Beware. They have a 15min refund window. That’s because if it was any longer they wouldn’t make any money. Door lock was coming unscrewed from the walls, the cleaning lady almost ripped it out when she opened the door on me. The bed was hard as a rock to the extent I’m not sure it was actually a mattress. The floor was dirty and covered in paint stains. The walls, while freshly painted, also bore evidence of severe patchwork. Most of the rooms on the way to ours were under severe renovation. I would not stay here without an armed escort and biohazard suit (found 1 small brown bug on the sheets and didn’t risk using the shower). In under 1 hour I had a reservation for a new hotel. Couldn’t get a full refund. Pictures on website are entirely misleading. Save yourself the headache.

They were renovating so all guests were on top floor. Liked my view. Didn't have iron. Hair on bedsheets & towels. Was charged a different price from booking with Expedia once checking in.

The common areas were definitely substandard, but the room itself was very clean. I stayed here out of necessity for Hurricane Helene while I was in Georgia for work. I would normally not stay at a Motel 6 property, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the room. If you need a place to stay at a very low price-point, this is your place. No frills. Just clean.

The hotel is a dump. I should have known better not to book a hotel for that price. Drug deals went on next door, and the outside and perimeter of the building were not kept up. The bathroom was not well kept and dirty, and the towels were old and worn out. The bedsheets were stained. The rooms next to us were smokers, we smelled weed and cigarette smoke all the time. I could get on and on but as I said before I should have known better not to get the room for that price.

I parked in the broken glass of a previous vehicle’s broken window. The environment reeked of pot. I had to return to the desk 3 times to find my room and get a working jet. The really kind guy offered to walk with me to make sure I found it and got in, but the motel was so sketchy that I had to let him know it seemed creepy. No doubt he was just showing customer service, but it’s the kind of place where you look for hidden cameras.

We were on wet sheets and they were dirty , mildew all over the room which caused me to get sick and seek medical attention. The guest had the hallways and balconies smelling like marijuana, and trash all iver the facility. The property had room that had no renovations and unsafe conditions. All the staff were pretty much rude or not helpful and the cleaning lady left an old used bar if soap in our tub along with irons full of water. And broken coffee pot. Thy wont give u time to gather your things and leave they literally rushed us out and had no reason to ir new gurst waiting .they the elevator was shufty as well. And dog feces on the grounds.

The first things first, this hotel needs an inventory of improvements. The staff whether they can communicate in English or not lie on the guest, and steal they also do not clean the rooms they change sheets sweep and move on to the next I had a fridge with food in it. Sorry trash cans dirty trash can filters debree from the room being renovated next and trash all over the facility. They lock the vending room or whatever it is to other guest. They don't allow late check outs if you ask it's at your own risk. Your liable to see drugs and dealers on the property or prostitution in the parking lot. It's not the most convincient location to everything aside from burger king and Q.T

Please be aware -- this is actually a Motel 6 and is not in good condition. The lobby area is not represented at all like it is in the photos. We were disgusted to see dead cockroaches in the hotel room. Both queen beds had bed runners that were stained and visibly dirty. The bathroom was also run down, dirty baseboards, with dead bugs on the floor. I don't choose a hotel with ratings under 8 and at the time I booked it showed 8.4. There is no possible way this is accurate. I believe the reviews had to be fictional and inflated, now that I look closer most are from the same couple of people!

The bathroom had roaches and the bathroom door had a hole in it like someone kicked it. The bathroom overall seemed neglected. When the people in other rooms turned on the shower in their rooms I could hear it in my room. It was incredibly loud.

My stay was horrible. The room was dirty and had roaches and ants. We moved from room 136 to room 146. That room had water all over the floor. We were then moved to room150 which had stakned sheets and dirty towels. There were teens skateboarding at 1 am in the parking lot. DO NOT STAY HERE

Floor was very sticky and slippery when we arrived. Lots of attention of detail that was missed out on when cleaning. Thankfully we were only there for a night. The area is great. But the rooms and environment themself need more work. Wish our room was properly cleaned and tended to before we arrived!

Great deal! I spent my first two nights at the same chain but about ten minutes away and had an unpleasant experience. I tried this hotel based on reviews and was very satisfied. Very clean, quiet, in great condition. I got a great night's sleep and would return here again!

While the property was clean, the room looked like it had been renovated by monkeys. Paint splatter everywhere, mold and mildew around tub, and stains on the floor. The bed was was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The employee at check-in was there to do his job….no less and certainly no more. This hotel is not for professionals or families.

Loud, long stay tenants. Woke up to 4 police officers and cars around our car. Bedding had stains. The room smelled like smoke and was very damp. The bedding felt almost wet. AC was cold....that and the front desk being friendly are the only positives.

Smell of bleach in the room was over whelming. Body hair was in the sink. Rude nighttime desk clerk. People above me running back and forth for hours and said nothing could be done to stop them. Felt unsafe and could not sleep. Left room at 2:30 am due to this.

Housekeeping came in on the first day and emptied the trash and never again. Cleaning is only superficial with trash (including plastic utensils) under the headboard. Mystery stain on the bathroom floor. A lack of weatherstripping meant the room was always humid and bugs could enter the room including a large cricket I found only after I had squashed it with my bag. Checked out early.

Needed a room on the first floor, nice woman says, no problem. 1st room, no pillows. 2nd room, occupied. 3rd room was on the 2nd floor and the drainbwas slow, the tp holder was busted and the coffee maker had mold growing in it! Nope, never again

Our room was under about an inch and a half of water. Once we returned from our ball game at 11:30, I went to the front desk to inform them and the front desk attendant said. What do you expect me to do about it? Why are you just now coming to tell me about it? I informed him of our situation and he decided to send us to another room. We get to new room and it is exactly the same. We ended up staying at a different hotel because the lack of effort from the attendant. The bed covers were nasty. There were holes and mold all over the room. Highly disappointed but what do you expect?.

When I arrived to check in, the front desk rep was not friendly (actually he seemed annoyed and bothered by my presence). I attempted to open a door which wasn’t the correct one and he yelled at me. So I advised him to not be so rude and that being friendly goes along way…he should probably learn some better communication and customer service skills. The room wasn’t very clean and it seemed like whoever’s prepped it was in a rush, the floors were filthy, the bath/shower had hair, the towels and bed sheets looked old and dingy, it was total cringe!
