They had canceled my reservation and gave my room away without notice even though it was already paid for. Checkin time was listed as anytime and I showed up around 11:40 pm from a late flight. While I was looking for another hotel to stay at, they told me the lobby was closing and I would have to go outside. The man behind the desk was kind enough to let me stay a little longer until I confirmed alternative accommodations. Overall a very stressful and unnecessary situation. Will not visit again.

I was berated and harassed by the maintenance employee, and I have filed a police report a formal report with North Colonie Police Department to address the incident

Centrally located, nice and clean, and a nice room with modern furnishings. The amenities are very basic but overall a great deal for the price for a great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping.
