El personal súper amable, súper atento, sus instalaciones cómodas y limpias, la ubicación excelente. Volvería a regresar, el único detalle es que no cuentan con estacionamiento, si lo tuvisen estaría perfecto.

So nao gostei, por ter selecionado um hotel com traslado, e quando fui solicitar fui informado que nao tinha, e assim tive um custo a mais, pois minha estadia era de um dia para o outro. Paguei caro e nao usei. Cafe da manha deixa a desejar pelo custo.

La primer noche muy bien pero la segunda estábamos en el último piso que tiene como una terracita lo alquilaron para un festejo de cumpleaños y el escándalo estaba tan terrible que nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación pero ya cuando estábamos descansando, fue muy incómodo

El hotel esta perfectamente ubicado para tener acceso a cualquier producto o servicio de la ciudad. Muy cómodo para salir a caminar por reforma y sus entre calles. Muy seguro. El único detalle es que se escucha todo el ruido de los huéspedes y personal de limpieza del hotel. Creo que el ama de llaves debería de iniciar la revisión de cuartos a partir de las 11hrs que es cuando inicia el check out... porque en nuestro caso inicio a las 9hrs y duro fácilmente media hora haciendo ruido. El personal de recepción da un excelente servicio y atencion.

El hotel en general está limpio, lo cual es importante, sin embargo las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, el desayuno que se incluye es sumamente escaso y cero sabroso, no se disfruta nada y hay demasiado ruido de la calle en las habitaciones. El personal si es muy amable y atento, eso se agradece. No estoy segura de volver a quedarme aquí.

I chose this hotel because of its location, and it was the best decision ever. Went for Pride. And it was so convenient!! Few steps from where the parade was passing by. The breakfast buffet was a life saver! Everyone in the staff is helpful and polite. Didn’t love the mattress nor the pillows but, other than that everything else was great!

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en un hotel de la cadena y esta segunda vez. La experiencia fue desagradable desde que no nos dieron la habitación a la hora que nos prometieron. Nos demoraron 3 horas más en dar una habitación y nos querían cambiar de habitación por una que no habíamos pedido. Eh, por parte de la atención de la recepcionista del tour fue matutino. La verdad fue muy molesta, fue muy lenta y hasta de mala gana de su parte. Las opciones del desayunador son malas dan 2 veces lo mismo. Lo repiten 2 veces para el mismo guisado. Lo único que puedo destacar es que la atención de la señorita del turno nocturno, que también fue auditora en el fin de semana que estuvimos. Fue muy buena, muy paciente y súper amable, siempre atenta. La limpieza está bien, las habitaciones están cómodas solamente las amenidades que cargadan, los baños pueden mejorar. La ubicación es buena, pero no volvería a repetir una noche.

Al llegar al hotel se tardaron 2 horas en darme mi habitación, la chica de recepción no encontraba mi reservacion, no me dio solución y tuve que marcar a Marriot para poder solucionar el problema cuando es su resposabilidad basicamente le hice el trabajo lo cual fue terrible, despues del vuelo y la travesia lo que uno quiere es descansar y no tener problemas, adicional a que para darme la habitación basicamente me obligo a escribir una opinión positiva en google, opinión que despúes de la reserva obviamente eliminé, en general fue una experiencia terrible por el personal de recepción

The front desk is very rude they don’t clean the room as expected in any hotel of 3 stars. We have the superior king bed room reserved and they place us in another I try to change my room and the front desk said no that the other room wasn’t available even do I provided all my reservation information we will never stay with them they don’t honor what you pay for the room they place you Wherry they want. Hotel is a poor choice. 😡👎👎👎

El personal súper amable, súper atento, sus instalaciones cómodas y limpias, la ubicación excelente. Volvería a regresar, el único detalle es que no cuentan con estacionamiento, si lo tuvisen estaría perfecto.

El cuarto es básico pero es bonito y limpio, con Internet gratis. El desayuno estaba incluido y era decente. La ubicación es excelente, hay un centro comercial justo en frente y está cerca del Ángel de la Independencia, la Roma y la Condesa, donde hay muchos restaurantes diferentes y bares.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en un hotel de la cadena y esta segunda vez. La experiencia fue desagradable desde que no nos dieron la habitación a la hora que nos prometieron. Nos demoraron 3 horas más en dar una habitación y nos querían cambiar de habitación por una que no habíamos pedido. Eh, por parte de la atención de la recepcionista del tour fue matutino. La verdad fue muy molesta, fue muy lenta y hasta de mala gana de su parte. Las opciones del desayunador son malas dan 2 veces lo mismo. Lo repiten 2 veces para el mismo guisado. Lo único que puedo destacar es que la atención de la señorita del turno nocturno, que también fue auditora en el fin de semana que estuvimos. Fue muy buena, muy paciente y súper amable, siempre atenta. La limpieza está bien, las habitaciones están cómodas solamente las amenidades que cargadan, los baños pueden mejorar. La ubicación es buena, pero no volvería a repetir una noche.

I chose this hotel because of its location, and it was the best decision ever. Went for Pride. And it was so convenient!! Few steps from where the parade was passing by. The breakfast buffet was a life saver! Everyone in the staff is helpful and polite. Didn’t love the mattress nor the pillows but, other than that everything else was great!

Desde que hice la reserva les comente sobre mi Alergias y ser Celiaca si me pudieran hacer algo de comer sencillo para el desayuno, a mi llegada se los volví a comentar. Simplemente, no hicieron nada y lo único que podía comer de lo que tenían era fruta. Lo que más me incomoda es que no intentaron hacer nada para poder ayudarme con ese tema. Otro inconveniente fue que mi tarjeta no estaba funcionando en México, pedí hacer una llamada a mi país con mi Banco y el hotel no tenía acceso a llamadas internacionales y lo único que me recomendaban era ir a mi embajada(no era un problem tan grave que solucionaba una embajada, era una simple llamada ). Al final fui a una telefónica y compré un chip de 50 pesos tiempo aire, logré llamar pero no se volvió a usar, el hotel al ser usado por ejecutivos debería tener ese servicio y hacernos el cobro. Por último, todo los días tenía que decirle o dejar una nota a la camarera para que pusiera papel, Cambiara toallas, o arreglara algo como el porta papel o el planchador. Siempre que llegamos en le faltaba algo( toallas, agua , papel, kleenex.) parte de esto es que el hotel no tiene un buen mantenimiento, algunos tomas no servían y algunas partes en especial en la Habitación se ven descuidadas. Mi estadía no fue una buena experiencia.

Basically in the zona rosa so great food and drink in 5 minutes but quiet rooms and great staff. Breakfast was fresh fruit and tast y classic mexican- eggs beans and chilaquiles. We came for great food but never ate out at breakfast.

Our room was clean upon arrival however, the light in the shower was not working. It’s currently 12:30pm and housekeeping has not been by to clean our room after a long morning of walking the city. No microwave or refrigerator in the room, please make note if this is important to you. Breakfast is included and that’s always a nice touch. Overall, just okay. Not great. Okay.
