They are currently in the middle of renovations. However, it did not affect our stay. The rooms have new carpet, furniture and beds. The pool was out of service. but we were told we could visit the pool at the neighboring hotel. We felt that was a nice alternative instead of nothing at all. Breakfast was good too.

The hotel was excellet EXCEPT the pool was closed for "renovations" which we only found out once we arrived. Their website and hotel.com both had the pool listed as an amenity. We would have chosen a different hotel since the pool and hot tub were our main reason for choosing them.

As a lower limb amputee, I appreciate facilities that have a generous number of handbars in the bathroom and disability accommodations in the shower. Springhill Suites in Hagerstown, MD, had that and a bonus: a special for getting in and out of the swimming pool, which is one of the hardest things for me to do without an assist device. Well done, Springhill Suites!

Great space with two queen size bed and dual level pull out queen sleeper sofa. It was perfect for me, my sister, my nephew, niece and great granddaughter. The room was well decorated, well lit, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shopping and restaurant across the parking lot. The free breakfast was outstanding. It included Belgian waffle maker, eggs, bacon, egg and bacon or sausage bagel sandwiches, hot and cold cereal, juice, coffee, tea, and more. My only disappointment was the website said they had a jacuzzi, indoor pool, and gym. They did not have a jacuzzi.

I chose this hotel so my Grandsons (first time coming with me) could enjoy the pool facilities. I should have been notified at the time of booking - Also, I had to scout each floor to find an ice machine and/ or one that actually worked. Also the smell from the renovations was not pleasant. They and I were disappointed all in all. I should have stayed with Holiday Inn Express.

Everything was rather well done. Friendly greeting, smooth check in, good breakfast (might need the waffle irons to go down just a smidge), clean room. Our biggest hang up came not from the property directly, but from Hotels.com itself. The website advertised that the property had a "jetted tub" in the overall features of the property, as opposed to any individual room (which is where most other properties have it noted for the in room tubs). So we took this to be something similar to a hot tub. Wasn't there. No where to be found. Looking on the property's direct website, it was not listed as one of their features. Also the pool wasn't heated and ended up too cold for us to go in.

They person that checked us in was rude and put a $150 dollar hold on my card for incidentals that still has not been reversed. We were not informed of the ongoing renovations and that the indoor pool was closed. There were no working ice machines on any floor and when we asked for additional towels We were told they did not have any. This was very poor service.

Very convenient location of i81 and 7 mins to the outlet. It's also next to shopping and a theater. Room was a great size. My only complaint is the pool was small.

The check in person was super friendly and the room was absolutely perfect! The bathroom was literally sparkling clean! Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again. Oh and a great breakfast no charge the next morning!

When I first checked in at this hotel, the black woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She showed me attitude whole time when I was talking to her without any reason. She rolled her eyes at me as well. I don't want to visit here again and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Also there were many other people's hair on the bed in the hotel room

It's conveniently located by restaurants and a movie theatre (also right off the highway.) Good staff, well managed--I would recommend to everyone.

Wonderful hotel. I enjoyed six pleasant days there with my husband while we attended a Pioneer Bible School of JW on Hagerstown. The room was very spacious and very clean. The room had a separate area with living room and kitchen. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Definitively we will continue staying in this hotel when we come back to this area.

Was extremely disappointed that there was no spa. Website stated a spa and pictures show one with the pool but there wasn’t one. The refrigerator in our room did not work properly. The biggest problem was what I think may have been mold. My children were sneezing ALOT in the room. We had headaches and nausea if we were in the room for long periods. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing with how much I spent on the room.

The hotel was pretty clean and breakfast was decent, but there was no fruit at all. The room was clean and a decent size but the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible. The location is probably the best part about the hotel, right next to the mall and restaurants and we enjoyed walking there.

We stayed 1 night with kids and it was perfect for what we needed. The staff was great and overall we liked this hotel. With that said, the bed was one of the worst we have experienced in a long time. It was hard as a rock and the only downfall of this hotel.

The room had a very odd layout. You can see the TV from the bed and the couch that viewed the TV was uncomfortable. Very clean. There is no hot tub (the only reason we booked here)

Very clean, beds were very comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was very good. Only down side was our room happened to face the highway and you could hear the traffic, but it wasn’t horrible, just noticeable.

I arrived at the Springfield suites by Marriott Hagerstown, MD after a long ride. I get to the desk and was told that the two rooms I had reserved with Hotels.com were canceled a month prior by me. What happened was the hotel over booked and the staff didn’t know how to handle the situation and screwed me, my Brother and two friends. Very unprofessional and said they couldn’t help me find two other rooms at a close hotel. This is the last thing you want to happen to you after a long day. I called Hotels.com and did the customer chat that kept disconnecting 3 times and I was asked for my cell phone # so a supervisor could get back to me. They never called me back and the chat kept disconnecting after I would get done explaining everything. I had to explain it several times.

What a great hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. It is next to the mall so there were lots of different food options. We left behind some airpods and they sent them to us overnight and made it so easy to get the back. They were amazing

Staff was friendly especially the kitchen worker. She rocked it. Rooms were comfy. The only thing I didnt like was coffee taste. It was horrible and you only had choice between bold and decaf. It was also not offered all day. They take it away after breaksfast. This is the only place we have stayed that this is done at

Staff was friendly. The one thing i didnt like was the coffee. They had two choices, bold or decaf. Not a fan of either. They also didnt offer coffee and tea around the clock, just at breakfast.
