Well-lit parking lot, available close handicap parking. Breakfast has good options for those wanting a healthier breakfast. Sausage is better quality that doesn't give an after-reminder that you ate it. Soft bagels. Great coffee.

I really enjoyed myself. The only downfalls were: 1. The tv in my room did not work. I did call the front desk about the issue. The clerk tried to help the best she could. When nothing worked, she offered to change my room. At that point I was about to lay down for the night. 2. The pool had not been cleaned out in days. There was dead bugs, leaves, a cheese wrapper, and only God knows what I’m the filter.

We had to park by the side entrance of the hotel and the key card reader didn't work so we had to walk around to the front entrance. The bed was hard as a rock. The blow-dryer was missing. They charge a $50 incidentals deposit at check in. The breakfast was mediocre. This was just an overnight stay for us on our way to the beach. Our 2 bedroom beach front condo is much nicer and cost less per night.

The rooms are comfortable, and the reception area is nice, but the hallways, exterior and pool area need attention. 2 ceiling tiles came down outside our room with water pouring from the ceiling on floor 2. This resulted in loud drilling and no water for more than an hour, and a mess outside in the hallway that was not really cleaned up well. I am a Choice hotels member and this was disappointing. It was things like leaving ladders laying around with pallets, or the trash and smell of urine in the parking lot. Mulch is cheap and so is paint. A little TLC is needed and there was nothing indicating a remodel. Top it off with your staff calling at 5 minutes after 11 as we’re loading the car to ask why we weren’t out yet when one room was vacated at 10 and I was in the parking lot. Given the hassles, the only thing we should’ve heard was we’re sorry and thank you. The entrance to the hotel is also a little strange as you come in from the back, no front entrance.

This is a seemingly newer property in a retail area, walkable to Starbucks and a couple of other options. I was most surprised by the fact that when I checked in, there were NO vehicles in the lot. I was wondering if they were even open for business. So, low occupancy, great rate, good location. Pool was not open.

There was a microwave and fridge with freezer in the room, which is important. The lighting was nice but not enough outlets. The room was not well cleaned, there was hair on the pillows, bedspread, all over the bathroom floor and in the shower.

Safe parking. Well lit. Friendly staff. Ice machines and vending on every floor. The public workspace was in the lobby so a lot of distractions. The room was less than expected. There were positives, e.g. bed linens, pillows and the towel linens were very good quality. Daily housekeeping efforts get an A+. I enjoyed having fresh towel linens, remade beds, and trash cans efforts were very appreciated. Hot water always available. There were negatives as well, e.g. stained older carpet, falling sink counter. Damaged towel bar. Damaged shower curtain. Bearing noise in bathroom fan was very annoying. Only a single outlet at the bed and no other outlets easily accessible near the bed for overnight phone charging. No outlet accessible for laptop power at the desk. I would most likely not stay at this hotel in the future due to the above.

Beware! We booked a room while we were in route to Florida. On arrival we were told the booking was for 2weeks later. My mistake for not carefully checking the booking, We paid for our stay but they would not cancel the future booking. Really? They already got there money! Expedia sold us trip insurance but said that didn’t matter it was up yo the hotel. We will never use Expedia again nor will we ever stay at a comfort inn again. The hotel was junky anyway

I was impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. My room had a brand new bathroom with all new fixtures. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Carpet looked almost new. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good breakfast with hot and cold items. Very friendly staff. The only downside was it's a bit remote without a car but I managed okay with Uber and Lyft. Very reasonable nightly rate. I would stay here again.

The property is in a convenient location. I was there when it was a Baymont a few years ago. First thing I noticed when I went inside, my room was a damp musty smell. I noticed that the rooms that were not occupied all of the doors were open, Maybe to air it out. The morning breakfast was OK. The price was good, and I would probably come back again.

While the hotel was clean, which is what is most important, the beds were extremely firm. I understand this is a personal preference but, as someone with back problems, waking up in pain at 2am wasn't pleasant. Some toppers would be nice. Breakfast was decent, but somewhat cold the second morning. Overall, it was a good stay for the price point.

Most important - it was clean - bedding, showers appeared to be very clean. Room is very dated. As other reviewers mentioned, the beds are not comfortable... i thought it might be exaggerated but i could feel every spring and it it seriously worn down. Not comfy at all. And, the room was musty. even with the AC running all night, I woke up stuffy with frizzy hair (which is normally straight). hallways are hot and a little musty. Think it is overpriced for the current condition.

Good hotel. They appear to be in the middle of extensive renovations. The bathrooms are newly remodeled. There's a few things that need looking at, but nothing significant. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar was solid as well. I'd likely rebook again if I'm going through Nashville again.

For most part this hotel was a great value and clean & comfortable for our stay. We even decided to extend our stay an extra night. The only complaints were the walls were thin and you could hear a lot of the talking & coughing from the next room & hallway.

I had to wait at least 25 minutes to check in, there was no.one at front desk. It was 25 min once I started timing it- even tried coming in and out before I checked my watch. Got settled in the room and once unpacked, ready for bed- air conditioning was not working. Thankfully it was not a ve Ty hot evening, but was stuffy enough to make for hard time getting to sleep. Had to turn on bathroom light for the fan. Needless to say, I didn’t get a very good night sleep.

This might have been the most friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. Always greeted with a hi how are you and just seemed like a great environment. I felt very safe and the location is in a quiet area with free parking.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years, but sadly there were issues during this particular stay. Thankfully, the staff did their best to resolve it and we did end up switching rooms. They were so accommodating! Overall though, the property is feeling really dated, some of the other guests were problematic.

Check in was great. Staff was friendly and it was actually the quickest i have ever been checked into a hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. So all of that was great. However the breakfast was horrible. The eggs were like water, the potatoes werent even cooked all the way and the sausage, well i dont know what it was. The rest of breakfast was the usual. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins etc. So the breakfast could use some work.

This hotel was just what you need. 15 minutes to Broadway, Nashville Zoo, and Vanderbilt. It was a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and places to get snacks. It was in a safe neighborhood and was very quiet. The rooms looked updated but the entry and halls were still dated a bit. We are going to stay here for all Nashville Trips.

The property needs to be upgraded. The room was clean, but all furniture including the mattresses and the lamps are just worn out and need to be replaced. The front desk was courteous. The breakfast items were limited, so we went elsewhere to eat. Overall, it was a quiet place to get a shower and some sleep.

Check in was great. Staff was friendly and it was actually the quickest i have ever been checked into a hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. So all of that was great. However the breakfast was horrible. The eggs were like water, the potatoes werent even cooked all the way and the sausage, well i dont know what it was. The rest of breakfast was the usual. Decent hotel in a nice area. A little pricey for the actual hotel. It was dated and could benefit from remodeling. You are definitely paying to stay in Brentwood, not the hotel. Breakfast was just ok beyond the waffles. The hot items ( sausage links, eggs, & potatoes) were microwaved. Decent at best. If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. If you need a clean place in a nice area with moderate to less than accommodations, this is it.

Old tired hotel. No coffee in morning. Coffee machine has been not working for weeks. No breakfast attendant. Sat in the dark to eat breakfast. Hallways had not been vacuumed. Bed was terrible. Bed springs broke.
