Pool and hot tub were very welcoming after a long drive. Staff was very kind and considerate to our needs. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Cleanliness of the hotel made it inviting. Our experience was one that made us willing to stay there again if we pass through again.

I booked this hotel for me and my nephew. I booked because they had an indoor pool and hot tub where he could swim and i could relax in the hot tub. When we got there the entire hotel was being worked on. The pool was closed for painting. The smell of paint permeated theoughput the entire hotel. There were holes in the sheets and dirt stains. The beds were very uncomfortable and noisy. Overall it was not a good stay and my nephew who is onlyv11 was very disappointed. Hotels please let the booking agencies know when you are renovating and when pools are closed.

Loved this was the first property we have stayed at (including Drury & Marriott’s) where the indoor pool was WARM! Even Drury and Marriott were cold. Baymont’s pool and hot tub were very nice. Property well kept. Clean. Huge TV in King Standard Room (55”) and bed was comfortable. A little creaky, but just one side. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only complaint is that in Room 317, the bathroom light flickered a few times and shut off by itself a couple times. The light fixture was gone and guessing there was a short in wiring. The bulb was tight. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

I didn’t like that there was hair in the pool and not in small amounts. Also that the beds were very uncomfortable and that the shower was not maintenance. And needed that to be painted. what I did like was the waffles and selection at breakfast buffet in the morning.

Our bathroom was dirty, the floor had dirt in the corner and on the floor and the bathtub was black on the bottom. A magic eraser could clean this up. The room was nice but the carpet was old and worn.

The front desk, breakfast, and pool area was very nice. The room itself needs attention. The tub was very dirty and needs to be resurfaced, there was urine on the back of the toilet near the screws and tabs not property cleaned, the furniture is old pressboard and falling apart. Sheets were clean.

Employees were hard to recognize as they dressed in normal clothes no uniform. Not the cleanest (alarm clock was sticky, floors along baseboards had dust and crumbs. Breakfast was horrible. Eggs were fake and bland. Sausage was odd, coffee bitter.

First of all, part of the building was under remodel…but that wasn’t so bad. The hall carpets on our floor (3rd) were filthy. Our shower curtain had multiple tears, and the tub was covered in calcium stains and did not look clean. We were awakened by tornado warnings and had to go downstairs. There was no indication of a safe place to go. And to top it off, when we finally went upstairs to our room, the batteries on our room door was dead and we had to go back downstairs to get help. The owner/manager came up and exchanged the batteries. The continental breakfast was inimpressive.

The pillows were throw pillows, the WiFi isn’t secure, the keycard seemed to break a lot, clearly renovating with all the trim torn off and just bare walls but no workers around so who knows how long it’s been like that. Elevator takes forever and a lifetime 5 minutes faster to use stairs. Beds were super uncomfortable and every party staying at hotel in different rooms had huge back pain after. Is a typical 3 star hotel.

Staff was friendly Pool and hot tub worked great, but the room is visible from the parking lot, so if you’re modest, keep that in mind. The bed frames were made of metal and were extremely loud whenever someone moved on the bed. Very hard to sleep when the bed itself wakes you up with every move. They A/C was nice. I love ones that have a constant fan setting to cover up outside sounds. The breakfast was average, but edible and there were some hot options. The tub was chipped and old, but the shower head had lots of pressure, which is an uncommon luxury. The floor was also bare laminate, no carpet. Not a deal breaker, just something to note. The hotel overall was good. However, the beds alone were enough to make me pass this one up going forward. I don’t expect perfect beds in a hotel at this price range, but the noise they made was straight obnoxious. If this were to be changed, I would look into staying here again

The bed was hard, making for an uncomfortable night. The walls are thin, so when people slam their door, the wall shakes which in turn shakes the head board waking you up. The whole room is showing signs of needing a fresh up and the shower head has limescale build up.

Nice place and clean. Breakfast was not so good. We were at breakfast 8:30. No eggs or sausage. Person doing the area sitting in next area using her telephone. I asked for eggs . Took a long time to bring them out and told no sausage. Promptly at 9 she closed breakfast doors. She wasn’t very friendly. Think I will look at another place to stay next time. Really liked their towels.

I complained numerous times about extremely drunk adults in the pool area having a party beer cans and alcohol drink in the pool area nothing was done I had to remove my grandchildren from such a horrible mess. As we were leaving there was four adults in the hot tub having sex. The noise was horrible my daughter and my grandbaby had to leave and drive 2 hours home because of the noise. I probably will not return to this hotel

We picked this hotel based on the good reviews stating that they had comfortable beds, good breakfast, & a pool/hot tub. The beds were uncomfortable, you couldn't move without it making noise. The bathtub was stained & there was mildew/mold on the edges of the shower curtain. The hot tub was barely warmer than the pool, which was very disappointing. The breakfast left much to be desired. The hot breakfast was those rubbery fold over egg omelets and the frozen sausage patties. You could get cereal, oatmeal, bagels, and such. I went to get some apple juice and another customer told me not too that it had stuff floating in it and tasted off. We opened up the juice dispenser and it had expired two months ago, The orange juice had an expiration date 1 day after our stay and had mold around the nozzle. I would most definitely not stay at this hotel again. I will give them this, the indoor pool is nice.

I come to the Sullivan area a few times a year and have tried different hotels, but for quite a while the Baymont Inn is the only one I book. It is always clean, convenient for me, plenty of parking, friendly and professional staff and a full breakfast with hot and cold items. Will always book this when in the area.

Of course the price - you get what you pay for. Overall this property was nice the only issue I had was that they advertised a Hot Continental Breakfast. the only things that were hot were oatmeal, toast, bagels and coffee. No eggs or meat options available. Not even waffles or pancakes.

Ice machine out of order. Had to go to gas station for ice. Advertised as having a hot breakfast. The only thing that you put in the toaster or microwave was hot. Disappointed The room itself was clean
