Appalachian Hotel

I accidentally booked the wrong night. Was told I would receive a refund for night I didn’t stay. Had to pay twice. Went to hotels and they said hotel denied my request. Basically they lied to get another night out of me at a higher rate. Dirtbag hotel and dirtbag liars. Would not of stayed second night because was truckers hotel.

Breakfast was incomplete the bathtub was peeling ( paint in the bathtub peeling )

The room was to be non smoking..but when you open the bathroom day smoke came in from room next door. Terrible! Room was clean ..bathroom very stinky. I also believe I got charged twice for this room! By hotel.com and Appalachian hotel. I will be looking in to getting my money refunded. Breakfast was very poor ...juice machine broke..food gone by 8:00
