The reception area doesn't look very nice, but once you go inside the property and grounds, it's another world. The property grounds were beautiful with good amenities like a spa, gym, and pools. There is a pool bar and a restaurant on-site. Parking was free and plentiful. The room we stayed in was spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean view and to have a glass of wine with the lovely ocean breeze. Very good options for breakfast. The area is quiet and right across the end of a beach. All in all, a very nice stay. I would consider staying here again if I come back to the area.

We had our honeymoon here in Sept 24, we had the honeymoon suite which was very spacious and had a huge outside area with a hot tub and a great view of the sea all around, fantastic ! Breakfasts were really good and the food was superb as was the wine ! You can easily walk to the beach and there is a lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The Steak night is great and so is the Cretan dance night ! Lovely hotel with a spa and large infinity pool.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. We travelled with our 7mo baby and were upgraded to a beautiful suite with a private pool. The staff are all fantastic and genuinely happy and welcoming. The rooms are clean, big and bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is good and drinks in the bar are delicious. We also had a deep tissue couples massage in the spa which was fantastic. Would definitely come back. Walking distance to a few restaurants but if you are looking for a more lively location I wouldn’t stay here. 20m bus ride to Chania and Agia Marina.

Mooi, schoon, niet te groot, prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede parkeermogelijkheden, direkt aan het strand. Enige jammere was dat elke dag het handdoekje leggen in het zwembad gespeeld werd, heel irritante mensen, hieraan zou iets moeten worden gedaan.

Anna in housekeeping was Ray of sunshine. The breakfast bufdet was simply amazing. I'm not even s breakfast person yet i would look forward to it everyday. Pool was amazing. Only negative would be the hundreds of tiny ants on the outdoor terrace of the room.

The resort is very clean, the staff is welcoming and kind, ready to help you if you need. The breakfast was excellent, generous and with many options available. The main area with the swimming pool is amazing and carefully maintained. Overall, an excellent stay!

Flott service og ypperlig renhold. Vår værelsepike var rask og nøye, hun ga oss fantastiske figurer av håndklær, nye hvær dag! Alle blide og hyggelige på en naturlig og ekte måte. Hotellet oser av soliditet, men noe slitt på treverk som engang ga solid intrykk. Eneste iriterende var dørene som skulle "gjemme bort" kjøkkenet. De var iiriterende i veien. Frokosten ok, middagene fantastisk! Kommer gjerne tilbake bare pga av kokken.

A mixed bag…. The hotel is situated on a busy road. Unfortunately our room faces the road which has a lot of traffic and the pool and bar. So it can get quite noisy. The hotel in parts is rundown - rooms are dated, furniture worn, and although fine for 1-2 nights not great for a longer family stay. It pays to have a car to visit other areas, beaches, Chania is 20 mins by car. The pool area and grounds are attractive and food & customer service is very good.

The reception area doesn't look very nice, but once you go inside the property and grounds, it's another world. The property grounds were beautiful with good amenities like a spa, gym, and pools. The room we stayed in was spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean view and to have a glass of wine with the lovely ocean breeze. Very good options for breakfast. The area is quiet and right across the end of a beach. All in all, a very nice stay. I would consider staying here again if I come back to the area.

Breakfasts were really good and the food was superb as was the wine ! You can easily walk to the beach and there is a lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance. The Steak night is great and so is the Cretan dance night ! Lovely hotel with a spa and large infinity pool.

Our room was very bad.It was situated in the basement, the room lacked any view whatsoever due to an obstructed window. Despite our attempts to switch rooms, the hotel insisted on an additional charge of 60 Euros per night. The condition of our assigned room was far from satisfactory, with everything appearing quite antiquated. Even the TV was small and outdated, and the safe required a physical key from the reception rather than a digital interface. On the brighter side, breakfast was acceptable, the pool met our standards, and parking arrangements were satisfactory. It's worth noting that the hotel's location necessitates guests to have their own vehicle for convenient access.

Tive problema com o ar condicionado do meu quarto, demoraram 2 dias para resolver. Sendo que o técnico chegou no quarto a meia noite e saiu as 1:30 da madrugada. Situação que só foi resolvida quando o gerente teve conhecimento e mesmo assim o atendimento foi demorado. O acesso ao quarto possui muitas escadas, o que é ruim para carregar as malas.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Cretan Dream! The staff are *SO friendly* and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The food was AMAZING and they had great entertainment nights with cultural dances and music. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel so going to the city centre was super easy. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. I already booked my next stay!

Ideally located just outside of the more touristy areas but easy walking to some great restaurants and a short bus ride to Chania. Hotel excellent. Staff fab. Beach lovely and safe once past the rocks. Would definitely stay again if we could.

Our 5 night stay at the Cretan Dream Resort was excellent. Nothing to fault about the Resort only that Stalos doesn't offer a great choice for evening dining and there isn't much of an atmosphere either. Hire a car for a short drive, 7.5km, into neighbouring Platanias for a wide selection of excellent restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment.

They have the sweetest staff which makes all the difference-so attentive and caring. The hotel also serves some of the freshest food. Being gluten free can also make it difficult to travel but the hotel has gluten free food products in their lobby market! They also went back to get my little one gluten free toast in the morning and used the back oven to avoid cross contamination. They were SO accommodating. Which made a world of difference to us. I was even told of their water filter in the hotel which filters all of the water. This level of health mindedness impressed me so much. I can't say enough good things about The Cretan Dream- it is the only place I'll stay at while in Crete.

I can not praise this place enough. The food is amazing and perfectly priced. The people are friendly and accommodating no matter what you need from the waiters to reception to the cleaning staff, everyone is SO HELPFUL & FRIENDLY!!!! There’s a cute kids playground and a great pool. We got the sea view suites and our views were marvelous as well. All around spectacular stay.
