The stay was great! The accommodations were very nice. I can see us staying here again in the near future. The host, Daisy, who made breakfast, was beyond kind and accomodating. We didnt get to swim, but the pool area was always clean and clear of hazards. We absolutely will stay here again!

Elevator was out of order. Found out upon checkin so too late to switch to another hotel. I had a fair amount of things I could not leave in car overnight so disappointing to have to haul it up the stairs when I was exhausted. Check in clerk didn’t offer an apology, just “the stairs at that end of the hall are closest to your room.”

The hotel was fresh smelling, not masked, clean and kept up nicely. The beds were on good shape and did not have body sinkholes. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service during our 2 night stay. But everything else was great. The breakfast was also great. The room decor was very traditional and home feeling,

Pretty simple stay. It is right of the Highway and convenient to get to. Room was clean and up to date. I used the treadmill in the morning and the fitness room was nice and served its purpose. The free breakfast was quick and pretty good. I prefer to stay at middle of the road hotels. I don’t need fancy. I need clean, modern, safe and close to the Highway. This hotel provided all of that for under $200. I’d easily stay again.

We were VERY disappointed with The Hampton! We have stayed in Hampton's before, however, this one was FILTHY! There was MOLD in the shower in many places...obviously not cleaned. The toilet was not solid to the floor and it rocked back and forth. The staff was less than friendly! Very short-tempered. Talk about being cheap...this was the place! You had to ask for EVERYTHING! No Kleenex, 2 towels...that was it! We didn't realize that some of The Hamptons are owned by individuals and not The Hilton. The owners of this place were CHEAP! NEVER AGAIN!

This will be my last stay at a Hampton Inn. The last 4 times have been hard or old springy beds, musty smells from air conditioning and not at all what a Hampton use to be. They use to have the most comfortable beds and pillows and it has really gone downhill.

We found this facility good enough. The room was layed out well and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have coffee and tea available 24/7 and the ice machine was very convenient and nice. Very much appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. We had multiple food options all within walking or very short drive distance. Opportunities for improvement would include a little better cleaning. We found a pair of used socks on the floor just under the corner of one bedspread so that made me wonder how well important areas in the bathroom had been cleaned. Also really hate tissue paper thin toilet paper but that seems to be what every hotel uses now. Lastly, we couldn\'t turn the air conditioner down as low as we like for sleeping. None of these "opportunities" would keep us from staying there again but, for the price, I think we could do better.

Rooms in our floor were smoking marijuana. It was so bad, the smoke and smell were filteri g into the hallway and our room. There was so much smoke, that the fire alarm went off. The staff did nothing to calm the fears of hotel guests. No appologies for the disgusting odor inbthe hallway ir our room. Will not stay here again

The person at desk was not very friendly, I booked through Hotel.com which did not mention an extra dog fee, I specifically booked for 3 adults & a dog. I mentioned the dog at check in and there was a 75$ extra fee & I said it didn't say that on the booking site he acted rude about the 3rd party booking site how you weren't responsible for their sites. He said hatefully that it was stated on Hamptons web site . Which I did not use, there should be better communications , it was late we were tired and a rude person at the desk and the additional charge was not appreciated.

Difficult to find but once there was a pleasant stay of one night. Allow plenty of time to locate as freeway construction and traffic were hideous. Not the hotel’s fault but something to consider.

The staff was friendly and the appearance of the the place was nice. It is close to dinning areas and the casino. I would recommend the Hampton for others and will continue to stay here for my outings and vacations. I enjoyed it. The breakfast was good also.

We had 2 rooms. One room was very quiet. Liked how convenient it was to shopping and variety of restaurants. One room was next to the ice machine and air conditioning was not working. Not much variety at breakfast and the "hot" portion was lukewarm.
