one of the reasons we booked this particular hotel was that it had a pool. When we went to use pool they wanted to charge an additional $200 for using pool. This was an additional charge and was not indicated when we booked the hotel. Was unreasonable charge.

The hotel was wonderful. We didn’t have time to explore the pool, but they had a gym on the fourth floor. There were a lot of restaurants in hotel and a coffee shop. There was an area behind the hotel that had lots of restaurants, but unfortunately didn’t have time to explore that area, but it was very nice. The only thing I wish was if the lobby would have some chairs to sit in. We arrived around 4 AM and we were all very tired and it would’ve been nice if there were some chairs to sit in.

Overall we had a good stay but felt the cost per night is really over priced for the standard of room you get. Upon check in we were given a room that smelt of stale cigarettes and then an overwhelming perfume smell to try and mask it. The combination gave me a horrible headache so we asked to switch. We were shown to 2 more rooms which smelt the exact same. It wasn’t until we were shown to our 4th room on a much higher floor that it smelt neutral. However the staff were very helpful and understanding during this process. They also put a ¥30,000 charge on your card at check in which I have never experienced before and thought was excessive - you can just hold card details and not charge? The breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of variety.

I booked a premium room and stayed in the property for 3 nights. The room itself was small and the carpets were stained and dirty. There was smoking smell that we couldn't get rid of. The bathroom was something from the late 1980s and very small and not very clean! I am not sure how they can sell this as a Premium Room product! The room was closer to a standard room and we paid closer to $450 per night for this room. The room looked different compare to the pictures posted on the website. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were friendly, hotel lobby and breakfast were amazing. Lounge was excellent. However upon arrival there was a bad musky smell in the hotel room that was mentioned to the front desk. They were kind enough to bring an air purifyer however the smell was still present in thhe room throughout my stay, the manager had tried to bring air refreshenors, and we tried to switch rooms (on the same floor) however they were not able to find a room on the same floor. Cleanliness of room was not the best as a result of this issue, and despite efforts by the hotel staff and house cleaning, the issue was not able to be resolved. Team did provide a box of sweets, and apologized for the issue, however smell was still present throughout the stay. Would suggest inspecting the rooms prior to next guest checking in, as this smell appeared to be trapped in the entrance of the room to the left area where luggage/briefcases are often stored.

The lobby is very nice and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. However the room I got was really outdated - did not even have USB plugs for our devices. The bathroom looked dated with its tile and fixtures. But I love how spacious the bedroom is. The treadmills in the hotel gym are also outdated which was a bit disappointing.

Great hotel with all the amenities you need and lovely big rooms. Breakfast buffet was great. Close enough to the train station but not much around the hotel in terms of food/shopping so not super convenient. My only complaint would be that the hotel is situated directly next to a busy motorway and the hotel is not properly soundproofed. We could hear cars passing by all night and were woken up many times by sirens. Otherwise a great stay but not ideal for light sleepers.

Lounge is worth the extra cost to book the lounge floor I don’t need to be in the middle of all the action in Ginza or Shibuya but easily accessible from here Short walk to Roppongi and Akasaka is literally across the street Bed was a little too firm for my liking but everything else made up for that

The check in process is terrible. Inadequacy in staffing. English communication issue. Takes 45 minute or more to check in. Morning breakfast buffet arrangements are disasters. Poor turnaround of tables resulting in inordinate delays. Had to use in room dining due to avoid crowd in breakfast place. While hotel is good, they lack process to services with Agility. They seem caught between Japanese excellence and need to be agile & responsive.

While the location and facilities were undeniably impressive, my overall experience was disappointing due to the poor service standards. It became clear very quickly that the hotel was severely understaffed, especially given the large number of guests it was accommodating. This imbalance resulted in long waits and frustrating delays throughout my stay. One of the most frustrating moments was at the lounge, where I had to wait for 15 minutes just to check out. Even finding a table there was a challenge, as the space seemed overwhelmed by the volume of guests. Similarly, my experience at the main restaurant during breakfast was far from pleasant. After ordering coffee, I waited over 10 minutes without any sign of it arriving. Eventually, I had to walk over to a coffee corner staff member to remind them about my order—something that should have been handled seamlessly. While the hotel’s facilities were well-maintained and its location convenient for exploring the area, these positives were overshadowed by the lack of adequate staffing and the resulting inefficiency. The constant need to queue or wait for basic services made my stay stressful rather than enjoyable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to others, as attentive and efficient service is a fundamental part of any good hospitality experience—and this hotel fell short in that regard.

ANA hotel chain is known to be very highly rated. The best part about it was the delicious, well-serviced buffet breakfast. The staff is friendly and very quick to accommodate all my requests (ice buckets, extra towels, etc). That’s the positive. The room was standard, like typical Hilton type. I did like the extra amenities, like thick bath robes. Wish the toilet area was separated from the shower/bath area. Also, the hotel may be centrally located in the city, but it was not walkable to any convenient train stations. We had to take a taxi everywhere we wanted to go.

Great location in Tokyo with easy access to subway and walkable to Roppongi Hills and Ginza area. Kids loved the hotel, especially the pool and the club lounge food - most impressive breakfast buffet we’ve ever experienced. It was a great place to relax after all the walking and sight seeing in Tokyo.

The room was comfortable, clean, bright, and the bathroom was excellent, with a relaxing bathtub and great water pressure in the shower — perfect after long days exploring the city. The bed was very comfortable, everything was spotless, and the metro was easily accessible, which made getting around the city very convenient. However, we didn’t love the neighborhood. We were on our honeymoon and felt that the area was mainly a business district, with high-end stores but not much else to do nearby. It lacked that vibrant, local energy we found in other parts of Tokyo — like Ebisu, for example, which felt much more lively and authentic. In short, we loved the hotel itself, but wouldn’t stay again just because of the location. For business trips, it might be a great fit. But for leisure travelers, we’d recommend looking into more dynamic areas of the city.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quieter area of Tokyo. The transport is directly outside the hotel and there are a number of convenience stores outside. The hotel has been renovated however there are still some dated areas with odour and quite dusty. There is a great selection of restaurants in the hotel however I recommend you book these in advanced - they are costly compared to other restaurants. The rooms are on the bigger side compared to other hotels in Tokyo. The service has been excellent and the level of English in this hotel is good. There was a good selection at the breakfast buffet.
