Red Roof Inn Columbus East- Reynoldsburg

The place was alittle run down butttt the staff was helpful and it was clean given the circumstances, and the staff was nice and accommodating, I stayed 5 nights and I had no issues whatsoever. Given the price it was a great stay and experience and very close to the interstate.

The Stay here was nice and what was expected. We loved they had smoking rooms and that there was no carpet Hard wood floors was a plus. The room was clean. Did not like or agree with the $100.00 extra deposit. However, it was refunded on my card later. The room was decent, but we took pictures and reported to front office areas of concern when we first checked in room that they probably would have tried to keep the extra $100.00. Only issue was because we stayed two nights no one came to clean room or empty trash or bring clean towels (We had our on from home Packed) and when we asked everyone who work cleaning rooms all say they didn't speak English. I feel it was a lie and it represented poor customer service. Overall, we had stayed there once, and we will more than likely repeat stay here if/when back in Columbus. They do have lots of weekly/monthly live in customers (so No breakfast) with lots of dogs.( We're not really pet lovers). And The Night Parking was awful we had to park kinda far from room. It was quiet and we felt safe. They get an 8 out of Ten.

Heater work good. We received a handicapped room, not by choice, and so we couldn't park in front of our room. Microwave was not plugged in and had to be moved to use. One bedside lamp was not working but we were able to get it working. No coffee maker in the room, but staff had some in the lobby. I could see light through the door to the outside. Kind of unnerving. TV worked fine, fridge was good, beds were pretty comfortable. Area was quiet, no heavy traffic. A good place if you just need to shower and crash for a night.

Staff was good, room was nice. Bedspread, blanket and sheets in first room were dirty and stained. The second room they gave me the sheets were stained but not as bad. Never had problems like this at other red roofs :( would not stay here again. Think the health department should be called.

Dirty sheets, peeling paint on ceiling, disgusting bathroom. Noisy.
