the beds were ridiculously soft which would kill my back so i slept on the floor. There was no hot water The exercise room had air conditioning running that would not cut off despite being incredibly cold in the room and had a treadmill that was beyond its last legs.

Great hotel but starting to show age especially the elevator. That was scary. Great breakfast! Staff were friendly.The bed was the most comfortable I’ve been on. Not much nearby but we just wanted a quiet night away from home anyway. We love Hampton Inn!

Easy check in. But host sent me wrong direction and I walked a long way with bags, looking for room that was not there. Had to come all the way back and go other way…. left and right side of hotel not connected. Every ice machine I saw was out of order. Hallways seem old and outdated. But room was perfectly fine…. clean and roomy.

Management was not friendly checking in. Our family had three rooms. Two rooms did not have hot water for morning showers. Really? Talking to desk attendant, this was a known problem to management. Also - my 88 year old dad returned back to hotel after a family event at 11:30 pm. His room key didn't work. Manager's override key wouldn't work - so they put my dad in another room - he had to sleep in his clothes. In the morning maintenance had to change the battery in his door key code. It was a shame the manager couldn't handle that fix the night before. The rooms were dark and garbage cans were scarce. Breakfast staff was nice and food was good.

Elevators not working, no ice machines working. Bathroom tiles way too slippery. Water in shower at full hot but was lukewarm. We’ve stayed at this hotel since 2019 and it has gone way downhill. Won’t be returning until upgraded.

The place was very clean, had friendly staff, and breakfast was great! Only inconvenience we had was that the elevator wasn’t working and our rooms were in the 3rd floor which wasn’t great since we were traveling with 2 babies and luggage.

The bathroom was full of mold which was not good. I tried changing the room, but they didn't have anything available. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and management wasn't available so we just took the batteries off and disconnected it.

Dirty and run down. Broken ice machines, restroom urinal, and electronic room lock broke during visit locking us out. They fixed it quick but did not pay a premium to get locked out. Hall carpets fithy and the hall reeks. 90 degrees and they did not turn hallway ac on….

The rooms are very clean, the hotel smells clean, it doesn't smell like cigarette smoke, I liked it a lot in that regard, everything is very clean, very tidy, very quiet, the pool is very clean and it's very close to Sesame Street, 10 minutes away.

I woke up to bed bugs the next morning. I threw my clothes away and my food. I spoke with the GM Melissa. My money was refunded but nothing else. No apology, no room comp. Nothing! Which tells me they don’t want my business. I wonder if I was the Mayor or someone else would they treat me like that ????

Didn’t even stay the night. Room was dirty and so was the elevator and hallway carpets. Very disappointed. This is a professional area and the hotel should be up to par. Staff was wonderful and lobby area was nice, but deceiving as the rooms were not as updated.

Upon arrival the hotel seemed to be very clean and smelled really nice. Once we entered our room there was an immediate intense smell of mildew. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for a room change. We were told that the hotel was booked and no rooms were available. We went to the store for air fresheners and wipes to clean the room to try and make the best of it. The smell never subsided! The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the floor was wet and sticky. The bed sheets were moist and uncomfortable to sleep in. Our clothing items that we unpacked eventually became moist as well. The rug was moist and we never walked around without shoes. We made the best of it but we left the day of checkout the fastest we could! I would not recommend this hotel and would like a refund!

I reserved a room with a whirlpool tub (Jacuzzi) for my birthday working out of town. I thought I’d splurge a little but: the Jacuzzi was in poor shape was missing parts. The smoke alarm went off while I was in the Jacuzzi so I had to cover it with a towel in order to use it.The shower drain cover was off. Something wrong with The faucet in the shower. Just turning in a little bit almost scolded me. The eggs were overcooked as well as the potatoes and they were cold. The coffee in the room was all decaffeinated just what you need waking up to go to work Ot was a big waste of money

The service at the lobby and the house cleaning staff were very nice. Checking in and out was easy. Everything was clean and smelled clean. Bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. A/C and other appliances worked perfectly. Also the spread for the free continental breakfast was very good. The only complaints I have would be the shower pressure wasn't good and the wi-fi wasn't working. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

They appear to have redone the rooms and not for the better. The closet was where a window would be and closed with a curtain. The room was dark and small, only one chair, the desk chair. Housekeeping was minimal and didn’t clean coffeemaker and replace pods. Front desk staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. When I asked for a coffee pod desk woman said dismissively “If nobody shows up in 10 minutes you’ll just have to come down and get it yourself.” The elevator needs to be inspected and bumps dangerously.

I was good and ready to give this hotel a 5 star review, but their greed for money ruined it for me. Beware of the hefty mandatory $250 deposit they can keep for whatever reason they claim. I literally only stood one night with my husband, MIL, and two small children. We checked in 9:30PM and checked out 10:30 next morning. Not even a full 24 hour stay for $238. But fine, at least we got to enjoy Sesame place. Almost two weeks later I am reviewing my credit card statement to see I was never refunded my deposit. I called the hotel, manager wasn’t there but a staff member informed me that they kept the $250 due to a “strong odor”. I was told to call back another time to reach management for an explanation. They absolutely should have emailed or called to inform me of their intent on not returning my deposit. But instead found some fabricated reason just to not return my deposit. How could I possibly leave in odor to a suite that already smelled extremely musty on arrival?! How SNEAKY on managements part. A whopping $500 in total for one night of sleeping there. Will never recommend this place.

Front desk person initially gave me room number that was already occupied. Luckily the door to that room was open so I did not try to enter. They also did not check my photo id and bill later had incorrect home address. Person said they were tired, apologized for mistake then assigned correct room number. Giving low rating as this was a safety issue. Stay otherwise was fine..

This hotel charges $250 a night to your card for “incidentals”. Which as you know takes 3-7 days to be returned to your account. The room didn’t cost that much and there are no “incidentals” in the room. Ridiculous Breakfast was “bleh”

In town for a family visit. Second time staying here and will again next time we’re in town. Convenient to major highways. Quiet, safe location with Dunkin Donuts across the parking lot! Complementary breakfast is good with a nice selection.

Breakfast was about 1.5 hours late opening because they said that no one showed up to prepare it. This was the day of and after Thanksgiving, which was very inconvenient because we had places to be. The staff was very kind and patient as they explained what happened, and handled it well, so I give them credit.
