We stayed 4 nights, visiting Boston and surrounding area. The 2 room King suite was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious, 2 full bathrooms & kitchenette. No in-room safe, which I thought was a standard hotel thing, and wouldn't have looked for in the room description - unless we just didn't find it lol. Pool area was great - quiet, lots of chairs & loungers. Only complaint - hours seemed very short, given there was no lifeguard on duty. 10am - 8pm, when presumably, a lot of guests are gone for the day & not hanging out at the hotel. We definitely do not get as much use of it, which was a bit disappointing for our kids. Staff were friendly & helpful. Felt like a safe area - nice mall nearby, close to grocery stores, and somewhat easy to commute into Boston via public transport. Easy drive to Salem & the beach in Gloucester.

The staff are super friendly. They have a coin laundry and it helped us since we stayed for 7 days. Only about 10 to 15 minutes to the city of Boston. I would say it's great price when you want to save. Full kitchen, large bedrooms. Not as pricey if you stay in the city, you'll save a ton.

Our stay was pleasant and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Christine at the front desk was the most welcoming, pleasant, and accommodating host I’ve ever had at a hotel. The kids loved the swimming pool. Other amenities like the gym, fire pit, and barbecue grilling area were nice additions.

We were told that there is a hotel shuttle that will take you anywhere local but we didn’t use it so can't confirm the service. The 24 hour gym is more than adequate. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. The train to Boston is only a 10 minute drive from the hotel. I only have 2 complaints, a $10 parking fee per night (why isn't that included since it's just a parking lot and no security gates?) I really didn't like the split toilet seat in the room. It made me think of a public restroom everytime I used it. Definitely not a deal breaker. I look forward to staying here again the next time I visit the Boston area.

We were in the area for a procedure at Lahey Hospital. Free shuttle back and forth, very convenient and helpful. Suite was great. Full refrigerator with freezer in small kitchen, two bedrooms. Very nice. Will recommend to others.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and each time it has gotten worse. Mirror was filthy, sheets were over bleached (caused rashes), multiple spiders, dirty dishes in cabinet, sofa covered with hair. Ended up getting back from event at 12:00am and leaving at 2:30am to drive 4 hrs back home. Will never stay there again.

All good. Wonderful breakfast. Need to lower the bed in the accessible room - too high for mobility impaired - even for many seniors I would imagine. Also - put a door separating bathroom sink from bedroom - it’s an issue if one person is sleeping and the other needs to turn on the light!

When we arrived to check in, the staff was immediately accommodating. Upon entering our room we received a phone call asking us if everything was as expected- I don’t think I’ve ever had that level of service at any hotel I’ve stayed at before. It was easy to get around the town nearby and there were so many dinner options to choose from. Would highly recommend this stay to travelers based on the hospitality of the staff as well as the convenient location.

My daughter had a staff member try to enter the room to clean it at approximately 9:40 am, when she was getting ready for a shower, when check out was at 12. If she hadn’t engaged the flip lock they would have entered. Housekeeping also came knocking again at 11:15 asking to come in a clean.

Styed here for daughter's graduation from university in Boston. We liked that the hotel was in a quite area outside of Boston. It was only 24 min to Boston in good traffic. Plenty of dinning and shopping options close to the hotel. The tripple suite was a perfect altenative to VRBO as there was 5 adults and a 1 year old. Plus there was free breakfast each morning!
