confused and said the room wasn't assigned. She gave a different room and that room was fine. Upon speaking with the manager in the morning, he told me that the room did indeed show occupied, and he wasn't sure why she gave us that room. He was sympathetic and did a good job of rectifying the situation, but if someone was in the room it could have been a very dangerous situation. My second gripe with this hotel is the extreme lack of parking. They have two very small garages, that are not gated or patrolled, so anyone can come and park there. Even if it was gated, I doubt there's enough parking to cover the 8 floors of rooms that they have. And if you have a large SUV or pickup truck, good luck navigating the garages, they are extremely tight. Our last night there, I had to park at the hospital garage a half mile down the street and walk back. I didn't see any signs saying I couldn't park there, but I didn't feel comfortable leaving my truck there. Not an ideal situation when you're spending a lot of money on a hotel. The hotel is brand new, so the rooms are fine and its clean.

I was not expecting the 45.00 a day parking fee when I booked it was notnknow to me or i would have booked another.

One thing I noticed, though, is that the breakfast could be improved by replacing the plastic cutlery with something more environmentally friendly. The only other downside was that the pool area was mostly in the shade, which made it less enjoyable. However, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive impression. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others visiting Nashville.

The property itself was nice, clean, and the staff were nice and hospitable. The parking, on the other hand, is what made this a frustrating and inconvenient stay. The website indicated onsite self parking for a fee. If you are traveling without a vehicle, it’s a good stay. If you are driving anything other than a Smart Car, getting into the parking area is going to be a challenge due to the limited spaces and tight maneuvering skills needed. If you do get lucky enough to get into a parking spot, you may have to get out of the car NASCAR style by exiting a window. If you don’t get a spot, you have to park on the street, which is paid parking. That in itself isn’t too bad. However, you can only pay for parking from 6am - midnight, but you cannot prepay for the next morning starting at 6. So you have to be up 6am to pay again so that you don't get ticketed. Make sure to remember your plate number so you don’t have to go down to your vehicle at 6am. I saw a few get ticketed for this. While I am an early riser most days, this really was an aggravation after getting in late from a concert the night before.

We attended a concert at Exit/in which is just across the street which was vet convenient. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is very new. There is free coffee, hot cocoa, and tea at all times in the lobby. Beds were very comfortable!

The hotel is a newer hotel and overall the property is nice and the rooms were nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issues that we had was the pool was closed for a day or two. Also, in our room, we were not able to stream from our phones or sign into any of the apps on the TV because they said that the Wi-Fi wasn’t connected to the TV for streaming yet. And our biggest issue was housekeeping we never received consistent housekeeping, and we always had to call for towels and toiletries. And our garbage was overflowing. We stayed there for five nights, so we expected to have housekeeping every day, but that was not the case.

Overall we had a nice stay. Clean room, nice restroom, and good options at breakfast. My only issue was checking in. I was charged $30 to check in early or it would be $3 a bag to hold them until checkin. My daughter's dorm check-in was at a later time so we had to put the luggage somewhere. At other hotels we stayed at simply held our bags and we ate or walked around until the room was ready. I have never had to pay at other properties in Nashville.

Probably some of the best staff I’ve encountered in a while, very kind and helpful, definitely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The late check out was a saver as we had a late concert the night before. This is a brand new hotel, clean and comfortable beds. Rooms were quiet, well insulated from noise and with black out curtains. Nice neighborhood as it is one street over from the University. Many restaurants and businesses within walking distance. Located 2 miles from down town made it very convenient to travel, and kept ride share prices really low. As others pointed out, the parking situation if you have a car os not ideal, and at times the intersection becomes very congested as you are been dropped off.

I would definitely stay here again. I love its cleanliness & free buffet breakfast as well. The staff are very helpful & friendly. It was also close to Centennial park & many restaurants.

Friendly staff. Good free breakfast. Clean & spacious room with mini refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable beds. Liked the black out shade. Car ride to Fischer Center & Broadway not too far. Have to valet/pay to park your car but they get your car quickly. They recommended Martins BBQ Joint a couple of blocks away (walked there) was delicious! Don’t wait until the end of the day as they may run out of your favorites!

Very nice staff and room, very cosy bed and sound proofed walls. The breakfast having disposable plates and cutlery was a bit of a novelty, though not a significant issue.

Front desk was very friendly. Let us leave our bags while we waited for our check-in time later in the day for a small fee. Room was clean with plenty of plugs, wi-fi, and comfortable beds. Our breakfast was good. There were choices for most, if not all, diets.

Great location and wonderful facility. Clean. Convenient. Loved the wine in the lobby. Modern amenities. I was on the 2nd floor which opens to the lobby area. Skip that -- you could hear a lot of noise. Not bad, just ask for a different floor.

Our business took us to a bldg. at St Thomas Hospital that took more than 15 mins to get there, rather than the three we were anticipating from the map app.

The front desk representative was weird, she had this vacant stare and seemed lost. She did not explain the parking facilities available around the hotel. Made me feel unwelcome. The valet parking itself was an excellent service. All the parking attendants were super helpful and efficient. This made the stay very enjoyable.

The front desk was understaffed when we arrived which created a long wait to check in, and the phone ringing off the wall while the one poor worker was trying to help the people in front of her. Then, the workers in the morning didn’t even know what time breakfast was to start. We were told it began at 6:30 am and that is what the signage indicated as well. Because we needed to get in the road, we arrived promptly at 6:30, and several other guests were waiting as well. When I finally asked when breakfast would be served the front desk woman rudely told me that they were cooking it and it would be open when it was ready. Then while getting coffee, the cook/server man (who was very nice, by the way) came out to get himself some coffee. We had a nice conversation, and I politely asked when they would be serving. He told me that breakfast starts at 7:00 am. I told him that we were told 6:30 and that the sign also indicated 6:30. He looked shocked, looked at the sign to confirm and promptly went back into the kitchen area. We could not wait, so left and got breakfast elsewhere. I don’t fault the staff, other than the rude lady at the front desk in the morning. That said, communication and processes definitely need improvement.

Valet parking was unavailable after we had already paid. No one from the hotel notified us or helped us resolve the issue and we got double charged for parking. Also they were out of towels when I asked for a clean set

It was close to a festival in coliseum park!
