The air conditioning was either too low or too high- not comfortable in between. Very loud guests that were not dealt with by front desk staff. Slow elevators with several minute wait times. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Nice hotel equipped with everything we needed. The pool and gym were nice and clean. The included breakfast was good. Staff members are all friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Front desk staff member Taneese was really nice. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Really appreciate their hard work and attentiveness. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel did not have hot water, so we, and other guests in other rooms, could not shower. There was food in the refrigerator from previous guests. There was hair on the sink from previous guests shaving. Staff was kind and tried to accommodate, but they didn't have other available rooms.

We had no hot water the entire weekend despite reporting this to the front desk both days. Our friends in another room had the same issue and it was never remedied leaving us unable to shower. This is totally I acceptable and unexpected for a Hilton. Never again.

First time at any Hotel2suites; spacious rooms, great to have a full kitchen & fridge & even the light preventing blinds got me to sleep the entire night. Very fast elevators were good to have as well. Hallways were quiet. Only real complaint we had was the breakfast. Very little in the way of breakfast choices & that was when we got down there 1 hour after breakfast started. Bagels or egg sandwiches. It lacked either a breakfast meat or potato.

5/5 stars. We had a great stay in Room 408. Clean room upon arrival, friendly staff. Pool was open and available with no maintenance issues. Breakfast had a great selection (we were surprised by the options!). We enjoyed how clean the hotel was! Lobby was always mopped and smelled fresh. The hallway trash was never overflowing. I especially noticed as this hotel served for a sports location for travel ball. For us, this was a family trip to enjoy a middle point between Baltimore activities and hiking/state park activities. Good central location. The Kitchenette was great. Never used the hotplate although there is one available. The only feedback is reflected on the building itself not the staff: Bathrooms are very small, if on the toilet and someone open the door it will hit you. The clearance is barely there. The entrance is not clearly marked as others have stated and can be easily missed.

I Booked my adult daughter and her boyfriend a room after a visit. We cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at the Hilton Home2 Suites in Aberdeen! From the moment wewalked in, the entire property was spotless — everything felt fresh, modern, and so well maintained. It’s clear that the staff here takes great pride in keeping the hotel sparkling clean and comfortable. Chris at the front desk was truly outstanding. He was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure they felt right at home. Every interaction with him was warm, genuine, and helpful — exactly the kind of service that makes a hotel stay memorable. During their stay, they had just one minor issue, and I was so impressed by how Operations Manager Sam handled it. Our AC didn’t work and it was blowing hot air. Our thermostat said it was 88 degrees in there and when we went to ask the guy at the front desk if we could switch rooms, he said there was nothing he could do about it. Not a good stay unfortunately and we are not high maintenance or hard to please.

The room say queen sized beds are offered, that’s not what we received . These room have full size beds in them. When I asked for a room with a bigger bed I was told ‘the same size bed are in all of the rooms.’

The bed was not a queen bed. It was also very uncomfortable, we had horrible back pain. The ac/heat did not work, it just made loud helicopter noise. Breakfast was okay. Would not recommend.

The kitchen was great. There was a hot plate rather than a stove top. The rest of the kitchen was very nice especially the full-size refrigerator. The Hilton staff member (Christopher), went out of his way to help us when Orbitz did not connect our payment for our stay at the Hilton.

My entire travel experience from Texas was a disaster due to weather. So by the time I arrived to the hotel, I had been up almost 24 hours, no food, no drink. Ashley greeted me and was pleasant, accommodating and nice. I originally was going to stay until Saturday but I needed to extend but there were no more rooms so I had to check out. However, Ashley did everything to make my stay comfortable providing water and hot pockets which for me after the day I had was like a luxury meal. She also allowed me to send her my boarding info to print so I could get a rental car (o yea, my other rental had a flat). I would stay again. Great stay.

Checked in just before 9. Exhausted and ready for bed! Faith welcomed us and quickly checked us in. My son was hyped up and Faith engaged with his conversation while helping me do business and get me to my room. The next morning, Faith was still on site to continue convo with my son and even remembered his name. Breakfast was stellar! Fresh and ready for grab and go. Check in staff (especially Ms Ashley) was very welcoming and gave detailed information about the site’s amenities. The area is quiet, though not really walkable to places to eat or shop. Very clean. The pool was colder than I prefer, but enjoyable. This location hosts youth baseball teams (seemingly regularly) who took over the pool area for a bit during our stay and they seemed to enjoy themselves. Because of these large groups, finding availability to get a breakfast table was a bit tricky, but time it right and you will enjoy your meal. This location is quiet and is a good choice for families, groups and tourists. I would stay here again without hesitation

Stayed for a Ripken tourney and convenient to the fields and convenient to restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff friendly and accommodating. It is a pet friendly hotel so be ready for barking dogs in the morning.

5/5 stars. We had a great stay in Room 408. Clean room upon arrival, friendly staff. Pool was open and available with no maintenance issues. Breakfast had a great selection (we were surprised by the options!). We enjoyed how clean the hotel was! Lobby was always mopped and smelled fresh. The hallway trash was never overflowing. I especially noticed as this hotel served for a sports location for travel ball. For us, this was a family trip to enjoy a middle point between Baltimore activities and hiking/state park activities. Good central location. The Kitchenette was great. Never used the hotplate although there is one available. The only feedback is reflected on the building itself not the staff: Bathrooms are very small, if on the toilet and someone open the door it will hit you. The clearance is barely there. The entrance is not clearly marked as others have stated and can be easily missed.

Excellent stay. People at front desk warm and inviting on check in check out. Room lovely and large. Only problem was shampoo and body wash dispensers in shower both empty. Breakfast very nice, better than most! Coffee good and coffee very important :)

Stayed overnight to visit our son. Have stayed here a few times before with no issue. This time, however, it seemed the hotel has gone downhill. The air conditioner would not go under 72 degrees (very stuffy in the room), No vent in the bathroom (again stuffy and mold inducing), and they did not have any decaf coffee for breakfast. With the variety of hotels in the area, we probably will not stay here again

The room was awesome as far as clean and it’s great having a full fridge and freezer. Our air conditioner was making a horrible high pitched sound so I called to complain and even at 10:30 at night they were extremely accommodating and moved us to a new room! Breakfast was great as well, so many options!

First time at any Hotel2suites; spacious rooms, great to have a full kitchen & fridge & even the light preventing blinds got me to sleep the entire night. Very fast elevators were good to have as well. Hallways were quiet. Only real complaint we had was the breakfast. Very little in the way of breakfast choices & that was when we got down there 1 hour after breakfast started. Bagels or egg sandwiches. It lacked either a breakfast meat or potato.

The air conditioner was loud, banging all night. The blackout curtain could not be raised in the morning. The shower jet was almost painful, coming out in a sharp, concentrated flow. The breakfast area did not have enough utensils or plates and every table was messy

Great experience from the moment we checked in. The front desk woman was very friendly. The grounds, room, pool & gym were spotless clean. I also liked that they offered real dishes, bowls and cutlery at breakfast instead of paper and plastic (they did have paper /plastic too).
