Tired hotel located next to a Truck stop. Rooms were very dated and looked nothing like the photos. Pool was disused and the whole area looked unkempt. Breakfast area was just two tables so I don’t know what they would do if more than a couple of guests needed tables. It was ok for one night, but in serious need of updating.

Not a great experience. Room smelled like mold and caused allergy issues. Pool (which is listed on the website) was closed and appeared to have been closed for a long time. Hole in wall behind door. Could have been cleaner.

Ice. Machine was broken,vending machine would not give charge,spare parts for rooms were laid out side of lobby,called and asked for handicapped room and was told yes,when arrived given regular room went back to lobby the clerk agreed I had talked to him and he gave me handicap room which hr E pocketed $5.

For the price the room was fine. Bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast bar was sparse with few selections and only powdered creamers for the coffee. The parking lot was well lit with ample parking.

Pool wasn't open & dirty. Carpet was ripped. Bees at pool as well. Room smelled. Breakfast was a joke! We didn't even try it. Most of what they advertised wasn't true. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Would never stay here again!

Though I booked two rooms at the time I booked, the rooms assigned initially were on opposite ends of the complex. The evening attendant moved things around and we ended up with rooms close to each other. We chose the hotel because it listed having a pool. We planned to let the cousins swim and play and spend time together. After checking in to my Non-Refundable rooms, I was informed that the Pool was closed for the weekend because "he was out of town for the weekend". Not cool. In one of the rooms, there was unrepaired water damage on the ceiling, and a DIRTY shower curtain. In the other room, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! AND there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door upon our arrival (not ours). They were non-smoking rooms, yet the blanket in one of the rooms had cigarette burns in it. The beds were at least comfortable. The person checking me in was at least pleasant. The morning attendant the next morning was not friendly at all. Overall - very disappointed.

We typically choose a hotel based on ammenities, reviews and price. Travelling with grandchildren, we wanted a room that included breakfast and had a pool. After we checked in, we asked if the pool was open and we were told no. It was apparent the pool was permanently ciosed due the the rusted lock and sign screwed on the gate. Unfortunate the advertising shows pool when it doesn't have one. Other than that it was a no frills, overnight stop.

Went to get ice and the machine didn't work. Put 2 dollar bills in the coke machine for a can of coke and machine kept my change. In the morning went to lobby for coffee and it was the worst coffee ive ever had.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom was a bit small but it actually had a tub long enough for a 5'9" woman to take a nice soak before bed. Beds were comfortable with clean, crisp good quality sheets. The pool between the two buildings was sparklingly clear with plenty of seating and loungers. Breakfast was served from 7-9 and there was also a on site Mexican restaurant that served lunch and dinner.

There was food in our frig, feces in the trash can, a pill on the vanity, and a huge wet spot beside the bed. The reception attendant told my husband he was disrespectful for asking to replace the biohazard trash can. We never got a trash can. Ive contacted Wyndham.

Room: The room was not clean, and the refrigerator was very dirty with stuff in it from the previous occupant. No cups for water, sink water was splashing all over, and there were bugs in the sink. No coffee machine in the room, and no toilet paper holder. Property: There were lots of toads trying to get into the room. No ice machine, it seems it has been broken for a long time. Breakfast is pancakes. I did not eat breakfast. Staff: The staff was ok, new, so she did not know much. She tried to switch us to 2 other rooms - one was smoking and the smell was too much, the next one was in the same condition as the first one, filthy fridge and smelly. We requested to clean the first one and stayed in it.

We weren’t happy with stained sheets, hair in sink and on countertop, toilet seat wasn’t bolted down properly. We went into the room to find only 1 hand towel for 3 people. The front desk clerk seemed annoyed when my husband went to him to request towels and washcloths for our room. It was dirtier than we would’ve liked, but we endured since it was only for 8 hrs.

