We were put in a ground floor room. One of the windows was actually open and out to the parking lot when we arrived. I tried closing it and NONE of the windows would lock and could be opened from outside. SO unsafe! Asked to be moved, next room same issue. Staff not attentive, had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. Absolutely awful. This hotel should NOT be offered via Expedia. Hotel did not smell fresh, very musty and overflowing garbage cans, lobby restrooms not working. Breakfast did not match what was offered online.

Got a bed and sofa and no sheets for extra sofa bed. Had to pay extra to move to a 2 bed unit, also because AC did not work in unit 1. Found cockroach inside the room, shower bathtub is all scratched up or dirty, hard to tell. One elevator did not work, and bags full of trash next to other elevator, overflowing. With extra payment the rate comparable to a better rating hotel and would have avoided the bad experience. Had to come back!

The elevator was broken, i got a wrong room. The hotel smells so bad and is very dirty. I do kot recommend.

I saw three small cockroaches in the room. Rooms needs some repairs and maintenance to windows, screens, bathtub, room phone. Pool rest rooms needs to be clean more often. The treatment of personnel was great!

The experience was beyond unacceptable, and I feel compelled to provide detailed feedback on the issues I encountered. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the state of the property. The trash receptacles were overflowing, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. Additionally, the elevator was out of order, which made accessing my room difficult, especially with luggage.The stairwell reeked of urine, contributing to an overall sense of neglect and poor hygiene. Once inside the room, I found the cabinet doors were broken and the sofa bed was not only broken but completely unusable. These maintenance issues significantly impacted the comfort and functionality of the room. The parking lot was another major issue. It was filled with trash and appeared to be used as a mechanic's workshop, with numerous broken-down vehicles and random individuals attempting to repair them. This gave the property a chaotic and unsafe atmosphere. Perhaps the most distressing aspect of my stay was the behavior of the staff. They were consistently rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed visibly irritated at the sight of customers. This level of service is completely unacceptable and only served to exacerbate an already negative experience.In all my travels, I have never encountered such a poorly maintained property with such horrendous service. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly to prevent future guests from enduring the same dreadful experience

The property on the exterior looked normal but once you stepped inside it was a different story. The carpets in the hallways smelled like it wasn’t cleaned in a few years and there was always trash by the only functioning elevator. The rooms were not as advertised (broken drawers, musty AC unit, furniture was beat up, etc).

I was asked to tell you how the facility was- it was not a pleasant stay, however the manager did refund one night. I booked a room with a bed and a sleeper couch. The room had no couch (but a space for one) on check-in. I had to accept that room or move to a upper floor which I could not due to disability and was initially declined any assistance. The room itself had a TV with no remote (was declined to be given one by front desk), a phone that was not connected and did not work, and flooring and tile in bathroom that were lifting / coming off wall. The back hall wreaked of weed and the security door was repeatedly left propped open by "guests" with a rock. The boiler room alarm went off multiple times, at one point for 36 hours (outside our room, we were told to "deal with it") leaving us getting no sleep for multiple nights. We did not know the towel policy so went without clean towels for 1 day until we could turn our dirty ones in at an acceptable time. The room itself also had roach traps and live cockroaches. My vehicle was broken into in the parking lot right outside the back entry door, there were homeless people in the back parking lot defecating behind the dumpster and the room across the hallway had a "sex party" while we were there that my child ended up seeing. The final night at 11pm, an extended stay guest lit his microwave on fire and we had fire crews ventilating the hallways. In the AM half the days there was no morning coffee made by 7am. It was pretty bad. Hotel very run down, no ice machine, no toilet paper and hotel staff didn’t have access to more because they needed a key from the manager. Advertised free breakfast which was as coffee and a cereal bar. Horrible smell throughout the hotel all day and night . Tried to get a water bottle from the vending machine. It ate our 2.50 and hotel staff was unwilling and unable to refund the money or help. Would not ever stay here again.

This is the worst property I have ever stayed at. The rooms are filthy, the carpets are disgusting, there is overflowing garbage in the halls, everything smells like smoke and urine. The bed on the pull out couch, looks like someone was murdered there. There are no kitchen supplies in the room, you have to go to the front desk for pots and utensils and when you go, they are out of everything. The “breakfast” is stale muffins, nutri grain bars, oatmeal packs and coffee. This is by far the grungiest place I have ever stayed. I should have read the reviews before booking, they don’t begin to explain how nasty this place is!

It was the worst day I've ever encountered there was so much mold in the bathroom I could not let my son take baths nor myself there was bodily fluids on the toilet and they won't refund my money which is a shame it's insane they want you to pay over $100 a night for a room to live or sleep in such disgusting conditions Anders bugs

I don't know where to begin they had roaches the furniture had water damage and the mattress looked like someone committed multiple bowel movements on it it was not only unclean but filthy won't recommend!

