The home was plenty of space for my group. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for all of us to take showers at the same time (hot water is a big deal!). The location of the home is good- not too far from Bozeman or Livingston- but far enough away to have peace and quiet. We saw lots of deer and chipmunks. WiFi in the main house was subpar though but in the guest house it worked very well. Would stay here again.

We stayed comfortably with 14 people at the beautiful Quinn Peaks property. Both the main house and the guest house were in great condition. To anyone who is considering to use this property in snow season, be aware that the road leading up to the house can become very icy. We noticed a handful of cars slip and get stuck just outside the property. However, most of our vehicles were 4wd, so it was not an issue for us. Altogether, the stay was very positive. Highly recommended.
