No toilet paper no towels. One working elevator for 7 floors. We waited 20 minutes each time and were on the 6th floor. It was in the 40s and we had a baby. The elevators were outside. Gym was closed. Pool and hottub were closed.

The hotel is an upgraded motel. The rooms are spacious and modern, and they had good layouts with a sitting area. Everything was well-maintained and the staff was friendly. What we didn't like was the a/c was so loud that it woke us up out night. It was right over the beds and blew forcefully in our faces too. The breakfast was skimpy. They served bagels but were out of butter many days in a row (we had to ask each day and they had to find it for us in the kitchen), and only gave us jam when we asked. No cream cheese either. They had yogurt 2 out of the 6 days we were there since they said they were out. There was a store/snack bar, restaurant and bar but they were all closed and when we asked when they would be open we were told the weekend. The weekend came and they never opened. We were there in late July so that seemed a bit odd.

The room was amazing. No carpets, super clean. Family style living room with separate tv from bedroom area with sliding privacy door. Breakfast was just ok for a resort. Not a lot of options and though some hot items, no waffles or pancakes. :( Stuff ran out fast and wasn't replenished an hour later when I checked again. The main pool was very clean but hot tub was gross with dirt and hair. There was also hair in all the drains around the pool area and some used bandaids left out. Pretty gross and in direct contrast to the clean, spacious rooms with two tvs!

Property was beautiful and clean. Check in was easy despite the very grumpy person working the check in counter. Hot tub was out of order. Restaurant on site was empty most the trip, made us not want to eat there. Great stay overall. Front desk needs more hospitable people.

Staff was nice, pool is nice, however the beds were hard and the AC was really loud and lots of light came into the room in the mornings… the breakfast wasn’t the best either… there is also no shuttle here to the parks even though it says it has one on Expedia descriptions but uber was only like $10 to the park and $20back.

Great renovated hotel. I really liked it. However, shower pressure and water flow in room was almost nonexistent. I reported and no one fixed or gave feed back. Hot tub is big for me and it was broken the whole stay.

My friend and I stayed here for a week on vacation. All the staff were very friendly. Our room was very nice. Appeared recently remodeled. Large 2 room plus bathroom, 2 big screen tv's with the ability to close off the the extra tv room for the late night person while the other person goes to bed. Great view over a beautiful pool and a snack shop to purchase soda and snacks. My friend was impressed with the great tasting breakfast that was included with the room rate. I did not eat breakfast so can only comment on what she said. The overall stay was great and we would definitely stay here in the future.

Worked for what we needed, but not the best stay. Toilet was clogged upon arrival, front door wouldn’t close correctly, bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock, air conditioner was very loud and did not cool room, no coffee machine in room, breakfast was not good at all, floors were filthy and had leftover crumbs from previous guests, tv went out and wouldn’t connect a few times, beds were hard to access from inner sides and we attempted to speak with the manager but they weren’t available and never got back to us. Close to parks and affordable. We ended up switching rooms and the AC was cooler but still very loud. Not really any security on property. Watched people sneak into pool all night (they were not hotel guests). Overall it was okay for the location and price we needed but wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel may look renovated, but don’t be fooled — the rooms were extremely dirty. The sheets were filthy, the sofa bed bedding had stains and hair on it, and we even found snack trash bags under the sofa bed. One room had a toilet that was flooding water. We ended up switching to three different rooms that night, and every one of them had problems. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

We checked in late after a long drive and initially thought the room was nice , until we discovered bed bugs around 3:30 AM. We were awaken by terrible itching from bed bugs. They were on the sheets, pillows, and even our son’s bed. We didn’t want to pull the sheets back to discover the amount on the mattress, honestly seen enough on top of sheets and under the blankets. I took videos/photos and showed them to the front desk. The night staff was kind and gave us a refund for the second night, but we had to leave at 4 AM with our 10-year-old and find a new hotel. When we returned to speak with the manager the next morning, and to request a refund for the first night he refused to come out, and the staff on duty was rude and dismissive. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel , the bed bugs were bad, but the lack of urgency and care from management made it worse. I wish there were a place here to add videos however I did take a few screen shots of the video, to add photos.

