I was not happy with this 1 night stay. I spent one night here with my mom and thought the kitchen/ room would be a plus however everything was missing. No drain stoppers Horrible toilet pressure No cups The air was minimum no matter what setting i put it on I paid for 2 queen size beds 1 was truly a queen and the other was a queen boxspring with a full sized mattress. I am not sure if all rooms are bad but 209 is.

Parking is NOT free! Smells like cigarettes! Free parking is no where near the hotel! A few transit people stay at the hotel and some were extremely noisy! 1 night stay and done!

The whole place is in poor repair. The check-in process is tedious and time-consuming. I was charged $ for parking. This was NOT disclosed in the booking. Parking was clearly listed as an amenity. The breakfast itself was literally grab-n-go. The morning coffee was OK.

Hotel condition was older. Smells like smoking hotel although they say it's non-smoking hotel. Check-in was slow. "Breakfast" was not real, only coffee and muffin at the lobby, no real dining area. More like Econo Lodge.

Mircowave wasn’t cleaned the dresser was missing drawers the bed came up when me and my friend was sitting on edge of bed tiolet paper wasn’t changed in the bathroom didn’t feel comfortable to take a shower the tub looked dirty. The hallway was was horrible

Will never stay here again Room 232 Had Active Roaches Floor in hallway was sticky Card keys had multiple problems in the middle of the night Noone watching the front desk to help with issues All side entrances were closed off for entry with only available parking in rear so had to walk completely around to front entrance for re-entry (Card Keys did not access any exterior doors)

It hotel was ok, didn't have the amenities advertised. Meaning it said call to get pots and pans and utensils was given only 2 forks and 2 butterknives some tongs one pot and one pan. Plus you have to pay for parking that was an unexpected cost!!! Some guy was drunk and spilled beer in the lobby so it had a beer smell. Also the room it self was ok.

The beds were flimsy but very comfortable. The room was decently clean, but the hall ways and stairways to get to our room was unbearable. We had to hold our breath to get to our room because it smelled so bad. Our room door would also not close without lifting it and deadbolting it.

While checking in, the receptionist told me that breakfast is offered in the morning. However, the next morning, another receptionist rudely informed me that NO breakfast is offered, although it is mentioned on Expedia that breakfast is included!!!! Another point is that the corridor is very smelly and the beds had bugs.

Even for the price, the condition of the facilities is very deteriorated. The mattress on the sofa bed was old and dirty. The kitchen had food remnants inside the cabinets. There was a bottle of medication pills scattered under the beds. A clear indication that the cleaning was not done properly. In short, I want to emphasize, even for a cheap price, I would expect cleanliness.

Although the room seemed very clean and all of the bedding was washed, they were some baby cockroaches on the floor by the beds in the morning. It was a room you could store food and cook in also. Probably why the bugs. Other than that everything worked and didn’t expect much more for $110$

This hotel was not what i expected. Outside of hotel very trashy, hallways trashed not vacuumed. Room.. hair in shower tub didn’t look clean. Sorry stove top. No extra pillows or blankets for sofa bed. Carpet stained. No breakfast as stated just coffee in lobby.

Rate was fairly decent in comparison to the other hotels in the area. The room was spacious, furniture and the kitchen if very old. Bathroom on the small side and need an upgrade, and had stains on in the sink counter. The floors felt sticky and squeaked with every step. The smell of weed in the hallways can be found all times of the day

When we first got there i waited almost 10 minutes for someone to check me in. The lobby smelled overwhelmingly like marijuna. The room itself was solidly fine, thiugh the bathroom was definitely in disrepair and could have been cleaned a little better. I found a hair on one of the beds, which was gross, but ended up sleeping on top of the bottom two blankets. It was quiet and secure and allowed us to get some much needed sleep, but I probably wouldn't book it again.

It was not great , the service wasn't existent. The room was dirty and old. We we're in a deluxe suite but there was nothing deluxe in it. The smell was weird. Near the airport but people seemed shady. On the plus side the room was big .