Hotel is older. Overall sleep was good. The area was quiet overnight. Price is cheap and very reasonable. Breakfast was the norm for a Super 8 location - a quick bite and was sufficient. My biggest complaint and reason for my low rating - they need to pay attention to detail and deep clean the rooms (if they did this, it wouldnt be a bad spot to stay and they would deserve the 7 + rating they have here on Expedia). The shower curtain in our room was full of grime (management should see something like that and replace). This kind of grime only accumulates when there is a lack of cleaning. The toilet seat is peeling and has an odour (replacing it would fix this issue). There is a chair in the room full of dirt and stains (steam cleaner would fix that). The bedding did not smell fresh. This made me wonder if the sheets were clean. All comes down to cleanliness. DEEP clean the rooms, replace some small items and it wouldnt be a bad place to stay. Hire professional cleaning staff that do a good job and report problems back to management...thinking this is not the case at this location. Management should be embarassed about the grimy shower curtain and filthy chair.

When booking and even when registration did not realize that lobby was separate building from rooms. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Tub had dirt around mat. Shower curtain was dirty. No hot water in shower. Refrigerator had food left in it from prior guest.

I stayed there from 7/5-7/6. It was as advertised and I think it was basically a safe place to place my head. One thing I found extraordinary was that the exterior appeared in need of an improvement, but inside, the rooms were clean, spacious and overall good. One thing I will note that stuck out to me: there was condensation on the floor by the AC that was accumulating.

Property is convenient while traveling. Soap and shampoo conditioners were not refilled . We reserved a non smoking room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was ok.

The staff was good and I enjoyed chatting with the person who checked me in. The room next to mine was loud and I could hear too much. Lots of F____ this and f___ing that. A bunch of loud guys made the experience less pleasant. The walls were clearly too thin. And it made me question my safety, especially given that there was shared door between the two room. Yes it was locked, but still ...

The room had a musty odor to it. Tried spraying, but seemed to stay. Also, many things needed better cosmetic repairs. Overall, staff was nice and it was just a short night. No big deal; just need to clean it up somewhat

We arrived after nine and I was the only one in the lobby checking in. The man who checked me in was rude and impatient as I looked for my driver’s license. I asked if he would need a card too since I was already digging in my purse and he leans over the counter to practically yell in my face “I need your DRIVER’S LICENSE ma’am! Your LICENSE!” Two seconds later he asked for my card for insurance purposes, of course. Awful guy. The room smelled of smoke so my husband went the second time to let the man know so we would not be charged for the obvious smell. He dismissed his concern and we were stuck with the smelly room. The worst was the bathroom. It was clean but smelled SO bad that it took our breath away. I’m not sure if it was pot or what but it was over powering and not cigarettes. Left the fan on all night in there and it still stunk. Beds were okay but pillows tiny and lumpy and dirty in one case. Most of room was clean though. No bugs.

On three separate occasions room service walked in without knocking or announcing themselves. I was in the middle of changing at one point. Most locks are broke or almost broke on the doors and you can hear everything through the walls. It was hard to get privacy. We have a baby and getting him asleep was a challenge because room service, and the owners themselves came through and let themselves in, or people would check in and stomp or play their TVs extremely loud. If you have kids or if you’re a light sleeper I don’t recommend this place.

Didn’t like that his front desk clerk refuse to put me in another room after I told her that my air conditioning wasn’t blowing nothing but heat., she replied that she couldn’t cause her boss wasn’t there. So I asked for a fan and yes they gave it to me but still my stay in room 110 was very uncomfortable. I want a refund or half refund for those two nights the lil girl couldn’t help me in 90 degrees weather

This is my second stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Brinkley, and I will be back next year. The room was clean, and the staff is very courteous and friendly (special mention to the young man attending the front desk when I checked-in - he advised me there was a problem with the room I had reserved, and he promptly advised me that he would place me in another room, which turned out to be an upgrade. Very pleasant young man and very efficient. Having met his father during breakfast, it was easy to see that he was following his father's teaching). Highly recommended.