Only one elevator was working, which was inconvenient especially since we were traveling with two dogs and they put us on the 7th floor. While the checkin was easy and the receptionist friendly, the lobby men’s restroom was disgustingly dirty and had no toilet paper. The hotel isn’t very busy so it obviously just wasn’t checked regularly and cleaned. Extremely disappointing. Especially when you pay a “resort fee”!

The room layout was perfect, it had alot of space. Storage cabinet was plenty for our family four. Very clean, beds were comfortable, sofa bed was comfortable and the sliding door was an added plus to provide some privacy. Fresh and clean as soon as you walk in the room. We did have an issue with the shower door, it did not stay shut so we took a face towel and wedged it between both sliding shower doors to keep it shut while we showered. Our keycard also deactivated twice during our stay and it would be great if they had a coffee machine in the room for coffee convenience. Overall, i had a very nice stay at this hotel. As long as the hotel is operating the way it is now I would definitely go back for another stay.

This place was beautiful and so nice. Great breakfast (I did miss not having a waffle). Only draw back was that you had to pay for parking and the lot was not gated or anything, so that was crazy. The bed was amazing and had a very nice pool area. Needs hooks in the bathroom for towels. Located in the middle of everything. Would stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The room had a sitting area with a sofa bed, tv, microwave and small refrigerator. The rooms were modern and the hotel is close to Universal Studios and Icon park. Disney Springs is about 30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Property we loved it and will come back. The only reason why I am not giving a five star review is because of the bad breakfast. The property is amazing. The room is a spacious modern very clean. The sTaff was also very warm and nice except for the breakfast staff which looked stressed and overwhelmed. So I would highly recommend that management invest a little bit more on improving the breakfast quality. The food was not good at all. Coffee didn’t even taste good it was like tiny coffee, and lots of water. Breakfast food with Reyna fast and many times a lot of people would arrived and there were no food on the trays. Is the only thing in this property needs to improve because the rest was amazing. The pool is great and our family and the kids enjoy it a lot.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. Besides having an excellent structure, most of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. And the location is just perfect, close to International Drive and surrounded by the restaurants, shops, and attractions we need for a great stay in Orlando.

I stayed at DASKK hotel for 5 nights. The staff overall was amazing specially Tuba at front desk. Whenever I requested for something they were able to bring it to me. The rooms are spacious. Plenty of places where you can go and eat even do pickup. About 0.5 a mile from ICON park. All the parks pretty much are commutable at about 20 minutes drive. We visited Aquatica, SeaWorld, and Disney. You can go to Walmart, Publix that is about 2 miles from the property. The reason I am giving 4 Stars for 2 things, the area right in front of elevators at 4th floor has always piled up with water. I complained multiple times, and each time they cleaned the water rather than fixing the problem. Eventually on my 5th day somebody fixed it. Second was the breakfast, if you are reaching 9am, you won’t find anything. It’s best they don’t offer breakfast if you can’t keep up with it.

Property was beautiful and clean. Check in was easy despite the very grumpy person working the check in counter. Hot tub was out of order. Restaurant on site was empty most the trip, made us not want to eat there. Great stay overall. Front desk needs more hospitable people.

I chose this hotel based on rates alone because I didn’t want to break the Bank. It turned out to be the best hotel stay I’ve had in a very long time. I gave it five stars across the board. The only thing I gave four stars was the service and only because throughout my stay, housekeeping never showed up. This really was not an issue. I could’ve very easily gone to the front desk and grabbed whatever I needed, however, I never needed a thing. Front desk was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing! Me and my daughter go to Universal Studios once a month and I will be staying at this hotel every time I’m in Orlando.

We checked in late after a long drive and initially thought the room was nice , until we discovered bed bugs around 3:30 AM. We were awaken by terrible itching from bed bugs. They were on the sheets, pillows, and even our son’s bed. We didn’t want to pull the sheets back to discover the amount on the mattress, honestly seen enough on top of sheets and under the blankets. I took videos/photos and showed them to the front desk. The night staff was kind and gave us a refund for the second night, but we had to leave at 4 AM with our 10-year-old and find a new hotel. When we returned to speak with the manager the next morning, and to request a refund for the first night he refused to come out, and the staff on duty was rude and dismissive. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel , the bed bugs were bad, but the lack of urgency and care from management made it worse. I wish there were a place here to add videos however I did take a few screen shots of the video, to add photos.

