En general bien, muy buen servicio de desayuno. Lo PÉSIMO del hotel es que te OBLIGAN a usar el VALET PARKING. Solicité estacionarme por mi cuenta y no lo permiten. Nada agradable para los que valoramos nuestra higiene y el cuidado de nuestro vehículo. Sólo por eso no vuelvo a este hotel.

Overall a great hotel to stay in. It’s a bit outdated, the “standard” room that I was given does not look like the photos which means not all rooms have been renovated. Bed was very comfortable, good channel lineup, good shower pressure. The included breakfast buffet was really great. It gets busy with non-hotel guests which must mean it’s highly regarded. My only complaint is that the dining room is not well ventilated, so expect to walk out smelling like cooking oil. I would definitely stay here again.

Me estuvieron llamando para que llegara antes de las 3 a pagar la habitación o cancelaban mi reserva y a la hora del check in estuve esperando una hora despues de la hora fijada para check in y no me entregaron habitación porque no estaban limpias, me tuve que retirar a realizar mis actividades y regresar por la noche. Personal muy amable en todo momento. La limpieza de la habitación la realizan muy tarde y no barren, no trapean y no trapean, solo es limpie! superficial y tender camas.

Excelente ubicación del hotel, trato amable del personal, sin ser extraordinario. La habitación es muy pequeña, en general los espacios del hotel son limitados además de que ya se le ven los años. La televisión muy lenta para cambio de canal y con fallas porque al parecer funciona con WIFI, la imagen se congela. El baño olia mal a pesar de que tenía tapas en las coladeras, tenía varios detalles de mantenimiento como pequeña fuga de agua en el w.c. manerales de la regadera incompletos y varias partes de la regadera dañadas. En resumen es funcional pero no hay relación entre las fotografías del sitio de hoteles y la realidad.

I’m not sure who leaves this hotel 10/10 review ratings. Could it be a scam? Paid to leave a good review? The room we were given was very old and had a heavy cleaning product smell. The sheets are well used. The bathroom is not well lit probably to hide the decay and shower door water spots. This hotel had bare walls in bad repair. Dust everywhere. Internet did not work and we had the service people to our room 3 times. The floor creaked from the warped laminate flooring. We were on our way out of the city and grabbed this hotel for our last night thinking it would be very nice because of the online pictures. Cost double for one night than our hotel we stayed for 4 nights, so we assumed it would be super nice. Overall - It was an awful night stay. The breakfast buffet was alright. Food was good. BTW, I spoke with the manager who assured my CC would be reimbursed on the Monday , she was super convincing it would happen. (I might have left it at no complaints but when you’re charging high prices then offer what you say.) One month later and still no credit. She brushed me off..oh well..live and learn

Es un hotel pequeño, moderno en sus instalaciones, muy limpio, la casa bastante cómodo, me encantó la vista de la habitación, fácil transportación a pie o en carro, con muchos restaurantes alrededor de fácil acceso, pero sobre todo , me fascinó el precio tan accesible para todas las comodidades del hotel y ubicación.

Overall a great hotel to stay in. It’s a bit outdated, the “standard” room that I was given does not look like the photos which means not all rooms have been renovated. Bed was very comfortable, good channel lineup, good shower pressure. The included breakfast buffet was really great. It gets busy with non-hotel guests which must mean it’s highly regarded. My only complaint is that the dining room is not well ventilated, so expect to walk out smelling like cooking oil. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is nice and clean. The location was perfect being so close to Minerva. Love the food as well. I stayed 5 nights. On the low side I felt like they were penny-pinching... charging for personal care essentials. My reservation was split. As I have breakfast included the first 4 days, I was charged for the 5th day regardless that my reservation was for 2 people during all days and I didn't eat "double" breakfast. One more, it is the World Cup time and they hide the remote control so nobody can hang out in the restaurant. This is lack of vision. They shoudl have set a tenporary bar during the world cup. Will stay again? Sure, why not. Love location, cleanliness and staff.

Room could have been cleaner. Found a hair near my pillow when i got there. Headboard was very dusty. My room had central air conditioning which was great.
