Vi bestilte rom med havutsikt og fikk utsikt over en parkeringsplass til et utested som spilte høy musikk til langt utpå natt.Det var ikke lett å få plass nær basseng på øvre plan da folk sto opp grytidlig for å legge håndklær på solsengene.Samme gjaldt Strand og hovedbassenget.Grei frokost.

Upgrades to a suite, 2 rooms and large balcony, although it did have a road view. Reserving sun beds with towels very early at the front pool next to the beach in a morning & only turning up at 11.30am! This hotel was very nice, would return.

wonderful stay. Clean an efficient. Staff generally good but sometimes a little "short". great breakfast included. Poollovely and beach is clean, well attended by staff. Need to pay for use of lounges at beach but water is included as well as some niceties. Would definitely recommend this property

This is a pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are adequate but tired. There are not enough sun beds by the pool areas for everyone. The beach sun beds are €5 per day per bed. They do bring water in an ice bucket for that. The beach is very clean. There isn’t a lot to do in local area except walk out to restaurants. Most interesting places to visit are over 1hr away you need a car. Breakfast is just ok. The hotel food at lunch time is lovely and good quality. There is a gym but so small and very hot with no air conditioning, not pleasant. There was music entertainment 3 times a week and it was very nice,

Tolle Lage,direkt am Strand,super Frühstück und sehr nettes,hilfsbereites Personal. Agia Marina ist aber kein beschauchlicher,ursprünglicher Ort,sondern eine lange touristische Straße mit vielen Restaurants und Tourigeschäften. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, allerdings ist es sehr schwer eine Liege am Pool zu ergattern,die 26 vorhandenen Liegen werden am frühen Morgen größtenteils für den Tag besetzt. Leider achtet das Hotelpersonal da gar nicht drauf. Und die Liegen am hoteleigenen Strand kosten 10 €(2 Liegen und ein kleiner mittiger Tisch). In den 10 € sind 2 kleine ,eisgekühlte Wasserflaschen erhalten.

Gutes Hotel. Eher neu. Am Strand. Mit Passerelle über die Strasse, die sehr befahren ist und sehr Riskant. SPA ist leider wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Pools sind mega schön und Liegestühlr sind super. Das selbe gilt am Strand. Das Personnal ist sehr Nett und reagiert schnell sobald man etwas fragt. Frühstuck sehr variiert und fein. Die Zimmern sind sehr neu und sauber. Dazu sind sie gut isoliert und verfügen über ein A/C das sehr effektiv und leise ist. Wir können das Hotel definitiv empfehlen.

Kan starkt rekommendera hotellet. Vi var 2 vuxna och en dotter på 17 år. Bodde i ”gamla delen” men ändå fräscht. Personal i receptionen följde t.o.m. och visade vägen till gästernas rum. Otroligt rena, bekväma, lugna och snygga poolområden med lounge känsla och ligger man vid deras ”privata” område på stranden (dock mot betalning) ingick ishink med vattenflaskor och svalkande handdukar. Riktigt bra frukost för att vara på grekiskt hotell. Personalen fantastiskt trevliga överallt och vi kände oss väldigt väl omhändertagna. Kommer absolut återkomma om vi åker till Kreta igen.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer ist im neuen/ renovierten Teil des Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und renoviert mit Balkon. Man muss wissen, dass dieser Teil des Hotels auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt und weiter vom Meer weg ist. Also keine direkte Meerlage erwarten. Es gibt in diesem Teil des Hotels zwei Etagen mit mehreren Pools. Den Hauptteil des Hotels kann man über eine Brücke erreichen. Das Frühstück war ein Buffet. Hier gab es alles, was man braucht. Leider liegt der Frühstücksraum nicht schön. Er grenzt direkt an die Straße und einen Parkplatz und hat keinen großen Aussenbereich. Vielleicht gibt es in er Saison noch einen anderen Raum (wir waren im Oktober dort). Im Freibereich zum Meer gibt es auch einen Pool und ein Restaurant sowie kostenlose Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirm am Strand. Alles ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet.

