We didnt know this was a dog friendly hotel. A little noisey in evening. But when it came time for sleep. It was all quiet. The pull out bed didnt have any bedding. A pillow was in closet. I called down for blanket. Never came . I asked housekeeping the next day. Came promptly. We wish snack options were more than chips and canned items. Not kid friendly. Pool was clean and tidy but cooler than comfortable.

Overall a nice stay, front desk rep was cheerful and professional despite one computer being down & a long line of people waiting to check in. Only negatives for us were noise of other groups staying that night, and the loud groaning squeak of the elevator when it stopped - loud enough to hear two rooms away even with a/c on.

Gave us the wrong room… Paid for a suite, and front desk did not want to give us room that was previously booked, and paid for. Front desk gave us a 1 room king. Mistakes happen, but it took 3 attempts to get suite we paid for. Make matters worse, front desk told us they were doing us a favor by getting us into the suite. The laundry room was out of order for the 4 days we stayed.

The heated pool was not warm at all (this was after calling prior to reserving the room to be sure it was heated) and the pool towels were very small and not absorbant. We are local to the area and only stayed so our granddaughter could swim. The hotel and room were clean and the clerk was friendly at check in.

Cleanliness was very good. Condition of property also very good. Our room was not touched at all during your stay. We would like to have had the beds made and the dirty towels replaced. Called for towels and had to go get them at front desk. Ran out of Kleenex and toilet paper but just used our own we had brought just in case rather than deal with having to go down and wait in line again.

We were told they only clean and restock rooms every other day during your stay. We needed clean towels, coffee pods, cups everyday. Had to go down to the desk to request these items. Front desk person was nice and obtained the items we needed to get by. I feel the rooms should be restocked every day during your stay.

It was not a good stay. I called two days before we came to the hotel and asked for a cot and a room on the end of a hallway because my husband suffered from PTSD and has trouble sleeping and a nice gentlemen told me he had it set up. When I arrived the rude lady at the front desk said she didn’t know who told me that but they don’t have cots. She then said we have a room on the end. We then proceeded to our room which was the MIDDLE of the second floor hall way surrounded by other rooms. We had to ask for more towel bc they didn’t have enough and the towels were hand towel sizes. Went to put our drinks in the frig to get cold. Well surprise the frog was not working and that was super inconvenient for our two night stay. When we returned from our full day at the baseball fields we wanted to take showers only to cone back to no clean towels. No one was ant the front desk to drop off cards or to pay for snack you had to go looking for a worker. Our stay was not a good one at all.

Are you looking for a quiet hotel room for the night? Are you hoping for a good night's sleep and to wake up refreshed and ready to attack a new day? Then this ISN'T the hotel for you. Last night, hotel staff did NOTHING to stop the crowd of little leaguer parents partying outside until 3 in the morning. But did management know about it, you're asking? Yep, it was twenty feet from the front desk. Loud music and adults shouting over each other right outside my window. If that's what you're looking for, reserve your room quickly because apparently there are no quiet hours at this hotel, and even if there are, certainly no one is going to enforce them. I strongly advise choosing one of the other hotels on the same block. Or maybe pitch a tent alongside a night crew doing highway construction work instead. You'll probably sleep better.

Huge noisy party outside right under my window until 2am. No one at the front desk when I called. Front area littered with trash and beer cans. If you want to sleep, stay somewhere else.

Have to be a member for long enough to get a CHEAPER breakfast… The ceiling paint is chipping. The shower drained very slowly so had to shower quick or it would leak onto the floor. Also the shower head was not tall enough, even after adjusting to max height. I wouldn’t complain if I would have gotten a complimentary breakfast like every other hotel has.

Overall is a nice property. The bartender and cooks were the bomb very pleasant and put out very nice quality n care to their food and drinks. Downside the i side pool water was colder then if you were in it outside it was like getting into ice water.
