Here’s a balanced review you could post: Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The pool, public areas, and restaurants were all excellent. The grounds are well maintained, and the common spaces create a relaxing atmosphere. The staff in the restaurants were friendly, and the food was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the rooms were the biggest disappointment. While the beds were comfortable, the rooms themselves are in serious need of updating. More importantly, cleanliness was a major concern. Although the room appeared to have been cleaned, it never truly felt clean—especially the bathroom. The shower had very poor drainage, leaving water to pool, and the bathroom overall had an unpleasant, grimy feeling. With renovations and a much stronger focus on housekeeping, this hotel could be a fantastic place to stay. The amenities are great, but the condition and cleanliness of the rooms significantly affected our overall experience. This version is fair and constructive while clearly explaining what was good and what needs improvement.

The Hotel was spotless. We booked The Executive Room. We thought we had breakfast included when we checked in they told us to pay at the Restaurant. It seems they tell everyone that. Dinner was pretty good at restaurant. A they had options close by within a 5 minutes walk. 4 minutes walk to train station. and 1 minute walk to taxi. Good Concierge service. Would recommend them to everyone. Building just like the picture.
