Donna at the front desk was so amazing...so very friendly and helpful after i messed up.......valets were wonderful...it was just an overnight so didn't use amemities but stay was wonderful and staff made it even better !!!!!

Unpleasant surprise that parking costs $35 per night. I was told street parking is the other option, if I could find a spot. Beware there is no guest parking at this hotel.

Terrible parking set up and hidden fees. They charge you $33 dollars on top of your room to park in the parking deck that you have to circle the block. Free parking is on the street. The room was so basic and old for almost $200 a night, no fridge and you have to use your key to use the elevator so when your hands are full better get that key ready. Staff was fine it’s not their fault the set up was outdated and inconvenient they just work there.

The carpet in the room wasn't very clean. Our coffee maker had no basket to make coffee . Our Body wash container was empty. WE had to ask to get someone to clean our room. The front desk girls were all excellent. We enjoyed the bottled water and cookies. The coffee shop was useful since we couldn't make our coffee in our room.
