The parking was dark and scary and I could smell the cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room. Room was very clean though. Rear door of motel wasn't securely locked.

They are renovating this property, but it still needs a lot of work. Th new furniture and flooring is nice, but the attention to detail needs some help. The owners and staff were very nice and helpful.

Had a place to park the uhaul trailer on my SUV

Positive: comfortable beds, laminate flooring rather than carpet. Check in was fast. Front desk clerk friendly. Negatives: cleanliness was questionable. Older hotel. Biggest issue was the bathtub/shower did not drain. Pretty disgusting. Back door to property which should have been locked for safety reasons was not locked, which makes you wonder why you need the keycard to get into the building, when it’s clear that anyone could have walked in the rear entrance. Entire facility was run down. I don’t know if it’s laziness, or just not really caring at all, but a bit more effort in terms of cleaning would have improved the room to some extent. It didn’t appear that the floor had been cleaned. Breakfast was subpar, which we sort of expected. I feel like I paid for a nights stay, and that should have included a working bathtub. I paid for a service, which is in fact a contract. I pay. My end of the deal was settled. You did not fulfill your obligation. You didn’t hold up your end of the contract. Disappointed and frankly sick of paying for subpar accommodations. Breakfast anlso subpar. Overall, would not stay here again & would advise others to avoid.

Parking was easy. The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The heat worked.

They allow smoking

The property appears to have been recently remodeled. The room was excellent! Great service as I was also allowed to check in early. Friendly staff. If anything, the free breakfast could be a little better. Whatever happened to the biscuits and gravy? I would definitely stay there again. I was there on 9/9/23

The bedrooms were updated and very clean. The back door of the hotel didn’t lock. The lobby smelled like smoke but the room didn’t.

Stay was great room was wonderful and location for convenience. Hotel front lobby is very small and outdated. Needs renovated along with a renovated designated breakfast area with variety of more quality and quantity items.

There was a subtle smoke smell everywhere including our room and we discovered two cigarette burns on the bedding. This was disappointing as a non-smoker in a "smoke free" hotel. When I mentioned these things to the manager at check-out, he made excuses. Breakfast was waffles or yogurt. No coffee pots in the room.

Didnt have handicap accessible non smoking room. Had to take a smoking room and then woke up to a sink full of bugs. Packed up and left hoping to not have our luggage invested.

The sheets did not seem to be as clean as the should be

Didn’t notice any problems. Room was clean. The only issue were doors slamming after we went to bed at 10:00.

The inside is shape similar to "the Brady Bunch" home. The reception area is small, the whole room echos, which is the problem. In the rooms on 2nd floor, close to reception, you can hear EVERYTHING said and done. I mean EVERYTHING. No, I didn\'t get sleep.

This is a run of the mill Hotel. It needs to be updated and smells like an ashtray. The beds were clean and comfy, the bathroom fan was like a rocket ship. The water pressure in the shower was great. A lot of caulk in the shower and bathroom in general. a good update will do wonders

The TV did not work properly. It would randomly turn itself off, and on there were burning holes in the comforter. The continental breakfast was very limited and if you are not an early riser, you’re out of luck they do not restock it as they go once it’s gone it’s gone. The front desk guy is hard to understand but was very nice. I would only stay there again if there was literally nowhere else to stay. Next time I will pay more to stay somewhere else.

This Hotel was good value for the price but paper thin walls and excessive noise

Fixtures and fittings needed attention....but lots of road noise whcih even with ear plugs was loud.

I had a nice peaceful stay it’s a very quiet hotel no people hanging out outside or anything one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in to be honest. Very clean I was surprised how clean it was . The only thing I didn’t really like was I had my Medical Alert Service Dog with me and he kept asking me for an ID for him which isn’t a thing those are fake and ordered online real service dogs legally don’t need paperwork. I just wish they would read the ADA Laws because that was stressful.

The owner must've had a family reunion and was too busy with it to check us in.Room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but someone had definitely been smoking in it. Did not want to go down and change rooms because checking in took too long so tolerated it, knowing it was only one night and never again. Area did not seem to be like a safe area. They had advertised free breakfast and there was nothing, Not even coffee. I definitely would not stay here again. Not worth the rate!!!

A good place to stay the night for a low price (68 dollar). It’s clean, the bed was good and it felt safe. The breakfast is fine to start te day. What made our stay was the woman behind the desk. We needed to wash our close and she helped us and was very nice!

The front desk clerk was so helpful. He brought our bags in for us to our room. that's above and beyond the call of duty.

Upon checking in, I was given a room key to use for room 320. When I got to the room, I found that another guy was already assigned that room. I went back down to the lobby and the guy acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. He took the key up to room 320 and found the guy there that I was talking about. He gave me the same key back and told me to use room 322. I am curious if all the room keys will open all the rooms because he did not do anything different with the key and just told me to use room 322.

It was close to stations to fill up a person's gas tank it was close to all kinds of places to eat. The truth is the bed and pillows were pretty lumpy 😬

This was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in before. The lady up front had two beers sitting up there for her to drink get to the room had to exchange one of the pills because it was Blood Stained and then not only that the door to get in from the side was broken so anybody could walk in and out of there at any time. There were a ton of drug addicts all around

No frills but gives us a comfy place to stay when we go on an annual trip down to Sullivan.They have a small small continental breakfast in the morning. The main thing I care about is a comfy bed & good AC in the room,the colder the better, and this motel provides that! They used to have coffee makers in the rooms but there wasn’t one this time around. They do serve coffee in the lobby though. I was disappointed that the body wash,shampoo & conditioner (they are refillable bottles in the shower) were all empty and there was one tiny odd smelling bar of soap. Normally I bring my own body wash but they said that they provide it. Not the end of the world though. I used the odd soap (must have dropped it a dozen times,lol) and brought my own shampoo & conditioner. You might just want to check the bottles before you are already in the shower so they can hopefully fill it for you. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and insisted on helping me with my luggage. One draw back is that there are some unsavory characters that tend to loiter around in the parking lot and near the front door. There is a gas station basically attached to Motel Parking lot & think it draws a certain kind of business sometimes….if you know what I mean,lol So if younger just looking for a place to lay your head at night and on a budget, would definitely recommend this Super 8!!

The property is right off the interstate so it’s very convenient!

Smelled horrible. It was dirty and we seen two bugs in our room. There were literally prostitutes standing in front of the gas station that is in the connecting parking lot of the hotel and bringing them back around to the parking lot in the back of the hotel this happened about four times and just the one night we stay. We checked out early.

This hotel iffers an inexpensive stay, close to dining amd shopping. Staff was kind, room was nice, area surrounding was ok. I slept great and enjoyed my trip to sullivan.

Free breakfast, peace & quiet, comfy bed. That's speaking my language, & overall they did pretty damn good here.