I liked this place, as everything worked as it should (WiFi, Direct TV with TCM, good bed, good bathroom). However, the one thing I didn’t appreciate was the rude check-in. The young man at the front desk barks a lot of orders and was not welcoming in the least. This hotel would be well served with a staff change.

Though I booked two rooms at the time I booked, the rooms assigned initially were on opposite ends of the complex. The evening attendant moved things around and we ended up with rooms close to each other. We chose the hotel because it listed having a pool. We planned to let the cousins swim and play and spend time together. After checking in to my Non-Refundable rooms, I was informed that the Pool was closed for the weekend because "he was out of town for the weekend". Not cool. In one of the rooms, there was unrepaired water damage on the ceiling, and a DIRTY shower curtain. In the other room, the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! AND there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door upon our arrival (not ours). They were non-smoking rooms, yet the blanket in one of the rooms had cigarette burns in it. The beds were at least comfortable. The person checking me in was at least pleasant. The morning attendant the next morning was not friendly at all. Overall - very disappointed.

Room was clean, and night staff was friendly. No cups in room was weird, and day staff was a bit standoffish. I wouldn't seek this place out as somewhere to stay, but in a pinch (like that night where I neededfk grab sleep after driving several hundred miles), it's not bad either.

Front desk agent (probably owner or family of owner) stayed on speaker phone conversation with wife entire time of our check in experience. Reservation was for a non-smoking room, the room had clearly been smoked heavily in. Housekeeping entered our room without knocking or any notice.

Tired hotel located next to a Truck stop. Rooms were very dated and looked nothing like the photos. Pool was disused and the whole area looked unkempt. Breakfast area was just two tables so I don’t know what they would do if more than a couple of guests needed tables. It was ok for one night, but in serious need of updating.

It was great! Staff was friendly (even when I locked myself out of room at 3:30am). Property was well manicured, great Mexican food joint next store. Plenty of gas stations within walking distance. Room was clean, bed was comfy. I even loved when they had a parking space just for me!

The check in staff was very friendly. The room was okay. It was older, the ac/heat unit was incredibly loud. Breakfast was pathetic. I never expect much but when it is advertised, it would be nice to have more than coffee, pancakes and donuts. I would stay there again though if I'm ever passing through again.

Hotel is older. Overall sleep was good. The area was quiet overnight. Price is cheap and very reasonable. Breakfast was the norm for a Super 8 location - a quick bite and was sufficient. My biggest complaint and reason for my low rating - they need to pay attention to detail and deep clean the rooms (if they did this, it wouldnt be a bad spot to stay and they would deserve the 7 + rating they have here on Expedia). The shower curtain in our room was full of grime (management should see something like that and replace). This kind of grime only accumulates when there is a lack of cleaning. The toilet seat is peeling and has an odour (replacing it would fix this issue). There is a chair in the room full of dirt and stains (steam cleaner would fix that). The bedding did not smell fresh. This made me wonder if the sheets were clean. All comes down to cleanliness. DEEP clean the rooms, replace some small items and it wouldnt be a bad place to stay. Hire professional cleaning staff that do a good job and report problems back to management...thinking this is not the case at this location. Management should be embarassed about the grimy shower curtain and filthy chair.

The check-in person was very friendly. The motel was older but clean. However, the toilet paper holder was broken and the paper had to be placed on the side of the tub or on the water reservoir. The breakfast was very poor. Cereal, juice, pancakes. There was no fruit or pastries. We did not eat it.

This hotel/motel was awful. I didn’t feel safe and I didn’t think it was clean. It could be one of those hourly motels. There was dirty drip marks on the bathroom door and some of the walls. I’m sure if it was wiped off it would have been clean. I don’t think they clean. The girl who checked me in was not friendly, I felt like I was an inconvenience. They started knocking on the door at 8:30am. The breakfast was a joke. Instant coffee and cereal, white or wheat toast. They did have hostess cupcakes. I would not recommend.

It was an adequate room in a convenient location. The down falls were, I booked a non smoking room and our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We did not ask to change rooms, because we were to tired. Also the dishwasher was dirty.
