We've stayed here before. Like that there is an outdoor pool (however the weather didn't cooperate). The hotel is clean and all employees are very nice. The only problem was the sheets should have been retired. Thin and very "pilly".

One of the best hotels we stayed at while there for baseball. Staff was friendly and efficient when asked for something. The outdoor pool was clean and perfectly for the kids. The continental breakfast was just like any other but the only downfall it didn’t open until 7 and we had to be at the field at 7. Other than that it was a really decent place to stay!

Close to Ripken and many restaurants! They need to work on their elevator service (door wouldn’t open when I was in it and found out another family got stuck). However breakfast was good and they have a great outdoor pool.

Not enough parking. A lot of trailers and boats parked across multiple parking spots could not find a parking spot at 11pm had to park at the shopping plaza across the street and walk in the dark.

Our 2nd time staying here. Great pool at this location! Nice beds but the bottom sheet was a little rough for such a nice place. Great showers and very quiet during weekdays. Will stay again.

The property is updated but they cannot keep up with all the dirt that is created by the noisy kids sports teams that frequent the hotel. One of two elevators was out of order all weekend and guests were not allowed to use the stairs. The kids create a lot of dirt. At one point, I walked into the one working elevator and was crunching on cheerios that had been spread all over the floor. The next day, a slick of liquid and napkins was littering the floor of the elevator. The AC in the common areas stopped working Sunday, so very warm in the hotel. I don't think I'll stay here again.

Nice hotel, spotless. I was only bummed that I chose this hotel for the pool and pet-friendliness, and the pool was occupied by a large group from 1 pm-10 pm, blasting music and drinking -- which, fine, but this is a hotel, not a private vacation. Also, a drag that LaQuinta is now charging for pets to stay, something relatively new and now a deterrent.

Upon arriving Peter greeted me and checked me in. He was very upbeat and pleasant! He informed regarding breakfast serving time, checkout time and stairwell/ extetior door locations other than the main entrance as we were traveling with our dog. Breakfast was delicious! The area was clean and very welcoming. The rooms were large and very clean. The refrigerator had a nice freezer compartment. The grounds of the hotel are tastefully landscaped and there is ample space for walking your dog. Doggie stations were also stocked with bags. Within 15 minute to Havre de Grace if you're going there for an event.

First time staying at a LaQuinta. This place was very very clean, bathrooms especially. Very accommodating. The negative for us was the breakfast. The eggs were like powdered eggs, cold. Not enough choices. Been to others hotels with better breakfasts and choices. However. The cleanliness would make me go to another LaQuinta.

Always happy to find a pet-friendly room, but the laminate floor in this room was filthy. Bottom of my socks were black. Our small dog hopped up in the bed and left gray footprints all over the duvet. Everything else was clean—just please mop that floor!

We liked the location (it was very convenient to the freeway, but set back a bit from the road), the room was clean, we appreciated that there was no carpet, and the bathroom was very nice. However, the walls were very thin. We were near the elevator, which we could hear from our room, and we also had the joy of staying at the same time as a little league team, who decided to run around the hotel floors, banging on doors, and screaming. They were having fun and we got to hear every little bit of that fun.

I chose this hotel after my first year staying at Red Roof Inn. Although it is a bit more, you have a decent hotel when staying in Aberdeen. Next time, when I go to Aberdeen, this hotel is my first option. A little suggestion, there are some bars and restaurants around, it would be great to have a bar where people can hang out after a convention

I was greeted with a friendly smile as I arrived through the front door. Check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the in-room refrigerator. Also bigger than other hotels that offer it. The shower pressure was so relaxing. I usually can’t use hotel shampoo-conditioner's but I even like the way my hair felt. My only complaint I have was the mattress wasn’t that comfortable. My boyfriends back was hurting badly the next morning. Also the pillows were a bit too small. Overall, the location was great, right off 95, plenty of restaurants around. We will stay at a La Quinta again.

Bathroom door was out of plumb and kept closing. Shower door out of plumb and wouldnt stay closed. Floors were bubbled up like water damaged the subfloor. Made floors so noisy. 10ft ceilings could have been used to be 8ft and the 2ft filled in with soundproof insulation. Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at.

This is my go-to place for staying overnight when visiting family. Rooms are very nice, everything is clean, and the staff is terrific. Kudos to the young man on the front desk, very professional and friendly!

The young man at reception was not knowledgeable. Did not seem like he wanted to be bothered when we came to check in. Asked him questions and just seemed annoyed. Not very welcoming. Possibly needs some hospitality training.

This property was very clean. Handicap parking was very close! A miscommunication about shower was addressed by manager to my satisfaction. To help others, there is only one handicap room with a roll in shower and king bed. Others have a bathtub. Most regular rooms have a step in shower but not all so you must request in comments. We had one housekeeping request about something in our room. The manager resolved it in 45 minutes. Impressive! This is the 4th hotel I have stayed at in Aberdeen because we have family in the area and in my opinion it was the best! I will be back.

The manager and staff were amazing and so helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that youth baseball players with early games had breakfast available… setting up before their normal service time and providing food and service that was beyond expectation. Thank you!

When we arrived at the hotel a man not well dressed very nervous and surprised to see us was at the reception desk, we told him we had a reservation, he looked at the computer and said I can’t give you the room you booked, and kept on repeating that, he started to call someone that wouldn’t answer the phone and told me to contact Expedia to change the room, 20 minutes pass and he said he was going to the 3 floor to look for someone and came back and told us the person was taking a shower … oh boy by then I was messaging Expedia that called the hotel, when they hang up the phone the man got very upset and told me to stop talking with Expedia and again told me to hang up with them and not say anything because that would cause him trouble, we were scared but tired and after about 40 minutes we got the room keys. The room was nice, clean, good breakfast… but very bad reception…

I had checked in a little late. The front desk person was laying back on a sofa and didnt great us as welcome as I wished it could be. He just asked for my name and hats it. Gave us a room that was in front of elevator and there was much noise. The guest service person didnt tell us any information as for pool hours, breakfast and what is provided in the lobby. There has to be roper training for young guest services

Second stay - one night. Very convenient to I-95 (some traffic noise at night), located in a commercial area with other hotels, chain restaurants, gas stations. Overall the hotel is respectably clean, and the room was very clean. Shower needed simple repairs but was fully usable. Didn't have much interaction with staff. A short drive to Havre de Grace and there are better restaurants and a nice waterfront area.

The location is very convenient for traveling to. Close to BWI Airport, close to I-95 and all main roads. The check-in was easy, my room was easy to access from the lobby and from rear entrance. It was clean and had plenty of space inside. The dark curtains were cool. The staff (day and night) were friendly and professional. SHOUT OUT to this hotel for having a Veteran priority parking spot by the main entrance (see pics). Not only do they have Handicapped parking up front, but ... As a U.S. Marine veteran ... I appreciate that someone from the hotel also thought to have a spot for us who served our country. I got back late my first night and initially thought it was a handicapped parking spot until I read the sign.

It was a really nice stay. close to a lot of restaurants, etc. big room , it looks new. reasonably priced and our Kerry Blue Terrier was only 25.00. Which I don't like to pay because he is better than most children.

Close to Ripkin Stadium and across from Grumpy's. Overall clean and well kept. Staff pleasant and informative. Bring a night lite, we couldn't find one anywhere, unless you like going bump in the middle of the night. Decent for the money. Do not use Expedia to book, call the hotel directly. Couldn't cancel my reservation or even add an extra day without a $100 penalty through Expedia. Hotel reservation can change or cancel with in 24 hours.