Paper thin walls. The hotel was so loud. I didn’t sleep much at all. Sounded like a heard of horses stomping above me- people talking loudly and yelling and the sounds from the elevator and trains- make this a very noisy hotel

When we went to the hotel to check in there was no rooms available for us. We had called earlier in the day and explained that we would be arriving late after a game and we were told that wouldn’t be a problem. However the hotel sold our room to someone else. They get zero star rating.

There is no maintenance at if your toilet backs up which happens alot it's oh well, housekeeping does not thuraly clean you also have to wait days upon days for housekeeping to even get too you to high priced for the not even average room desperately needs upgrades

I ordered a room with 2 beds and a couch to sleep 3 people. The room only had 2 beds and no couch. Further, when we checked in, they refused to provide keys until we paid an addition $100 deposit. The staff was very rude and inconsiderate. They refused to allow my husband to use the restroom in the lobby until he was registered as a guest, despite his discomfort from being stuck in a traffic jam for an hour prior to his arrival and being unable to relieve himself until he waa able to navigate out of the traffic. Worst hotel experience ever.

We were in Philly for an event, booked this hotel online. After a 5.5 hour drive, we arrived at 2 pm, front desk, rudely, "no check ins until 3 pm." Not a big deal, couldve been nicer about it. Arrive back at 3 pm, they need $100 deposit. I was never made aware of this, UNTIL checking in. Front desk (manager), thankfully, was able to bypass the security deposit. (At this point, I was very thankful for that.) So, we get to our room a little after 3. (Always check for bed bugs and roaches) Out of the hotel by 515 pm, 530 at the latest. We arrive back after 1 am; we turn the lights on, roaches scatter. Packed up our stuff, went to front desk. The kid at the front desk, had no idea what was going on. Told him we checked in at 3, spent literally 2 hours in room and came back and theres roaches in our room, so were checking out. He didnt act surprised, meanwhile, my daughter and I are absolutely DISGUSTED. Ask for a refund, he rudely says, "No." Said i have to have proof (i do) asked if he wanted it , said no, i need to talk to the mngr; Manager gets in at 7 am. No apology, nothing. Call hotels.com, they reach out, same story, need to talk to mgr. Screen grab from the video..where there is one or two....theres MORE. And for a nonsmoking hotel, the smell of marijuana is overpowering and EVERYWHERE.

For the price it was fine for the night. Great location to highway and airport. Close to the city but not right downtown. Cheap for uber to take you right where you need to go, even for concert or other activities.

This place is a hidden gem. Great location (near shopping center & airport), great bargain for what is offered AND the staff is best I know. Wayne and Kia are awesome and made my family nkt only feel comfy but welcome. Very nice people. Thank you Extended Stay Bartram Avenue Philly.

Staff was very nice, but this is an extended stay location meaning people stay here longer term so it isn't an ideal overnight hotel. On the dirtier side, smelled in the hallway, but the bedding/towels were clean which is all that really mattered for a single night's stay. Area doesn't have a lot to offer. There is a Ruby Tuesday's and Wawa's walking distance. Close to the airport. No shuttle to hotel. Overall, it was fine for the night but not a stellar hotel by any means.

The positive: the linens were clean. The shower was hot. The questionable: everything was an extra charge: parking, WiFi. The misleading: listing says free breakfast, parking, dishes for suite. Breakfast is a few packaged muffins and cold coffee. Dishes didn’t exist for kitchen. First we were told they’d be delivered the next morning. Then they said they dig them up. Third day they said, “people steal them so they’re not offered” The worst: everything was sticky with a layer of grime on the refrigerator, dressers. Wood floor ( plastic) was sticky. Burn marks all over the counters and the stove was rusty. And though the first two young men at the front desk were pleasant, the third guy was rude, sarcastic and rolled his eyes when our key card needed to be reset.
