Stayed 3 nights

Is not habitable. Roaches crawling on the floors. Swimming pool was black water with moss growing. Holes in the walls. Window covering falling off window. Smoke ridden. Elevator broken. Refused to stay at facility. Still waiting on refund. Prepaid thru Hotels.com. Do not stay here. This place should be closed by the city. A complaint to the city will be done on first business day.

Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.

Room did not have cups/glasses, coffee, adequate towels, tv did not work initially, roach on the counter. Sep 14 there was a loud fight - lots of shouting - in the hallway around 2:00am and banging noises in the room near me, was afraid to leave in the morning. Stairwell doors were all propped open - seems like a fire code violation. Was afraid the elevator would stop working due to the loud noises it made. No sign on the building indicating it was a Travelodge.

Stayed 3 nights

We've stay several times. It's gotten worse each time. Wanda at front desk was wonderful, and the only redeeming factor, but the good ended there. Filthy carpet in walls. Reels of pot in the halls so badly, that my wife got dizzy just walking to the car. Hallway ceiling had several spots with damaged/missing tiles and water dripping into buckets. Room had no trash can, only 2 towels, wet and filthy carpet, noisy AC, missing light bulbs and broken fixtures, a couple of small roaches seen, fridge not working and smelly, no coffee supplies, no soap or shampoo, door lock kept failing, Damage to ceiling by cloths rack, slippery bath mat in tub - dangerous, Entries to building not secure - no latches on one of them at least. Vagrants all over the property. People selling cars from parking lot, pool totally trashed and has been since before Covid.Fence around it is knocked down and poses a serious safety hazard. Bottom line - this place should be condemned. We will not stay here again. .