The vacation here was really nice. The hotel employees are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was extraordinary. There were a lot of choices. I favored the pancakes. You should get those. The only remark I have are the rooms. If you get the old rooms, you hear everything your neighbours are doing. I mean everything. And they should renovate the bathroom. But it was always cleaned very thoroughly. Besides that everything was top notch. Most outstanding the hotel Personal which was so friendly and the beach front if course :)

Old room with terrible matress and pillows. Bathroom got floded after every shower and staff where mostly rude and unfriendly. Only Hotel in Crete where I was no treated as a cherised guest but more like a burden. Only hotel out of 3 I stayed in the Island that charged the sunbeds. Avoid, sure there are better options out there.

The whole complex was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed on location. Scenery the staff, the waiters the conciergers We're spectacular. The most comfortable vacation place I have ever stayed. The breakfasts were just unmatchamachable.They had every possible Greek food American food that you could want..spotless, not one bad smell or odor.The sea was pristine. A REAL GEM IN CHANIA...4.9 Stars

Fint hotell, men veldig stort. Det som trekker ned er elendig wifi tilkobling, maur på rommet og litt dårlig rengjøring. Men, hun som lager omelettene skal ha MYE skryt. Den eneste av de ansatte på hotellet som faktisk sa hei og pratet med gjestene. Tax som betales bør gjøres ved innsjekk, ikke utsjekk.

Et veldig gjennomsnittlig hotell, som markedsfører seg bedre enn det er. Bildene svarer ikke til forventningene. Delux-delen, som de kaller det, har fine bassenger og deilig solsenger. Resepsjonisten var rask å påpeke at vi ikke bodde der, men at vi var heldige og kunne få bruke området. Solsengene på stranden må du betale for. Den eldre delen av hotellet fremstår som noe sliten, det samme med rommene. Badet er klart for oppussing, med lite trykk i dusj og vask, samt en konstant klam lukt. Stenger du vinduet kan det kjennes kloakklukt. Servicen er varierende. Barpersonalet var hyggelig, men resepsjonen bærer preg av en gjeng ansatte som har betjent charterturister litt for lenge og som ikke er på tilbudssiden. Lite imøtekommende og løsningsorienterte. Ble også vitne til at en gjest nærmest ble kjeftet på av resepsjonisten fordi han hadde forlagt nøkkelen sin og ville sjekke om den var innelåst på rommet. Vi ble heller ikke spurt om hvordan vi hadde hatt det, eller om vi trengte transport videre ved utsjekk. Kommunikasjonen besto av her er ditt utestående beløp og her er kvitteringen, takk og hei! Fin frokost, og hyggelig kokk. Vi har en feriebolig på Kreta, men synes det er hyggelig med et avbrekk fra familien i noen dager, dessverre kommer vi ikke til å returnere til dette hotellet eller anbefale det videre.

The vacation here was really nice. The hotel employees are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was extraordinary. There were a lot of choices. I favored the pancakes. You should get those. The only remark I have are the rooms. If you get the old rooms, you hear everything your neighbours are doing. I mean everything. And they should renovate the bathroom. But it was always cleaned very thoroughly. Besides that everything was top notch. Most outstanding the hotel Personal which was so friendly and the beach front if course :)

Only Hotel in Crete where I was no treated as a cherised guest but more like a burden. Only hotel out of 3 I stayed in the Island that charged the sunbeds. This is a tough one to rate, as one hand some parts were fabulous and others not so good. I’ll start with the bad. Our room was very dated and not in a great state we had an old style safe with a lock but had no key. We asked on our first day if we could upgrade by paying some more. They took my mob number and advised they may have something tomorrow. I got a message that evening asking me to come to reception to discuss moving room. I went the next day and spoke to someone else who advised no rooms come back tomorrow again. I thought strange as I have this message asking specifically to come to discuss moving rooms. They advised no what Tatiana meant was that I could see if there was a room (which there wasn’t) which makes zero sense at all and a complete waste of time. The second run in I had with the staff was that we were out there for a friends wedding. On the day I realised we didn’t have an ironing board. We asked at reception and they advised they don’t have one. After a lot of back and forth they managed to find one. Whilst I’m appreciative, I see it as a bit deceptive. The last con is the staff again, 3 times we asked our room to be cleaned & the staff would turn over the room sign around and it hadn’t been touched. Apart from that they were okay. Positives are that we had a lovely time in Crete, the beach being so close and by the pool was amazing. Easy to get the bus or taxi into Chania. Would we stay again, maybe if the dates rooms were updated & staff improved

