The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful - the other staff were great too. I did use the gym 2 days and that was fine - although I can never figure out out to use the TV/remotes! That was likely my problem. Only disappointment was no drinkable water other than bottled water. That might be a Texas thing, but a good source of filtered water other than plastic-filled bottles would be great. The pool/spa were down for maintenance but staff accommodated that and we look forward to that improvement when completed. Overall great. Thanks

Very pleasant stay. Very clean. Great gym. Pool unheated and spa heater broken, but went swimming anyway for exercise. Didn’t hear freeway at all. All in all, 2 thumbs up. And am sure the breakfast will be great too

This was my first time at the property in 10 years and it has not aged well. The bathtub has a weird dark brown stain that was 20 inches wide. The elevators were super slow. The hotel smells great in the hallways but as soon as you get in your room it smells like old and wet carpet. For the price of the hotel I think you’d be better off at the newly built La Quinta’s. But honestly every hotel in El Paso is pretty darn bad. So I’d say this one is OKAY.

Fairly easy access from I-10 (east or west). Arrived at the location about 8:30pm. No one was present at the lobby desk (sign on counter said "Will return shortly"). Waited approximately 15 minutes for the desk clerk to arrive. Check in was okay. The room was large and fairly well appointed, however it did have an odd smell when we firstwalkedin. .. (couldn\'t pin-point exactly what it was). Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was okay, but the sliding glass shower doors were messed-up (badly out of adjustment), and were dragging on the frame, and required a lot of effort to open & close (and would not close fully). I expected better from Holiday Inn, particularly at >$200 per night. The issues were brought to tbe attention of the desk clerk upon check-out. We only stayed one night, traveling through El Paso, on our way home to central Texas.

Staff was nice, the rate was fair, but the bathroom - room 100, was dirty. I have photos of the moldy grout and shower area. I was only there for one night, so I didn't want to make a fuss about it. I also made sure to tip the housekeeping staff, maybe it was a different cleaning crew that did a bad job. I have photos if you want to see. Thank you.

The room was not great clean. the mirrors were streaked. Looked like they were cleaned with a dirty towel. There was a family there with several children and they were running up and down the 4th floor hallways until 1am. The HVAC system in the room was not working. We were told the hotel was full but that we would receive 10,000 points for our discomfort. At check out I informed the lady at the check out desk about my issues and the verbal promise of 10,000 point. I asked to get in writing before leaving and the manager (Sergio I believe was his name) said he couldn't do that. I still haven't received anything. If they are taught to lie. They should be tought how to do better, period.

The rooms were relatively clean and the housekeeping staff were great. I waited for over 10 minutes to check in as nobody was at the front desk upon arrival. Our room did. It have towels or toilet paper (weird)Naomi went to the front desk and was told housekeeping would bring them. Housekeeping never came, I ended up having to request 3 times before we got towels and toilet paper.

Great stop over point on our way through Texas. Great staff, very welcoming and helpful. Good space to share with our grown son. Appreciate the microwave and mini fridge and "out of the way" space for our bags and hooks for jackets or bags. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good, safe, walkable to many food options

The staff was rude. Marissa particularly made the experience awful. It took us 2 hours to check in. We had booked through hotels.com and there was some type of issue with the credit card matching what they had on file. She told us she didn't have time for this and she had things to do. I contacted hotels.com and they were very helpful. Marissa hung up on 2 different agents before the situation was resolved. This was the absolute worst customer service and experience we've ever had, and we travel regularly.

The staff member that checked me in was sweet and welcoming. The day of check out I walked out of my door to find my “receipt” on the floor outside my door. With my full name and address, not sure why. When I tried to ask the front desk he was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me along with other customers waiting. At check out time nobody was anywhere to be found. Area was convenient, the room was decent, but I don’t suggest staying here.

First, they couldn’t find the confirmation number. Then I was told I could check out at 1:00 due to the issue and the prolonged check in. The next morning I had a lady “service cleaner”’yell at me that I had to be out by 12:30 or they would charge me another night. sadly, they made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. Never again.

After a long 9 hour road trip, this was the perfect half way stop to our trip. The hotel was quiet and the staff were friendly. Our room was very spacious for a family of four and the staff accommodated us with extra linen for our pull out sofa bed. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. We will definitely be staying there again.

Pretty much OK overall. Two problems: 1. Did not have ice machine on every floor - had to ride elevator to get ice. 2. Breakfast started late by most motel standards - was leaving relatively early (7 am) and breakfast had just opened up, so had to pass. Most places start at 6 am.
