The hotel was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. There are lots of stairs even if you use the lift because there are stairs to access the lift and then stairs from the lift to the floor where the rooms are. The location was amazing beside the Trevi Fountain

I liked that the hotel has a rooftop bar with a view of the Trevi Fountain. It has amazing restaurants and places to shop. It is close to the Colosseum and the Vatican. I did not like that it is very loud throughout the night from nearby bars and or restaurants. In the mornings, it was also loud with workers setting up equipment for their work day at the nearby businesses. There are areas in the hotel that require you to use the stairs. This hotel is probably not ideal for people with certain disabilities or can’t carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. This hotel is probably ideal for younger travelers looking to experience the night life.

We loved the area, but it was very busy. We did not really mind that. The Bar in front played some loud music that did get annoying, and the guys setting up tables and tent early in the morning were very loud. We only heard them if we had the windows open. The Roof Top Bar was above our room and there was some noise from that. Mostly clunking like chairs moving or something being dragged across the floor. It was central to most things and we walked almost everywhere except the Vatican.

Convenient property to Trevi Fountain and other attractions. Very small rooms and while the rooftop bar was nice, it was very small, crowded and expensive so really not useable. Driving around the area is the worst i have ever seen.

This place is just around the corner from the Trevi fountain. It’s a madhouse of people during high tourist season, but that might be exactly what you’re looking for. Note that you have to climb a couple floors of stairs with your bags before you can get to the hotel lobby and elevator. Everything was as to be expected in an old hotel in downtown Rome, we had a restful sleep and everything we needed for our last night before heading to the airport to go home.

The location was good but very crowded area. Very noisy area, are first room was in a corner with view of workers area they moved us to another room. Next to rooftop bar which was worse at night because open to public , did not feel very safe because no control of who was going in and out, would not stay again.

Arrived late to find that the hotel lift is also used as the public elevator taking hoards of tourists up to the rooftop bar. The building is old, dilapidated, sad and in need of some massive tender-loving-care. The room was tiny, peeling wallpaper, floor tiles missing in the bathroom and our room was on the third floor right next to the bar where you hear the tourists' conversations until late. You're also welcomed by sheets of toilet paper all along the corridor floor from the public toilet and you then have to listen to the staff laughing hysterically until 2am as they close the bar. There was a physically challenged person in our party and the amount of stairs you have to climb due to the elevator being constantly occupied is crazy. For almost 400 Euro a night you'd expect to at least have a view of the Fontana di Trevi... but no. I feel sorry for the staff who have to front this embarrassing excuse for a hotel.

the wall in the bathroom is so dirty. There are pieces of hair and urine on the wall. They need to do serious cleaning in this hotel. The rooms are small, very small. You can still smell cigarette smoke in its hallway. The elevator does not fit more than 2 people. If you book through expedia, they will give you the worse smallest room. Facilities are hold. The bathroom faucet is so old.

Convenient location. Walkabe to sightseeing point. Triple room wasn't what we booked during first two nights. Mattress is so hard...couldnt sleep. Bathroom towel rails, hook & curtain are rusty/stain. Toilet bowl is so dirty with scratch mark. End up changed to slighter better bathroom room for last two nights. Not value for monies over €400 per night.....

The only good thing about that hotel is the location. Apart from that, nothing else. So noise at night and in the morning from 5 AM it's a mess. You have to climb an inclined staircase with all your luggage to do the check in. the rom was super dirty full of dust, garbage inside the refrigerator with pieces of pizza and empty bottles which means they didn't clean!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days, the front desk staff are really nice! The room was small, the shower was so tiny that me being 5'0 tall & 140 lbs I could touch the shower walls I could barely move in there needs, renovations for sure! The bed was extremely hard ! The rooftop bar is small as well they sit you in the tables behind and then start moving you forward to the maybe 3 tables that have a side view of Trevi fountain nothing to be impressed by, we left and got a drinks at a bar and walk to the fountain and drank them in front of the fountain in my opinion it was better than that tiny rooftop. We were never bother by any noise, never heard any noise at all considering the amount of people that visit the fountain. My honest and respectful opinion I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We love the location as it is a minute from the Trevi Fountain. Also we loved the junior suite room. It was very spacious. There was no breakfast but we ate at the cafe right in front of the hotel. Overall, it is one of the best locations in Rome.

Exactly what we needed to be close the Trevi. The staff was wonderful, helpful and great service. The neds were comfy and a good sized room. We stayed in the triple room and we had enough space. Close to eveything.

You can’t beat the location. However, to say it was loud is an understatement. I think better/impact windows would help. There is a restaurant roof top bar. While this is cool, it was directly over our room. The ceiling must have been made with plywood bc you could hear every single chair move, convo etc. I wouldn’t bring babies or toddlers who need sleep. I have noise canceling headphones which saved me. Don’t forget them. But the staff, room, and location was fabulous.

Lovely rooms in a very convenient location. Please be aware that being so close to Trevi Fountain, the area is very noisy at all hours of the day and night. Bring ear plugs. Rooms are comfortable, beds are good.

Hotel is in a very busy area so code to Trevi fountain. If you are looking to be in the heart of the action this is it . Rooftop patio is nice with a side view of fountain . Rooms are clean, spacious and quiet . Bakery at entrance made for easy access to coffee and pastries. Staff very helpful thank you enjoyed our stay

Our one night stay was quick but good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable with nice linens. Shower had great pressure. Location is near the Trevi Fountain one of the most beautiful ancient fountains in Rome. There is a small rooftop bar overlooking the fountain. Staff helped to set us up a transfer to the airport! Can’t say enough about the staff-Great!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I was conveniently located but very overpriced for the size and condition of the room. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They did finally move us after 1 day to a larger room. I have stayed in many hotels that charged the same amount but were much more deluxe for the price. I prepaid and it was nonrefundable, or I would have tried somewhere else. The hotel is quite convenient but definitely not worth $400 per night.

Great place to stay as it is central location for main tourist sites and easy to walk to/from. Staff is extremely friendly. Only downside is it is literally right next to the Trevi Fountain so it is noisy late into the night. This is not the fault of the hotel, you just need to be prepared for crowds.

Relais Fontana die Trevi was super close to Trevi Fountain as well as almost everything I wanted to see in Rome. Totally easy to walk for food and drinks. The shuttle, as well as taxis, picked us up and dropped us off right in front of the door.

Great location right by the fountain. Very crowded area though they do not have breakfast so that’s an added expense. Wish the room was a little bit bigger but we stayed only for two nights so we were fine.