The rooms were not cleaned--and I don't mean "not spotless" but toilet scummy with rings, mold in the tub, roaches crawling on the floor, streaks and dirt ground into the walls, stale smell in the room. It's not a bad neighborhood and not the cheapest hotel in the area, so I have no idea what that place is doing or why they let it get that bad. They did provide a refund to let us leave.

It was a terrible experience; the room was infested with roaches. We left the hotel after 5 minutes. Additionally, the smell of marijuana begins in the parking area. Customer service was terrible. I want my rewards back.

The hallways were completely dirty. My room was filthy dirty! The carpet seems like it never was clean for years. The bathroom was dirty everywhere from the door to the floor. In the morning when I woke up, I had a small cockroache walking on top of my blanket. I do not recommend to people never stay there. What a nightmare!

We could not sleep at this place it was so discussing. The carpet was dirty with a foul smell from the hallways into your room. There we’re holes in the walls of the room. The bathroom was dirty. Nevertheless the reason why I decided not to even stay one night here is because the run down property it’s full of roaches. They are everywhere, halls, elevators, rooms, just everywhere.

This place is the WORST! Trash in the stairwells, it smells absolutely horrible, waited OVER an hour just to get into rooms that had standing water in the tub, roaches everywhere and no sleeper sofa in one of them like it was supposed to be. Staff acted blind to the conditions of this place. People wandering all around the property and lootering in the lobby. It's dirty and I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy to stay in.

Nicest low quality room. It’s like an oxymoron. Hard to describe but would have been a lovely room new and in the 80s. Now just large, spacious, outdated and dirty. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot.

This was an extremely outdated property. Look like it may have been nice 20 years ago. Lots of broken and dirty items. Carpet is nasty. Furniture beat up. Kitchen ok but only half the cooktop worked. Not worth the money charged. Will never stay again.

I booked a queen size bedroom with a kitchen. As soon as I walked in it reeked of cigarettes. There was no pots pans plates nothing at all as the hotel information stated. The phone wasn't working. There was hazardous wires all around the room. I will never book there again.

The pictures on the website were very deceiving. The first room I was given, the second bed was off the frame and in the other bed. The frame was broken and on the ground. The second room was dirty and had a very bad odor. After spending three nights there, I never really felt clean, even after showering.

Arrived at Room 202 to a huge stain on the carpet, window wide open with busted out screen. Sleeper sofa was not put away, water was leaking from bathtub faucet, shelving in closet was busted up and toilet looked like it had been recently used. Front desk staff was very nice and I felt bad that they had to deal with such a terrible property. Thankfully our money was refunded and we were able to find another place to stay.

Rooms are destroyed and old. The odor of the carpet in all common areas is noticeable. Management allowed us to change to a less terrible room but this property should not be taking reservations until a full renovation.

The room we had needs maintenance to put some work and repair the holes and cracks. The bathroom needs repair and the bed was uncomfortable.

The accommodations were not good. The toilet was broken in the room and would not flush. The pull out couch that we were relying on was broken and did not function and whichever employee was in the room last knew this in advance of our stay as they left it extended and leaning up against the wall (mechanism for the bed to come down was broken) so 2 of 6 family members had to sleep on the floor. Room also smelled bad. Staff at front desk was not helpful whatsoever with the exception of Toni, the manager, who is refunding out stay as our room accommodations were not even close to satisfactory. I am shocked that this location IS the Extended Stay America location for Orlando! It is not well run or an example of a well kept location. It needs investment to fix it and clean it up and have it be a good example of what Extended Stays can offer.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I ever had. Rude staff and appalling conditions/cleanliness. Walking in, I was greeted by the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby. Overflowing trash cans and carpet stains every few feet. I then waited at the front desk for several minutes to be checked in (the lobby was empty) by a thoroughly disinterested and unhelpful desk attendant. The walk to my room was like walking through a haunted house, half the hallway lightbulbs were out, the cigarette smell still lingered, and I could hear every conversation and TV from every room I passed. The real fun began when I reached my room. It smelled like someone had closed the windows and smoked a carton of cigarettes. There were dime-sized crawler bug/roach type insects on the bedside table and TV stand (will attempt to attach photos). The icing on the cake was the chirping smoke detector in the hall and a poor dog losing its mind in the next room. Went back to the front desk to ask for a different room. I informed the woman at the desk that I had requested a non-smoking room and instead of trying to help me move to a different room, she silently handed a cancelation form. I clarified that I would just like a different room and her one-word response was "full". I then mentioned the barking dog, response: "we're pet friendly hotel" (thanks). I spent the next 10 or so minutes in the lobby (unsuccessfully) trying to find a different hotel. During that time, several guests

Could not stayed in this hotel, I got there after driving 8 hours and I did not have a room because they over booked me and I had already paid for it. Terrible staff very unhelpful and not friendly not willing to help out. Worst experience ever will never book with this hotel ever.😡 It was hard to get reimbursed too.

