Friendly service and a clean room. The TV was a good size and plenty of channels to choose from. The laundry machine worked well and was relatively cheap, and the free breakfast has a decent selection. WiFi signal was a little weak on the 3rd floor, and the water pressure in the shower could be higher. Overall a good stay, thank you!

It was a dark and stormy night - I could only park at the East end and the East end door was unusable. In the room, none of the surfaces were level.....

Staff friendly and very helpful. Check in and out was easy and quick. First time traveling with dog and was great! Had forgotten a few necessities and was able to run to very close Walmart and grab what we needed. Room was perfect and met our needs. Thank you.

There was hair in the toilet seat and the bathtub, there was a big pothole in the parking lot between the hotel and the gad stations next to the hotel

Other then the dog across the hall barking at every single noise all night long, the hotel has always been and will always be a favorite place for us!

Does not working laundry and pool

My experience was awesome. The free breakfast was good. The front desk lady was very helpful when our phone in the room wasn't working the lady was able to get us another phone. We stayed in room 304 👍 (sorry i forgot her name)

When we arrived, the heater hadn’t been on so it had to be in to get to room temperature while we left for our concert. It was 26 degrees and windy outside. The electric went off at 2pm due to the weather and remained off until even after we checked out. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but this eliminated several amenities such as the complimentary breakfast. The hot water did work with electric off.

Only problem I had I was in room one oh one and the door kept slamming all night. Nobody went out because the lock on the door was broke the side door to where you entering our room next to the door.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and this included the bathroom. Linens were in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is better lighting over the desk. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Columbus area.

The breakfast was not at all as expected. Very few options. The rooms were dirty. Stains on carpets in halls and room. Our bathroom had blood on the back of the door.

Booked this room in advance. It was in a LOT worse condition than pictures online portray. Smelled as soon as opened door. There were stains on bedding, hair in shower, floor was DIRTY, huge chunk out of tabletop counter, and items left in fridge, bathroom sink grimy, and red on bathroom door that could have been blood-not sure.Breakfast is really just cereal/ toast/ bagel/fruit. Would not stay here again unless extremely desperate.

My room was so terrible I did not stay! We checked in, went to the room and couldn’t tolerate the smell! I checked the bed and linens-no mattress pad or protection of any kind, pillows smelled terrible and the sides of the mattress in the room were pulled off and you could see the filler and the stains. The carpet in the hallway was not only old but awfully dirty, didn’t look like a vacuum had been used in days. I would recommend NO ONE stay at this hotel until it has a thorough cleaning, sanitizing and ozone treatment. I should not have to pay for this as I could not tolerate the cigarette/smoke smell.

The hotel is fine for the price. Limited breakfast options. Room was clean and comfortable. No frills. A place to sleep and nothing else.

By far, the cleanest Super 8 I’ve ever stayed at. Friendly staff, relatively quiet, easy check in and check out. Would stay again if I’m in the area.

STAY AWAY. This place is horrible. The photos online make you believe this is a decent hotel for the price. The "renovations" are cheaply done. There were still holes in drywall and musty smell throughout the building. My wife and I checked in and went up to room 315. First, the room smelled like literal dog piss. Seeing as this is a pet friendly hotel, it was shocking how overwhelming it was. Second, we rented a queen bed....these beds are a full. Third, the overall cleanliness of this property is HORRIBLE. My wife and I turned around and walked out. We booked this reservation through hotels.com. Hotels.com called the property and attempted to get a refund and the manager told us to pound sand. Super disappointed. Hotels.com is launching an investigation on this property for false advertising/marketing. Hotels.com did give a $25 voucher to help alleviate the financial burden. Screw this place, go stay at the COUNTRY INN & SUITES ACROSS THE STREET for $20 more a night!!!

This was by far the nicest Super 8 I have ever stayed in! Clean, friendly and the room was spacious! Missed having a bathtub and the walls a a little thin (could hear everything happening in the hallway!) But overall we were pleased!

Overall very good. Only downside was the water pressure.

Staff was friendly, bed was quite hard and the three pillows had the support that a bag of leaves would provide.

This property was great for parking and even had ice cream nearby. The one gripe I have is when my team of 20 and I were having breakfast in the common area, we were being watched and judged by the staff with blonde hair and black eyeliner. She was pacing back and forth through the tiny staff door behind the desk. She kept watching the cameras and looking back at us. If she had a problem, please tell us. When we cleared a table, she immediately turned to another guest and said "Sir, do you want a table? They're finally leaving." As if we didn't pay for the hotel room and the same right to same space that gentleman was entitled to. My teammate had an outburst and instead of approaching us quietly, she decided to yell at us "Excuse me! keep it down! Other people are sleeping!!" I understand there are rooms on the first floor but if we're in the common area with no noise restriction signs around, how are we supposed to know. I think her demeanor was just very unprofessional. Additionally, I give 5 stars to the woman who checked us in. She was organized and was efficient in checking in 5 rooms. Shes also blonde but very slim and very kind.

The property was fine, nice and quiet. But when checking in, the very young girl at the desk was very very rude! Screaming at me when I was asking certain questions about parking, etc. I will never stay here again as long as that young girl is at the desk! She wanted copies of my ID and credit card. I told here i didnt want a copy of my credit card made where anyone can see it. She screamed its our policy and you can take it or leave it. She made a long tiring day all that much more upsetting. And I hadnt eaten since 3pm but i was afraid to even ask her about food service or where to get it. She is NOT customer friendly!

I booked this hotel and when I tried to check in at 12:30am, the girl at the front counter, told me her name was Anna. Said sorry can’t check you in now our system is rebooting. I can maybe check you in in 60mins to 2 hours go wait outside. I told her I had booked the hotel for 4 nights and me and my family were tired and we should not have to wait 2 hours to get our room. I asked her to call a manager to figure something out, she said he was on vacation then he was sleeping and she was not going to wake him up. She told me to leave and even if I came back in two hours she would not check me in, to go get another hotel room. I spoke professional and clam with her, and she told me to leave when I told her she did not have to raise her voice to me. Glad you have an employee that freely losses money for your hotel. Then I called hotels.com to get my money refunded as this was thus hotel canceling my room to get a refund and I have to wait for them to e-mail the hotel manager to refund me, that was 5 days ago, still no refund. I also used my free night in this stay which I could not use when I rebooked another hotel at 1am in the morning!!!! Anna has the worst customer service ever. We stayed at this hotel the week prior and while I was waiting to get some towels she was very rude to a man that could not speak English and was using a translator app. She is the worst!!! Hotles.com I want my hotel stay refunded and my free night back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anna is the worst employee. She has a poor attitude and is awful at her job. You will lose business as long as she works there.

The hotel offered a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast selection was a bit limited—mostly consisting of creamy cheese and bagels. A few more options would have elevated the morning offerings.

I did not pay much for this hotel stay, so I wasn't expecting a whole lot either. The room was sufficiently clean, not spotless. The hotel receptionist was sufficient, not very friendly. The bathroom supplies were sufficient, not luxurious. The free breakfast would keep you from starving, but not nutritious or tasty (2 kinds of cereal or bagel or toast). Basically, I only slept here and kept my things here and it was sufficient for those purposes.