For the price and location you can’t really beat it. The room is nice and spacious, though we were given a handicap accessible room for some reason I didn’t say anything, but it wasn’t necessary or noted that it was needed. We came in for one night to see a concert at hard rock live and got an Uber, which was only like $13 one way and did not take long to get to and from city walk. They do offer a continental breakfast, which had some items like sausages, gravy biscuits, cereal, and milk and toast, which I did not usually partake in because I’m really picky about food but my husband had a 2 bowls of Honey Nut Cheerios and grabbed a banana. Overall we were pleased with our stay and had no problems.

This hotel is amazing!!! I loved its location because it is very close to International Drive. it is a very walkable area with lots of shopping, dining, and activities for kids. The property is clean and very modern looking. I loved how white and crisp my bed linen and towels were. My teenage boys also expressed that they loved the property. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub we had it to ourselves. The only downside was the breakfast. They served the same things everyday we were there eggs, cornbeef hash, toast, bacon, orange, bananas, and coffee. We will definately return.

The hotel is an upgraded motel. The rooms are spacious and modern, and they had good layouts with a sitting area. Everything was well-maintained and the staff was friendly. What we didn't like was the a/c was so loud that it woke us up out night. It was right over the beds and blew forcefully in our faces too. The breakfast was skimpy. They served bagels but were out of butter many days in a row (we had to ask each day and they had to find it for us in the kitchen), and only gave us jam when we asked. No cream cheese either. They had yogurt 2 out of the 6 days we were there since they said they were out. There was a store/snack bar, restaurant and bar but they were all closed and when we asked when they would be open we were told the weekend. The weekend came and they never opened. We were there in late July so that seemed a bit odd.

The hotel had recently been renovated, and it was clean and modern. The rooms were very spacious- I had a family member stay nearby in a far more expensive hotel, and when I visited their room I felt I had a much nicer space at DASKK. My kids loved the divider wall and (2!) TVs, the bed was extremely comfortable, AC was cold, and the pool area was sooo cute. The pool had comfortable cabanas, lush greenery, and a small splash pad for my children- only downside here was that the water was freezing in the splash pad, but kids were still playing it in then going into the hot tub to warm up. The breakfast was best on Saturday- Sunday it was too busy with people checking out and the servers were overwhelmed. The hotel also desperately needs to hire barista for their coffee shop, as it was not open a single time the 3 days I was there. I would have gotten an espresso drink every day if it had been open. Shout out to Terrill and Leonardo, my servers in the restaurant, they were extremely courteous and did a great job.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights, in mid April. The hotel is newly renovated and rooms are spacious. The furniture , the sheets and towels are in excellent condition. The infant bed was already in a room, a big thanks for that! Need to add, that the breakfast sucks. There was only one cook in the kitchen who prepares food for 20-40 people at a time. On 4/14, it took us 1 HOUR to get the breakfast on the table, after we placed an order. We clearly said, we don’t want sausages on our plates, but all 5 breakfast plates had sausages. Would be nice if the chef changed his gloves after preparing each meal. Remember, there are people with dietary restrictions: halal, kosher and etc. The breakfast was good, but definitely doesn’t worth the wait. Expect to eat the same food every single morning. We stayed here for 7 nights, so I know what I’m talking about. Expect to eat: Eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits and sausages every single morning. Let’s talk about the pool. The pool closes at 11 pm, so expect the noise. The pool is good, the splash area is located next to the pool, which is a plus, but doesn’t have the seating area. The hotel is overall very clean. There was no “do not disturb” door sign. The housekeeping is done upon request ONLY, and most of the time they didn’t do a good job. The floors were gross, wear shoes in the room. Would I stay here? Definitely not.

Newly updated looks clean and modern interior rooms with lots of towels. Didn’t like that there is no buffet breakfast only one choice which is NO CHOICE have to wait long time to be served and no milk for coffee. What a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable. The pool area was beautiful! Staff were very friendly. It’s close to Universal too. I had a group of 7 and the room met our needs. I requested the bottom floor and they accommodated me! Great experience!

Located in downtown Orlando, just off International Drive, this was the perfect spot. Walkable to good food, good hangout joints, or even just a simple 5-mile morning walk - my wife is already planning a return trip with the kids. Awesome facility in a great location.
