Hotel decor is lovely; fragranced candles provide a lovely welcome. The family suite was spacious - especially as there were only two of us, but a little disappointed that there was only one toilet - it would better suite a family to have two separate bathrooms. That said - the rainfall shower was the best I have experienced and the bath is generously sized - surprisingly deep too! Very comfortable bed; lots of useful storage. Good standard of cleanliness and complimentary chocolates, tea, coffee and parking included in the cost of the suite. Can’t comment on breakfast because we opted to go out earlier rather than spend 35 euros each on the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend Capri Coffee at the Antwerp Central Station - 10 minute walk away and the most fantastic selection of bagels and baguettes! We did eat at the hotel one evening - great food and great service in lovely setting- definitely recommend an evening meal at the hotel restaurant. Gym and spa facilities were really good. Pool you can actually swim lengths in and nice jacuzzi and sauna. Steam room wasn’t in use when we were there. The hotel is in a great location - 10-20 minute walk into the centre. 10 minutes the other direction is Antwerp Central. Trams run fairly regularly and are reasonably cheap and easy to navigate - was fun to get back from a night out on the tram. All in all a fab stay - we loved our first visit to Antwerp - would do it again and would also stay at the same hotel!

Great location. Can be in historical area or shopping areas in 10 to 15 minutes by foot. Easy walk to main train station. Park across street is great for walking/ jogging. Hotel pool is really nice. Hotel bar is very well put together. Fantastic Breakfast.

Prachtig hotel op een fantastische locatie in Antwerpen. Uitzicht op het park. Bezienswaardigheden en winkels op loopafstand. De kamer was zeer netjes en luxe. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt. Punt van aandacht: Helaas was de wellness niet compleet omdat het bubbelbad niet gebruikt kon worden. Het Turks stoombad werd pas laat ingeschakeld. Dus daarvan konden we laat gebruik maken. In de communicatie stond dat je de receptie kon bellen, maar er hing nergens een telefoon.

Le personnel est très agréable. Quelques petits points négatifs sur ce séjour malgré tout : une journée où il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans les douches à la piscine, piscine qui était plus froide que dans mes souvenirs. Le chauffage dans la chambre était aussi un peu faible, impossible de le monter. Le hammam n’était pas en fonctionnement, tout comme une des machines de la salle de fitness. par contre l’hôtel est vraiment agréable, le bar est super, le petit déjeuner, délicieux et abondant. J’y retournerai.

Great accessible hotel. Great amenities. The pool and sauna/steam room were very nice. Watch out for the bike lane when trying to unload your suitcases. Individuals using the bike lane were not accommodating to movement of bags. The hotel has valet parking which is helpful to finding parking on the busy streets. Staff were business like, not relationally warm. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The family rooms are gorgeous and spacious! The rooms were quiet, beds comfortable and bathrooms and showers were amazing with extra hot water and an incredibly sized bathtub!

We came with high expectations due to the excellent reviews of the hotel, and reality exceeded them by far. Not only is the hotel spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, but it also has a truly special atmosphere overall: a charming team, wonderful scents, fresh flowers, and perfect lighting – truly amazing. The breakfast was simply outstanding! We stayed in the family room, which is huge and beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and are very thankful to the team for this wonderful experience!

Verbleef maar een lang weekend (2 nachten) maar alles was top. Schone kamers, goede service. Mooie sauna en zwembad. Centrum is op "loop afstand", maar ik raad aan e-steps te huren. Mooi park recht voor het hotel. Wel vond ik vreemd, ik had 2 kamers geboekt. 1 kamer kreeg wat extra's (pillow mist en chocolade), maar die van ons niet. Misschien lag het aan dat wij een kamer op de 4e etage hadden en hun op de 1e.

The property is stunning, giving off 4 or 5 star vibes and environment. However, the service and amenities in the room are much more like a 3 star. We didn’t have any shower gel in the room for the entire stay, then when we brought this to the attention of the staff they said it’s our fault for not telling the cleaners to check and it was still not replenished. When asking about room service, we were rudely told to “look online” and the receptionist put the phone down on us. Room didn’t get cleaned one day. WiFi also didn’t work in the room. When complaining to the hotel at the end of the trip they refused to offer any compensation or apology for the service. Will not return.

The property is stunning, giving off 4 or 5 star vibes and environment. However, the service and amenities in the room are much more like a 3 star. We didn’t have any shower gel in the room for the entire stay, then when we brought this to the attention of the staff they said it’s our fault for not telling the cleaners to check and it was still not replenished. When asking about room service, we were rudely told to “look online” and the receptionist put the phone down on us. Room didn’t get cleaned one day. WiFi also didn’t work in the room. When complaining to the hotel at the end of the trip they refused to offer any compensation or apology for the service. Will not return.