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer ist im neuen/ renovierten Teil des Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und renoviert mit Balkon. Man muss wissen, dass dieser Teil des Hotels auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt und weiter vom Meer weg ist. Also keine direkte Meerlage erwarten. Es gibt in diesem Teil des Hotels zwei Etagen mit mehreren Pools. Den Hauptteil des Hotels kann man über eine Brücke erreichen. Das Frühstück war ein Buffet. Hier gab es alles, was man braucht. Leider liegt der Frühstücksraum nicht schön. Er grenzt direkt an die Straße und einen Parkplatz und hat keinen großen Aussenbereich. Vielleicht gibt es in er Saison noch einen anderen Raum (wir waren im Oktober dort). Im Freibereich zum Meer gibt es auch einen Pool und ein Restaurant sowie kostenlose Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirm am Strand. Alles ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet.

Unser Superior Garden View Appartement war sehr geräumig und angenehm ruhig. Im Hotel sind ganz gemischte Gäste von jung bis alt, sehr angenehme entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir haben um 11:00 immer Liegen am Pool oder Strand bekommen, nur einmal sind wir auf die Liegen des benachbarten Strandabschnitts ausgewichen, aber das war genauso gut. Dort musste man 15€ Umsatz mit Getränken oder Snacks für einen Schirm und zwei Liegen machen, also im Prinzip sogar günstiger als am hoteleigenen Strandabschnitt (10€, aber nicht auf Bestellungen anrechenbar). Supermarkt und viele Restaurants in der Nähe, nach Chania mit Bus (oft sehr voll) nur 25 Minuten für 2€ pP. Sehr zu empfehlen. Mitarbeiter waren immer superfreundlich, rundum ein toller Urlaub!

Our rooms were in the new part of the hotel, which is over a quite busy road from the main hotel, restaurant and beach (there is a bridge, but only a lift on one side). The rooms are modern and the cleaning is thorough, although what one would expect for a room at this price point. The breakfast is fine, lots of choice but not amazing quality, particularly the pastries, juice and coffee, although why it's in a room by reception and the road, and not in the restaurant by the beach is beyond me. The beach is nice, and the sea is clear and calm, however this is the first time I have ever been charged to use sun beds in in the hotel I'd paid to stay in. Most of the other bars and restaurants offer free sunbeds for customers, so probably better to use theirs. We had a poor experience on check out when we were told that we hadn't paid our hotel tax (€7 per room per night), which is meant to be paid on arrival. We had paid this, and showed proof on the banking app on our phone, however this was not good enough for the receptionist who asked that I found the paper receipt at the bottom of my bag, which proved we had indeed paid the charges when checking in. A disappointing end to a good stay.

wonderful stay. Clean an efficient. Staff generally good but sometimes a little "short". great breakfast included. Poollovely and beach is clean, well attended by staff. Need to pay for use of lounges at beach but water is included as well as some niceties. Would definitely recommend this property

