Super large clean comfortable room - bed was super comfy. Hot tub was disgustingly dirty and a bacteria haven

Room did not have paper towels. When I asked for some they told me they did not have any and later gave me napkins. I read reviews about a shuttle to Sesame place (as it was one reason I booked) and when I asked about it the check in person laughed and said they haven't had that in years. I was not told about the $5 per day parking fee before I checked out and was surprised to see the charge on my bill. When I went to ask for coffee at 8pm (at the all day coffee and tea table) they informed me they didn't have any more and they wouldn't bring any more. The toilet paper holder was broken and we needed to keep the toilet paper roll on the floor as it kept falling. Probably the biggest disappointment was the sofa bed. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable (like I need to get a massage bad). It felt like the spring and beam were all jutting out. It was unusable to the point that I just slept on the coach which wasn't much better actually. There were some stains on the carpet. I didn't make a fuss as I am not one to complain and being with my wife and two children I tried not to focus on the negative. I would not book again and I would not recommend anyone to book here either.

Was charged a parking fee. A little odd because its a parking lot that you self park. Beautiful hotel and great rooms.

Staff: amazing. Room: spotless. Complimentary breakfast: great. BUT The pool was so filthy that I can’t possibly give this a good rating. The tiles were dark from dirt. There were particles floating in the pool. The hot tub smelled like a wet dog. This was so unacceptable. The pool should be shut down by the health department.

This hotel was terrible. The locking tabs windows on the ground floor rooms are broken and not secure, beware! Rooms are incredibly noisy - every time another guest on the floor closes a door it shakes the building. Gaps around our door were huge and let lots of night in at night. The pool and hot tub were both disturbingly cloudy! I would not recommend this hotel at all - I travel a fair amount, and this hotel was pretty subpar on multiple accounts. Don't stay here!

For the price it was a good deal. Just need to improve on the sofa bed and the swimming pool was too cold.

Its terrible they charge $3.50 for a bottle of water, and get this, you pay $384 for two nights and then they slip in a parking charge that is totally not warranted. I mean come on.

Not as great as I'd expected based on reviews. Furniture, elevators all showing signs of wear and tear, sofa beds with unsightly stains not to mention being pretty uncomfortable, lack of staff on site.... For a suburban hotel I'm surprised they even charge for parking. Pretty lame.

Breakfast lacked fresh fruit. Pool was not usable. Water was frigid at the time of our visit. Jacuzzi was very good and much appreciated.

Hotel was spacious, had a great layout and a good location for a trip to sesame place. Beds were not comfortable and there were a lot if spiders and gnats in the room. The carpet was really sticky. Overall it was ok.

I arrived to the residence marriott inn to no at the front desk for several minutes. After receiving my room key I enter the room to use the bathroom and found 3 ants. My son went to the lounge area and then ask front desk to light the fire pit. The general assistant manager name Ryan said they didn't have the tool to light but he would have it the next day. Unfortunately it was a 1 day stay for us. I called front desk for a extra pillow and blanket because I was sleeping on the pull out couch. Well the marriott ran out of 1 extra pillow. Ryan told me every room freezer makes ice, well not my freezer so we had no ice maker in our room. I specifically stay at high end residence so things like this don't happen. Dissatisfied customers. I seen a roach in my room while I was there and I was just scared

It was not as clean as it looked.

When we first arrived and used our room bathroom the toilet didn’t flush, my husband had to put his hand in the back of the toilet to Fix then chain so it would flush. Then, when we opened the pull out couch it had a variety of crumbs on it and my son gave us a hard time and didn’t want to sleep on it. This was the second time we stayed here.

Clean hotel.

The room was not clean and it had a mild in it the tub had hair in it and the sofa has stains on it.

This hotel was perfect for our needs for this family trip. My husband and I were traveling with our 21 month old and the rooms with the suite layout were perfect for having a place to hang out/eat/etc. during the day, but also ideal for putting the baby to bed in the bedroom, while we still had use of the living area. The complimentary shuttle to Sesame Place was one of the greatest perks. Our driver, Lori was the friendliest and had so many local tips and recommendations. The hotel's heated pool and complimentary breakfast were also major pluses. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking to visit Sesame Place and we would absolutely come back to stay again.

The pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and a great size—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative throughout my stay. I would definitely return and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place to stay.

I enjoyed the hotel overall, we stayed 7 days and 8 nights. I am very picky when choosing hotels so lucked out in a sense. The reviews are accurate. The downsides are: 1) the noise but thats to be expected given the location and families with small children. There were a lot of parents drinking with small children in tow. 2) the hot breakfast was cold on several occassions even after going 30 mins after it started, some days things ran out quickly 3) residency taxes and parking fees- so there is an additional tax to stay there which I was unaware of. The parking which was supposed to be $4.10 was actually $4.85 so we had an extra $100 charge overall that I didn't expect 4) the bed was very firm which made sleeping for me almost impossible between that and the elevator dinging all hours of the night Positives are: 1) I love the convenience of having a kitchen in the room with a full size fridge 2) There were soap pumps in the shower which are so much better than sample bottles other hotels use 3) the hot tub and pool are nice, we only got to use it one day though because there were so many guests 4) the aesthetics of the hotel are very nice, they offer outdoor lounging and multiple seating areas throughout the hotel 5) on site laundry was very convenient Overall I'd stay again :)

Everything was very good from the service to the room, to the parking lot. The lobby was spacious with little areas separated for whatever your need is. The fireplace was so nice to sit next to. The complimentary breakfast was nice to have available. Oatmilk was also available for the cereal. The room was as expected...Well kept, clean, modern aesthetic. The pull out sofa was nice and big but the mattress wasn't the best to sleep on. There was an extra sheet and light blanket in the closet for the pull out bed. It was very nice to have the kitchenette. Shower was very good. Water pressure and temperature was great. It's not super fancy but it's a great hotel to stay in.

This was a decent stay. I wish the soundproofing was better because we literally heard everything from surrounding rooms, from crying babies to adult conversations to people blowing their noses.

Front Desk staff was very accommodating due to traveling with a toddler

The front desk receptionist Chris was great and I forgot the other young lady at the desk but they were very helpful and asked us how the room was. We told them it was a great experience because it was like a house had everything almost made it feel like you were home. Definitely would recommend it and would come back next time. Easy check-in and staff was nice and and helpful..the ac didn’t work in our room but the staff quickly switched our room!!!

Staff was very helpful with requests. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for 2 adults and a toddler.

Wonderful experience except the global computer system crash. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great big thank you to Alfonso who did everything possible to make sure we had access to our room despite the system wide failure for the key system. Thank you and just have one thing to mention about breakfast area- the tables not cleaned off, outdoor seating not wiped down.

Very easy check in process and helpful staff.

Several of us stayed in this hotel for a weekend family get together. We had a housekeeper walk into our room without asking and the manager called the room, "didn’t you check out?" We had not, we were preparing for breakfast. Our son dropped his wallet carrying his bags to the car and retrieved it minutes later from the front desk. I cautioned him to be careful that someone could have taken a picture of his cards as items were askew in his waller. 24 hrs later he had mysterious charges on his cards. He hasn't used the card on this trip. snoop

Great stay outside the city

I enjoyed that the property is tucked away, but still close to everything. I liked that it is pet-friendly. The $125 non-refundable cost was bit steep. I didn't like that the WIFI wasn't functioning over 2 days, which caused me to be backed up on work that I needed to get done.

It was a great stay but the breakfast options could be better.

Easy to get to. Breakfast area very crowded. Workout room smelled like natural gas, no good ventilation or extra fan. Room cleaned only once in a week. Don’t bother
