I was very disappointed in the overall condition of the room. The walls looked like someone sprayed ketchup all over the walls and it was left to dry on the walls. There was a bug in the bathroom. There is a standalone bench with coat hooks that was not up against the wall and I looked behind it to make sure nothing fell behind it and there was so much trash behind it it made me sick. The tub was dirty and there was a hair on a clean towel. I was asked if we wanted our rooms cleaned while we were there (we had multiple rooms). I said yes. My husband dropped some food on the top bed sheet. When the room was serviced the next day the dirty bed sheet was put back on the bed. This used to be a very nice hotel and our preferred hotel when we were in Brinkley. I’m not sure if management changed; however, this is our last stay at this hotel until they make improvements. The best thing about this hotel was the front desk representative that provided excellent customer service. I was very disappointed in the condition of this hotel and lack of care this property has given to its upkeep.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant women at the front desk. However, when we got up to our room, it had not been cleaned properly. There were food crumbs all over the cabinet that housed the refrigerator and there was a empty pill packet laying on the floor by the bed. We asked for another room, the second room looked clean, but then when I pulled back the bedding, there was no top sheet, and the bottom sheet was dirty. I have photos of human hair at several points on the sheet. We asked for a third room, at this point it was late into the night and I did not see anything "visible". We took the third room and tried to sleep without thinking if the bed was clean or not. Would definitely not recommend until they replace or better train their cleaning staff.

The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was sweet and helpful. I would def choose to stay here again when passing thru Arkansas. It was very easy on and off the interstate.
