Quality Inn Heber Springs

This hotel is a fine place to stay for the price. It definitely needs some sprucing up. It’s outdated but clean. There are stains on the outside and rust on the a/c units outside. These things get overlooked during the day to day running of the hotel. The pool was not maintained (water was green and cloudy). The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Property is clean safe and easy accessible. It could use a facelift.

The room was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The outside needs to be cleaned up the walls had webs and dirt on them and the walkways needed swept. It would make the property more appealing.

Older motel. In need of some repair. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, but nothing extraordinary. Typical for most breakfast. We would stay there again if in the area.

It was merely ok. Staff was good. Property is somewhat run down.

Staff was kind yet not well informed about ADA Asked for downstairs room, was told since we booked through Travelocity (third party) they could not accommodate a room change request because they did not know what we paid??? Odd! Room was acceptable, outside grounds needed work, grass growing in most parking spaces, cigarette butts piled up all around Could be a nice place if owner would invest to bring hotel up to date and inform staff of ADA

Lisa and Kaila were friendly, helpful and polite. This hotel was a great value with clean rooms, kitchenettes, refreshing outdoor pool, bbq grill, and outdoor patio. The back side of the hotel was a forested area where we saw fireflies and smelled honey suckle. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again next time we visit Heber Springs.

This facility is a filthy! The room was dirty. We had a non smoking room and the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The tub had mold everywhere. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and had exposed ductwork. The sheets had a hole in them. The air conditioning unit didn’t fit properly and there was a good inch around the unit to the outside! The walls were dirty. It was an awful, disgusting experience. Never again!!

Two cleaning rags were left in my room, one behind the door and one over the shower rod. The property in general just needs attention.

The staff were great and super nice. Our bedding had stains on them (including spots of blood.) Found a used dental floss right outside the bathroom. Pretty positive the lotion that was left by the shampoo and conditioner had been used. The beds were very uncomfortable. Cleanliness just wasn't up to my standards. Not $150 worth..

Upon my arrival, my room looked as if it had not been cleaned and was missing towels and such. I have stayed at this facility many times and this is the first and only time this has occurred, otherwise all was good. The early morning receptionist was most accommodating..

Room obviously not cleaned. Lid to cup on floor. Dust and dirt all over floor. Not restocked with coffee and creamer. Bed was comfy and a/c worked well

First off I read the reviews on this hotel and honestly I did not expect what I encountered. Pulled in to find a bar first and the hotel is behind so a bit of parking lot adventure at night just a bit confusing. Check in was smooth and staff was great. The first room which was assigned I noted shower curtain not installed, tub and toilet filthy and toilet brush on bathroom countertop. Went back to check in staff was very apologetic and helpful assigned another room. At the door we encountered the lock was busted (light which illuminates green when key is recognized) but did work after several tries, upon hanging jacket noticed left rear of rack was not anchored pulled out of wall and tv remote was not in room. Went back down again staff very helpful and offered to assist with remote if needed and even called room a short time later to check on us. Overall night was comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Overview of property in morning was looks nice and breakfast was decent as well. Finally this was a complete failure on housekeeping and maintenance for which we encountered. Lack of completion, communication and quality assurance for customer care directly noted by the condition of first room which was never completed by cleaning process and should have never been issued to a customer in such condition. Second room with damaged lock, coat rack not attached properly and missing tv remote. All of these issues should have been addressed in which no such review would be needed

The room was very clean, as well as the property. The staff was friendly. We had no real issues with anything while we were there. We would most definitely stay here again.

the staff was very nice to work with the breakfast was what person needs to get started in the morning. the only thing that i did not like was i was next to the stairs on the top level very load when people were walking up or down

Mattress made noise but it wasn't spring noise - was a little annoying if one of us got up in the middle of the night. Kitchenette was exactly what we needed. Breakfast was good but choices were a bit lacking. I'd stay here again with no qualms.

I loved the convenience of their location. The breakfast was really good. The only thing I didn't like was the comfort with the hide-a-bed. It was easy to pull out and put up but the frame was squeaky and noisy. Also I could feel the springs of the bed frame as I slept or tried to sleep. It wasn't comfortable at all. However, it was all that was available at the time I booked.

Noisy.

Hotel is very comfortable, but maybe just a bit dated.

Building was out dated , but clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Door lock broken and would only open with staff help. Shower would not drain quickly.

Was a good stay. Id change one thing. The shower rod bar was horrible. Was curved down so the shower curtain would not stay closed on either end. And the light fixture in the bathroom really needed a cover.

I would recommend and I would also stay again. Staff was great

The hotel itself was very good and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Heber Springs. My only complaint was checking in, the girl at front desk kept us waiting to check in while on the phone answering numerous questions for a future guest instead of politely putting the person on hold.

Great location. Friendly staff. My room chair was broke, and the neighbors had barking dogs, but other than that not too bad for the price

Needs urgent remodeling...Bad breakfast

I understand breakfast is over at 9:00. We were there 9:05 and before I could even get a plate breakfast was broke down and thrown away

Breakfast was excellent, staff very professional and courteous, and rooms was clean with no problems.

Property shows some wear. The bathroom lights were not very bright, but the room was clean, the staff were friendly. Ran out of bread for toast at the breakfast well before 9, and did not replenish. Limited options at breakfast for gluten sensitive people, but thats the case pretty much eveywhere.

First and foremost, the staff was amazing! The biscuits, gravy, and scrambled eggs with hot coffee was perfect and my son loved their little muffins and cereal bar. We were there to spread the ashes of a loved one at Hebert Springs and they helped make this difficult trip so calming and comfortable.

Not much on the Breakfast options. Room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable.
