Marriott Columbus Northwest

Stayed for Sonic temple, it was a very nice weekend stay here

We stayed here for two nights, staff was understanding about us checking in late due to festival traffic. Area seemed quiet and not too questionable. Check in was fast, as was check out. Our room was spotless, as well as the pool. The sliding glass door in lieu of an actual door on the bathroom was weird and uncomfortable, and it was disappointing that we didn't have a microwave. Didn't need to use the WiFi, but it seems odd that they charge for it?? We did not eat there so no comments on that, there's quite a few restaurants nearby that we made use of. The TV had a good selection of channels. Bed wasn't super comfortable but was fine, I also wish the fan had an "on" setting instead of just auto or off, for white noise, but that's just me nitpicking. I've never been disappointed by a Marriott and honestly this is one of the better hotels we've stayed at in recent years, and will 100% stay here again next time we're in the area.

The hotel outdid my expectations

We ordered room service and the food was cold, we had to go back down to the front desk to get blankets and sheets for the pull out paid. The double charged my account for the room
