Rodeway Inn & Suites Monroeville-Pittsburgh

Overall really bad experience. I paid the deposit, went to the room, the bed had stains all over it. Came back down and said I wasn’t going to stay there and they wouldn’t give me my money back. I am still trying to get it back.

This hotel is 100% the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Bugs were present in our room. We couldn't even stay the night, they offered another room and the other room smelled so rank we couldn't get 5 feet inside the door. The hotel would then not refund our money. We called the health department on them. Hotels.com i cant believe you had a rating on this place as high as it was, this was the only factor i picked this place in the first place. They would get zero stars if customers actually go here. Terrible place to stay. My guess is the staff has to be filling these out on the daily.

The pictures of this motel I mean hotel are catfish. The room was so dirty I wanted to cry. It smelled like a straight ash tray. What I paid was not worth that trauma

We needed a room for the NFL draft and this was a great option. Was it the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed at? Probably not. But it was affordable, clean, we felt safe (two women), and the staff was as nice as can be.
