Great stay. Its hard to find reasonable accommodations in Manyunk/East Falls. Room was perfect for my needs. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The coffee and water in the cute libby were appreciated. Hosts were communicative, checkin and out was seamless. Will stay again.

Stayed 2 nights

(April 2026) We stayed in 3rd Quarter, and we were happy with the accommodations. Understand, as we did, that this a converted row house in the Manayunk area of Philadelphia, so there are limitations on the size of the rooms, but they were clean, well lit, and well appointed. And we had no problems with the room's temperature. The bed was slightly higher from the floor than ours at home, but nothing unusual. On-street parking is challenging, but we made it work, finding spots within 2 blocks of the property. The vending machine with breakfast sandwiches was empty, but we had not planned to use it, as there are bagel and coffee places only 2-3 blocks from the property. Only other issue, and it is minor, is that the bathroom, while private, did require us to have a key to access it. But it was immediately to the left of the room's exit, so we did not have any issues. Bathroom had a modern shower and a fog-resistant mirror, which we thought was a nice touch. Check-in with the provided access code was without incident. To emphasize, this is not a hotel, but it is a great room in a convenient location — 2 blocks up the hill from Main Street in Manayunk, and we plan to stay there again. Props to Neal and Mark for putting it together.

Stayed 1 night

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower and water pressure very good. Couldn’t figure out the a/c but ceiling fan helped cool room down on an unseasonably warm March day. Street parking was challenging. Host did offer his driveway to park but I found a spot on my own so it all worked out. I recommend for an overnight stay or two while visiting Philly.

There is NO parking! I had to park 3 blocks away and lug my luggage uphill. Do not stay here unless you arrive by taxi or uber! AND there is NO TV in the rooms! Or common area!!! Ad says breakfast for a fee BUT there is NO breakfast options!!! Definitely not as advertised!
