I don't write reviews, but writing one to warn others about this property. There is no lift so if you're on floor 4 that's 5 stairs you'll have to drag heavy luggage up. There is no one around - this I knew, but in which case you probably need better means to communicate with guests from other countries rather than kiosk and translate app. My room was not clean, there were hairs everywhere and I discovered blood on the duvet. I asked to be moved to another room and they refused to accommodate this, saying they don't have an equivalent sized room (i.e. refused to offer me an other available room which was more expensive than mine). The temperature control was broken and as this is an unmanned hotel no one could fix it for 24 hours. The icing on the cake was when I returned one day after "housekeeping" has been (they don't clean btw they just replace towels). And had left my door wide open for anyone to walk in. This is not a hotel I would ever recommend. Please avoid at all costs. It is horrid.

Wow. Where to even start. In all my travels, I have never experienced such a bad hotel. The worst from A to Z. Location: Upon arriving. The hotel is a tiny sliver in what is a dark, dirty, roach infested alley way. It was so low key and had no lit signs that we had driven around the block 3 times to find it. Check-in: Yes, under the description, it states that this hotel does not have a front desk (something even flea ridden motels have) but the intercom staff were completely useless in addressing concerns. Accomodations: There are no elevators. Yes, you read that right. In 2025, there are 4-5 story buildings without an elevator. This is something written on their page but not something in my wildest dreams, I would have thought of having to check. Never would I have ever thought of listing an elevator in a first world country as an accomodation. Turns out they had us go to the 4th floor. Imagine carrying three 40-50 pound luggages up to the 4th floor in the dead middle of summer. The TV remote controls never even worked and while the name of the actual hotel includes "SPA" in it and has pictures of spas inside the rooms, there were none. Clear cut lie and deceptive advertising. Room: Filthy. There were past customer hairs everywhere, a stained blanket, and everything had dust on it. Turn away. Run. Never ever consider this hotel. It is comparatively, not cheap and certainly not worth the price they ask for. We ended up leaving early to a different hotel.

Check in was a little clunky, but well see how it goes the next time. 10/10 would stay again

우선 연박인데 청소도 불편하고 상주 직원도 없고 엘베도 없어서 짐 있으면 헬이고 짐 맡길 곳도 없으니 참고하세요. 이색적이고 이쁘긴 해요.
