The property was very nice. There was security that had to provide access to the guests which made it feel very secure. The check-in process was smooth and staff was very helpful throughout the stay. There was also a dinning option right next to the property which was great. Would definitely recommend. I would just keep in mind that you can hear others talking in the hallway.

There are no microwaves or traditional mini fridges in rooms which makes keeping leftovers hard. That I noticed, there’s no where to get ice, but they did have a few concessions at the reception desk for purchase. There is a cafe attached to the hotel that has good options. All in all, great experience.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly specially Abatta in the reception. The facility offers secure underground parking. There is a convenient coffe place right next with freshly made pastries. Casa Olea is a very cozy place convenient located not far from the Zocalo and The basilica. The surroundings areas are save to be walking around. I had a very pleasant experience. I really recommended.

Had an excellent stay at this property! Easy to book and contact, facilities are new and very clean. Safe area that is extremely walkable. Staff is friendly and can help arrange tours and transportation. Also has a lovely cafe as part of the property. Downside would be no complimentary breakfast and lack of air conditioning (though a tower fan is provided).

En general muy buena! Solo como observación pediría más atención en cuestión de limpieza, ya que al llegar se veía rallado el piso del baño y algo de manchas en el piso de la habitación, y así les hice saber a la administración, amplié mi estancia y pude percatarme que no me cambiaron las sábanas del día anterior, además de que no me volvieron a suministrar las dos botellitas de agua, amén de que el elevador y las escaleras estaban sucias. Fuera de ello es un lugar bastante agradable y lindo.

A wonderful hotel! The WiFi signal in my room (209) was almost non-existent, and I didn’t have a mini fridge. The 2 other rooms for guests in my party had great WiFi and a mini fridge. I’d totally stay there again! But avoid room 209. Also, the staff was super friendly and the hotel is really nice.

Such a beautiful boutique hotel. Good conditions, spotless clean and well decorated, it is absolutely a gem for the price. The staff is very very nice and solving oriented. It’s worth noting -though- that the rooms don’t have air conditioning (I didn’t mind at all considering CDMX weather) also it’s not so centric, it’s not located in a lively area, so you’ll need an uber or taxi pretty much every time you go out. But overall it added a nice touch of comfort to my CDMX trip, I would definitely stay in Casa Olea again.

Durant tout la nuit jusque à 4h du matin, des clients on mis de la musique très fort! On l’entendais de partout! Impossible de dormir! I would say its a nice hotel, but please note walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the other rooms. We were next yo some drunk guys who were drunk at 3am and we could hear everything, disrupting our sleep. The following day it was the sane, they were playing loud music and you could hear everything. AC was working by the way, the only issue is you will hear everything in the rooms.

This is a really nice property. The staff is so warm and welcoming. The rooms are cozy and clean. There is a secure entrance with 24/7 service in the lobby. My only one comment is that WiFi can be very spotty but that was my overall experience everywhere in Mexico. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

I stayed at Casa Olea for 4 nights. The hotel itself looks very nice and well-kept, but I would not recommend staying here—at least not on the first floor. My room was located there, and it was extremely noisy. You can hear everything going on in the hotel as if the walls have zero soundproofing. Every time someone shut a door, it would wake me up in the middle of the night. To make things worse, my room’s window faced the reception/lobby area, so there was constant noise from people coming and going. I also didn’t realize my room had no air conditioning. The only way to get some air was by sliding the window open, which only made the noise issue worse. Overall, while the property looks nice, the lack of comfort and quiet makes it hard to recommend.

Loved this stay, was here for 5 nights and can’t complain at all. Staff was great, it was clean, area is safe and very close to everything. Getting Ubers was super easy and hotel is in the best area (10-15 mins away from almost everything). Can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a lovely week stay at the Casa Olea. Friendly staff and it's a walkable distance from many amenities. They are doing renovations now but we hardly noticed. The modern decor is quite nice and I loved the balcony that faced outside and overlooked rooftop terrasses lined with plants and laundry lines.

It was located in a quiet area of Mexico City a bit away from everything else but not too far. We always felt very well looked after at Casa Olea. They also are a short trip to and from the airport.

Nos gustó mucho! Todo muy limpio y modernizado! El personal muy amable y acogedor. En el piso de abajo hay un pequeño restaurante donde uno puede ordenar algo para comer a buen precio. En 40 min uno llega al centro de la ciudad a pie. Durante el camino se encuentran muchos restaurantes y locales de tacos donde se puede comprar algo rico y barato para comer. Recomendamos!! 😃😃😃

I loved everything about it. It's beautiful property, especially the cleanliness. Their service was excellent very accommodating. All staff is fluent in English. Loved all the amenities. There is a cute cafe next door that is accessible from the inside of the hotel. It's open early morning to late at night. Easy access to the heart of the city. Always felt safe and took uber to and from hotel. Also very close to airport.
