Large room and bed for Amsterdam, but as with many the windows do not open so reliant on the a/c which was not so efficient for cooling the room which was stuffy/smelly and difficult to cool down as the rooms facing the front get full sunlight and heat up. Free coffee and tea facilites in reception which is good to have. Staff helpful and friendly.

we had a one night stay in transit home from Athens; picked this location as it is super convenient to train from Airport to Zuik station where you can also take Metro to city centre; hotel is clean, quiet and our room was very spacious and comfortable; also really liked the free, fresh coffee offered at the lobby. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is that the room can use a few shelves and/or hooks where we can put our belongings; not a big deal with just an over-night but if we were to stay longer, this would present an inconvenience. Otherwise very good value for a very good night's rest.

Great hotel in good location for public transport. All staff were friendly and professional and rooms were spotlessly clean. A minor issue - we had a few issues with keys not working causing extra trips back to reception. Breakfast seemed expensive for what was there and we’re glad we didn’t take this option, especially as there were takeaway food places very near the hotel at the station. The free coffee at reception was great and there were takeaway cups if needed. Overall highly recommended and we’ll definitely be staying there again next time we’re in Amsterdam 👍

Hotel is by WTC, so parking is expensive €34 for 24 hours (discounted from €75). It’s near Amsterdam Zuid train station therefore is handy if you want to travel around by trains. It is not recommended to stay here if you are planning to walk to old town (at least 1hr each way). Hotel is clean but basic. Surrounding area is clean and feels safe.

Perfect location! Tram on your right, Metro on your left, very easy to get to town and back and one stop from the airport on the train. Restaurants and coffee shops around and also safe. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again 😊.

Konakladığımız oda güzel ve sıcaktı. pencereli oda istemiştik ama pencere açılmıyor, ayriyeten iş hanına bakıyordu. Temizlik konusunda eksikleri çok çarşaf ve havlular değişmiyor katlanıp konuluyor. The hotel is very close to the Amsterdam Train Station South therefore well connected with city center - small concern: my room was at ground floor with no possibility to open the windows to get fresh air moreover they are at street level and you have to keep closed the curtains for privacy (it would be not the best option for long stay).

Unsere beiden Zimmer mit Badezimmer hatten keine Fenster! Dementsprechend war die Luft sehr schnell verbraucht und sehr schlecht. Kein Tageslicht und keine Lüftung. Das war bei der Buchung gar nicht klar, vor Ort war es nicht möglich das Zimmer zu wechseln, weil scheinbar nichts anderes frei war. Für ein Zimmer ohne Fenster war der Preis sehr hoch. Rezeptionspersonal sehr jung, unerfahren und kannte nicht mal die simpelsten Höflichkeitsformen.

Simplesmente amei, a localização é em frente á uma estação de metrô/ trem, simplesmente ótimo para se locomover a qualquer lugar da cidade, o quarto é enorme, o banheiro é enorme, eu simplesmente adorei. Recomendo e voltaria. O café da manhã só seria servido ás 07 da manhã e nosso trem saia as 07 da manhã, conversamos com a recepção que prontamente adiantou o café para eu e meus amigos, foi uma experiência simplesmente adorável.

It is time for you to adjust your rooms to the prices and not adjust the price to rising prices. Your showers 🚿 have no doors. Your interior design is fine, but with defective air conditioning systems in wintry temperatures at this time of year, you make yourself extremely unsympathetic to let your guests freeze. If you think about what kind of people are down at the reception desk, you wonder if you even know what quality is and means. Putting every bum there who doesn't speak English simply doesn't do any good.

Extremely friendly staff - will definitely stay there again. There is a lot of construction going on in the area around right now - but that should be done soon. Very convenient across from the train station - but not directly across... safe, secure, and a functionally designed room + a good working desk with a normal chair. They need to show the desk better in the photo... the Motel One on the other side of the Ra has a comfortable stool with no back and a very small desk. I hope we are there for the week next year vs. just an overage day. Both places very nice / good staff... but Qbic wins for a brighter, better energy room and a desk you can more comfortably work at... just having a normal chair to sit in while working makes a huge difference.

This property was in an excellent location - it's right next to the metro which is just minutes away from the Centraal station. It's significantly cheaper than staying around Centraal and very convenient for getting quickly to the nearby airport. I received an upgrade to my room at no extra cost.

O hotel é muito bom, andamos a pé para todos os lugares (não é perto do centro mas resolvemos fazer tudo a pé) e na porta da estação de trem, que foi perfeito para nós que chegamos e saímos da cidade de trem! Ótimo café da manhã, máquina para chá, café e chocolate quente à vontade, assim como chocolates e maçãs. Equipe muito atenciosa :)
