Place was nice they are almost done with remodeling so as we left place was looking nice only breakfast area pending renovations. Staff was really nice and help us with room even if it was our error at a good cost and gave us free water as we were leaving . Good people workbthere

The staff is excellent—friendly, affable, and always willing to find solutions to any issues that arise. The rooms are impeccable, comfortable, and soundproof; they also block out light effectively. The kitchen is superb—clean and equipped with utensils, allowing guests to cook their own meals if they so desire. The beds offer Grade-A comfort and cleanliness, although the sofa bed could use an extra throw blanket to enhance its comfort, as well as a thicker sheet to provide adequate warmth against the cold. The air vents require cleaning; the slats show black traces of grime resulting from the dust circulating through the air conditioning ducts. They need to improve their room reservation service. I paid in advance for the suite I had booked, yet upon arriving at the front desk, I discovered it had been rented out to other guests. This caused me significant distress, as it resulted in my elderly parents and young children being split up—preventing me from being able to monitor their health or attend to any other needs that might have arisen. Despite the uncomfortable atmosphere caused by the ongoing renovations in the lobby, they maintained high standards of hygiene and cleanliness—standards that align well with the price point, and which I hope they will continue to uphold in the future. Excellent location. I recommend staying here, and I promise to use your services again. Plus point: the staff also provides assistance in Spanish.

Yes We would have preferred some pure vegetarian dishes availability Maybe it is difficult to get it??

First the positive. The breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are quiet. Beyond the fact that they are under renovations, which is dusty, inconvenient, and extremely loud, the pull out couches are horrible, don't even fit right when they unfold, and are so uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom door is way to big and you can barely fit past it to get in or out, and the trash bins and tissues are in the dumbest places ever. So even the renovated part is not well thought out or designed. We will never stay there again, even when the lobby part is finished.

The room was really comfortable & the windows opened! Loved that.