The front desk woman was ignorant and telling me she didn't have access to print my receipt for our check in and immediate check due to the room being disgusting and said that I had to contact hotels.com for my refund.

Check in was disastrous. Computers were down. Could not check in starting at 7pm . Checked back every hour until 1030 pm when i fell asleep in my car. At 3 am when i woke up computers were fixed and was able to get my room.

Customer service is great

We called to let the staff know our flight was delayed several hours and we would be arriving at 3am. they said no problem. Upon arrival the desk was closed and we used the outside phone to call management. They said they would not come in to check us in and we'd have to wait till 7. We were forced to sleep in our car and no refund or discount was given. Also, the entry floor was sticky, showerhead leaked all day and public restroom near lobby was closed all week. Nothing worth returning to.

The front desk person Nesha was horrible and very rude, the room was dirty the hallway carpet smelly. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Front desk staff are awesome. They go above and beyond to make you feel like you are at home. I stayed there for a month while my place was being renovated and felt like I had a place away from home. Ms Dorothy in hskp. was a princess....always checking to make sure my room was clean. Overall rating 10 Highly recommended. Will gladly return again.

Upon arrival, the hotel had a bad smell. On the way to our room we saw trash piled up to the ceiling all along the the hallways. Our room had a terrible smell, broken furniture and mold and cockroaches in the bathroom. Nedless to say me and my family did NOT feel safe or confortable in this hotel and left inmediately.

Every thing is nice good awsome stay ..staff there great and very helpful ..and manage ment is great and places to eat ..thank u to them .

Great location very quiet

Will never go again. Whole hotel smelled bad. There was constant noise at night (police we belive on loud speakers) The room was dirty as hell... The receptionist was very kind and good service - but the hotel was nok. Area is industrial and not nice.

I was asked to do a review right at check in before even staying there and decided to wait. So glad I did because once we checked into our room I quickly noticed it was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The room smelled like perfume and cigarettes. The tub was dirty and the room was outdated. Outside was surrounded by homeless people and it was a really shady area we felt unsafe. Will not be staying here again and don’t recommend it.

The room was dirty and we seen several cockroaches and the hallways smelled like horrible cat pee and there was always people outside working on cars or smoking and drinking.

I was deeply embarrassed to bring my 15-year-old child to such an unpleasant environment. The smell of urine, marijuana, and pet waste seemed ingrained in the walls and carpets. The room conditions were unacceptable. Outside, people were visibly under the influence, and dogs in nearby rooms were barking incessantly. We entered the room but left immediately, walking out of the hotel altogether. It felt neither healthy nor safe. I kindly request a refund due to these unacceptable conditions.

Clean quiet location

There was not a breakfast toilet kept clogging up,tub was strained, the muffins seemed old and u could smell Marijuana in the hall. The front and cleaning ladies where real nice

This Property lacked basic things:1. There was no one at front desk at any point to welcome, until we call out. 2. There were small bugs crawling in the room floor. 3. There was no lotion in the bathroom and towels looked liked they were damp. 4. There was no dust/trash bin in the entire room or bathroom. 5. There was no breakfast as mentioned while booking. 6. The room phone was not working and we faced urgency. 7. We were given 2 keys and only 1 was working and the other was not, and when asked the receptionist said "the batteries must have went down ", and so when we tried to use the same for the gym it was not working either, was that card reader also running out of battery? One of my family member was asleep in the room with 1 key and so the other key that we were holding did not work and we faced all this challenges as room phone did not work either. Thank goodness, we booked only 1 night there, it was a bad experience, we were waiting to get out of there.

They never have breakfast

They need to update the rooms, bugs, no breakfast serve for the guest.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The pot smoke smell that seemed to be everywhere, including our room, made for a much less pleasant experience. The lack of coffee, tea, hot cocoa and juice in the “grab and go breakfast “ area and the drinks vending machine being out of order didn’t help our disposition any. But it was a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Average review.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. When I went for the complimentary breakfast, there were mini cellophane-wrapped muffins and oatmeal packets. The coffee pot was empty. It was terrible. Extended Stay America should be embarrassed.

The room looked nothing like the pictures online. The hallways smelled like wet carpet sweat and smoke. The elevator had black sticky tar like substance in the buttons and floor corners. The room had awful smell and at night i turned on the light and saw 6 cockroaches in the kitchen at the same time. I left bread in the counter and they ate the bag to get to it. The bathroom door knob was broken and it was imposible to lock the door, also the bath tub was cracked (parts of the tub were missing) stained. Went outside and there was a guy loitering near the cars with a mask on. Not common to see that type of mask in Florida considering the poor lighting i decided not go to the car and just lock myself in that dirty room until morning. Breakfast was muffins and hot water because the coffee wasn't working. And the front lady is a little aggressive. Cant imagine the things shes seen in that place so i don't even blame her.