Hotel is schoon. Kamer zijn mooi en praktisch ingericht. Enige nadeel is dat de kamers erg luidruchtig zijn en de deuren hard dichtslaan. Zwembad en wellness zijn goed onderhouden. Personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Great accessible hotel. Great amenities. The pool and sauna/steam room were very nice. Watch out for the bike lane when trying to unload your suitcases. Individuals using the bike lane were not accommodating to movement of bags. The hotel has valet parking which is helpful to finding parking on the busy streets. Staff were business like, not relationally warm. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The family rooms are gorgeous and spacious! The rooms were quiet, beds comfortable and bathrooms and showers were amazing with extra hot water and an incredibly sized bathtub!

Mooi hotel, goede ligging. Welness was heerlijk. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en we hadden een hele leuke serveerster in het restaurant. Wel lang wachten op je eten, maar de vriendelijkheid maakte het goed. We komen zeker eens terug.

Après un mauvais démarrage : la chambre n'était pas prête et nous avons attendu 45 mn pour rien, l'hôtel s'est rattrapé et nous a offert le.petiit déjeuner. La chambre était très spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine était peu fréquentée et agréable. Le petit déjeuner excellent avec du choix et une équipe très efficace. Nous avons finalement passé un excellent séjour.

Le personnel est très agréable. Quelques petits points négatifs sur ce séjour malgré tout : une journée où il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude dans les douches à la piscine, piscine qui était plus froide que dans mes souvenirs. Le chauffage dans la chambre était aussi un peu faible, impossible de le monter. Le hammam n’était pas en fonctionnement, tout comme une des machines de la salle de fitness. par contre l’hôtel est vraiment agréable, le bar est super, le petit déjeuner, délicieux et abondant. J’y retournerai.

Hotel decor is lovely; fragranced candles provide a lovely welcome. The family suite was spacious - especially as there were only two of us, but a little disappointed that there was only one toilet - it would better suite a family to have two separate bathrooms. That said - the rainfall shower was the best I have experienced and the bath is generously sized - surprisingly deep too! Very comfortable bed; lots of useful storage. Good standard of cleanliness and complimentary chocolates, tea, coffee and parking included in the cost of the suite. Can’t comment on breakfast because we opted to go out earlier rather than spend 35 euros each on the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend Capri Coffee at the Antwerp Central Station - 10 minute walk away and the most fantastic selection of bagels and baguettes! We did eat at the hotel one evening - great food and great service in lovely setting- definitely recommend an evening meal at the hotel restaurant. Gym and spa facilities were really good. Pool you can actually swim lengths in and nice jacuzzi and sauna. Steam room wasn’t in use when we were there. The hotel is in a great location - 10-20 minute walk into the centre. 10 minutes the other direction is Antwerp Central. Trams run fairly regularly and are reasonably cheap and easy to navigate - was fun to get back from a night out on the tram. All in all a fab stay - we loved our first visit to Antwerp - would do it again and would also stay at the same hotel!

Absolutely a great hotel, as somone that stays in hotels 100+ nights a year, this one is a good one. Perfect location in front of the park, close to public transportation, and feels and look brand new. Despite having lots of people from tomorrowland, we didnt feel that it was crazy busy. My only wish is to make breakfast more reasonably priced as for 4 people it was over 130 euros for one breakfast. We stayed at the family room and the kids loved the bunk beds

Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Geen gebruik gemaakt van Valetparking van het hotel maar parkeergarage in de buurt. Het ontbijt was zeer goed en vriendelijk personeel. Eerste avond gegeten in het hotel, ook dit was erg lekker maar niet goedkoop. De prijs voor een kopje (€ 4,85) na het eten vonden we wel erg hoog. Het zwembad en wellness was ook erg netjes en een fijne toevoeging.
Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Geen gebruik gemaakt van Valetparking van het hotel maar parkeergarage in de buurt. Het ontbijt was zeer goed en vriendelijk personeel. Eerste avond gegeten in het hotel, ook dit was erg lekker maar niet goedkoop. De prijs voor een kopje (€ 4,85) na het eten vonden we wel erg hoog. The hotel was as described, located in a quiet area but close to everything. We stayed in a family room which was very spacious and had a beautiful bathroom. Having air conditioning in both rooms was great, and they were easy to operate. We ordered room service one afternoon—the food was delicious and the service was lovely. We stayed at the hotel at the end of a trip across Germany and Belgium. It was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We ate in the restaurant to celebrate our anniversary one evening and then in the bar area other times. All the food (including breakfast) was first class and there are quite a few areas you can go and enjoy a drink after dinner.