Et veldig gjennomsnittlig hotell, som markedsfører seg bedre enn det er. Bildene svarer ikke til forventningene. Delux-delen, som de kaller det, har fine bassenger og deilig solsenger. Resepsjonisten var rask å påpeke at vi ikke bodde der, men at vi var heldige og kunne få bruke området. Solsengene på stranden må du betale for. Den eldre delen av hotellet fremstår som noe sliten, det samme med rommene. Badet er klart for oppussing, med lite trykk i dusj og vask, samt en konstant klam lukt. Stenger du vinduet kan det kjennes kloakklukt. Servicen er varierende. Barpersonalet var hyggelig, men resepsjonen bærer preg av en gjeng ansatte som har betjent charterturister litt for lenge og som ikke er på tilbudssiden. Lite imøtekommende og løsningsorienterte. Ble også vitne til at en gjest nærmest ble kjeftet på av resepsjonisten fordi han hadde forlagt nøkkelen sin og ville sjekke om den var innelåst på rommet. Vi ble heller ikke spurt om hvordan vi hadde hatt det, eller om vi trengte transport videre ved utsjekk. Kommunikasjonen besto av her er ditt utestående beløp og her er kvitteringen, takk og hei! Fin frokost, og hyggelig kokk. Vi har en feriebolig på Kreta, men synes det er hyggelig med et avbrekk fra familien i noen dager, dessverre kommer vi ikke til å returnere til dette hotellet eller anbefale det videre.

Most of the other bars and restaurants offer free sunbeds for customers, so probably better to use theirs. We had a poor experience on check out when we were told that we hadn't paid our hotel tax (€7 per room per night), which is meant to be paid on arrival. We had paid this, and showed proof on the banking app on our phone, however this was not good enough for the receptionist who asked that I found the paper receipt at the bottom of my bag, which proved we had indeed paid the charges when checking in. A disappointing end to a good stay.

This is a pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are adequate but tired. There are not enough sun beds by the pool areas for everyone. The beach sun beds are €5 per day per bed. They do bring water in an ice bucket for that. The beach is very clean. There isn’t a lot to do in local area except walk out to restaurants. Most interesting places to visit are over 1hr away you need a car. Breakfast is just ok. The hotel food at lunch time is lovely and good quality. There is a gym but so small and very hot with no air conditioning, not pleasant. There was music entertainment 3 times a week and it was very nice,

Tolle Lage,direkt am Strand,super Frühstück und sehr nettes,hilfsbereites Personal. Agia Marina ist aber kein beschauchlicher,ursprünglicher Ort,sondern eine lange touristische Straße mit vielen Restaurants und Tourigeschäften. Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, allerdings ist es sehr schwer eine Liege am Pool zu ergattern,die 26 vorhandenen Liegen werden am frühen Morgen größtenteils für den Tag besetzt. Leider achtet das Hotelpersonal da gar nicht drauf. Und die Liegen am hoteleigenen Strand kosten 10 €(2 Liegen und ein kleiner mittiger Tisch). In den 10 € sind 2 kleine ,eisgekühlte Wasserflaschen erhalten.

AMAZING staff so helpful and kind, everything was clean and well thought out. Lots of dining options nearby and the bus station (to and from chania - ab 20 min) is super convenient, 1 min walk away from hotel. Food was yummy but the restaurant for dinner could use more options. Everyone was very friendly and we had an amazing time. Beach chairs are limited and need to be paid for (keep in mind).

The vacation here was really nice. The hotel employees are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was extraordinary. There were a lot of choices. I favored the pancakes. You should get those. The only remark I have are the rooms. If you get the old rooms, you hear everything your neighbours are doing. I mean everything. And they should renovate the bathroom. But it was always cleaned very thoroughly. Besides that everything was top notch. Most outstanding the hotel Personal which was so friendly and the beach front if course :)

wonderful stay. Clean an efficient. Staff generally good but sometimes a little "short". great breakfast included. Poollovely and beach is clean, well attended by staff. Need to pay for use of lounges at beach but water is included as well as some niceties. Would definitely recommend this property

The beds were very poor. Considering this is an adults-only hotel, having two single beds pushed together to make a double bed was disappointing. Throughout our stay, the beds kept separating, making them very uncomfortable. The beds were also on wheels, which made the problem even worse.

Upgrades to a suite, 2 rooms and large balcony, although it did have a road view. Reserving sun beds with towels very early at the front pool next to the beach in a morning & only turning up at 11.30am! This hotel was very nice, would return.
