There was a $75 pet fee added on to the cost of the room. For one night, that seems excessive, especially since our room was still being worked on for the remodel the hotel is going through. Our ceiling fan was wide open, no closet bar was installed in the closet, there was a hole random hole in the bathroom. The whole experience of staying there soured me for that Residence Inn by Marriott. I will be looking for better hotels around the area. For $400 a night, plus the added $75 per fee, I would highly suggest finding another place to stay.

Staff, location, lobby, room size all good. The hotel is under construction so the pool and hot tub not working. The second elevator was also broken so I was given a room on the second floor with a view of the roof. They were not forthcoming about any of this. Trip was still great.

I stayed here in 2017 and it was absolutely wonderful. I came back because of my stay in 2017. But in 2023 I found the facility to have declined. The fixtures are worn. Cleaning the room every other day is ridiculous at the price we paid to stay here. Low flow shower heads are insane-- Montana is NOT running out of water. And to top it all off, the issues with the outside door locks is an absolute NIGHTMARE. They would NOT open no matter what I did to try and get in. Putting up a sign that says there's nothing wrong with the door locks is INSULTING. I won't be back, which is so sad. I had such a great visit in 2017.

So as I entered the hotel room, the first thing I did was go to the restroom. Immediately upon entering the bathroom, I saw stuff laying on the floor of th shower. It was some hair of a private nature. It was definitely not mine as I just got there and it was the wrong color. I also for some of that hair on and around the toilet. While this was gross I am a grown adult and realize stuff happens. I didn't report it due to the minimal nature. The real issue was the damn noise!!!! Almost no sleep was had at night. All the kids stayi there thought the place was their personal playground. Saturday morning I wasn't able to get breakfast because the horde of children wiped it out like a plauge of locust. Over all rooms are very nice and it is in a great location to go shopping. The staff really were the shining beacon of the hotel and Taylor was a superb customer service rockstar!!! :

It would have been nice to have a mountain view and during the middle of the night (between 3-4:30am) there was a lot of noise outside my room? Doors opening and closing. It was a little bit disruptive of my sleep. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Bozeman grew fast and buildings were built fast too. This property is super noisy. We could hear the floor above snoring, watching tv at 3 am and moving about. We won’t stay at this property again.
