Property was super cute! Staff was great and very helpful. There was always security at the front door that made it feel very secure. The check-in/community area smelled so good. I would definitely stay here again. I would just keep in mind that you can hear if people are in the hallway talking but it was not bothersome. Loved the place!

Excelente ubicación, servicio excelente muy amables, puedes salir a caminar sin problema a los alrededores, tiendas de lujo cerca, el hotel tiene casi todo, nosotros no trajimos pasta de dientes y no había; asegúrate de llevar ese tipo de cosas.

The hotel is very clean, excellent location and safe. They have people to help 24/7 Consider when visiting that the water pressure on shower is not great. They do have air conditioning in the room, no window in the bathroom. The hotel doesn't have amenities so no restaurant, pool, gym, etc.

El señor de la entrada excelente, la señorita de recepción bien, pero limitada y poco amable, la habitación muy bonita pero pequeña y austera, hay tele pero sin cable no wifi se lo hicimos saber a la chica de recepción y no hizo nada, no hay agua en el cuarto (hay despachador en el pasillo) y el papel higiénico muy rasposo, buena ubicación del hotel pero caro para lo que ofrece, no Tiene estacionamiento pero hay convenio con un Estacionamiento a cuadra y media y cuesta 600 Pesos adicionales por dos noches.

The safe in the closet it's a joke... they need safe sizes for laptops. Smaller rooms don't have a desk neither a chair in the room. The keyless entry is absurd, residential style, not hotel style. Everything else was very nice!

I really enjoyed the location of this hotel it was walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Room was clean and bright. I wish it offered a small kitchen area in the rooms. But overall the bed, pillows and bedding were all high end and comfy. I would stay there again anytime.

No view from room. First floor noise was very bad. 2 night stay. First night 5:30 am awakened by neighbor could hear clearly on her phone for an hour! Second night 4am awakened by loud neighbors’s boisterous voices & howling for over a hour!! Large bathroom yet no vanity area. No trash can for bedroom space.

La recepcionista poco accesible, el portero muy amable y eficiente. En la habitación había tele pero no wifi, ni cable, solo estaba de adorno, le comentamos a la persona en recepción y no hizo nada. El hotel muy bien ubicado, pequeño, austero en amenidades de baño, pero bonito y cómodo.

No me gustó que al llegar me pidieran una tarjeta de crédito por si pasaba algo, o por si tomaba algo del frigobar.. si yo ya había pagado todo, no le encuentro sentido. Si no hubiera llevado o no tuviera tarjeta de crédito que hubiera pasado... me niegan el acceso.? El banco, aunque no se haya hecho el cargo, inmediatamente me quitó el dinero y es un banco que tarda mucho en regresarlo, todo esto afecta en mi relación con el banco, si de ahora en adelante seguiran haciendo lo mismo, por mas que me guste el hotel, creo que tendré que buscar mas opciones

We changed here after another property we were staying at didn’t respond for an entire week (we wanted to extend a day but they wouldn’t even respond) that being said - we stayed for 1 day and very much appreciated their quick service - ease of checking in/out as well as the nice thought to give us ear plugs in case we could here outside. The property was clean and conveniently located in Polanco. Would probably pick a different location next time because it was a bit small but that’s more a preference.
