Beautiful rooms with essentials for long stays. I like having separate living space when I travel. The only issue I had was the water wouldn’t stay a consistent temperature. It would go from ice cold to scalding to like warm in a matter of seconds. The gym wasn’t much but it was good enough to get a workout in. Overall good stay and I booked another week long stay.

We loved the area this hotel was in! Easton is a great spot. Hotel was nice, breakfast was more than decent and staff were very friendly. The only negative thing is that the hot tub could use a lot of maintenance - it wasn’t very good. Our room was also right close to the front door which caused us to hear it open and close often but wasn’t terrible. We would stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly located in walking distance to restaurants and a ton of shopping. Area is a safe area of Columbus. The hotel is immaculate. Outside swimming area and fire pit is beautifully kept. Swimming pool is heated until October 1. The two bedroom suite accommodated four of us with extra space.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was awesome! The internet was sketchy the entire 2 weeks I was there. They weren’t always able to resolve the issue, so internet streaming any movies on the TV wasn’t working. If you’re traveling for business and need reliable internet, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The only other complaint I have involves fellow guests preparing meals in their rooms that had really strong odors. One night it was a really strong Indian food smell, and the other was fish. It was truly stifling and permeated the entire 3rd floor. To each his own - but if this concerns you, a suite may not be for you. The laundry room is free , and that was a nice perk. There’s only one washer and dryer, but it has a quick cycle, and I never had to wait.

There’s so much to do in the surrounding area all within walking distance -shopping, dinning etc. However if you need a car like we did to go elsewhere parking is easy. Night security was clearly evident which made us feel safe with coming in super late. The room was clean and beds are super comfortable. We slept great!

Overall we had a nice stay! No issues really. I would say the beds are a bit hard and there was a musty type smell in our hallway area! I would stay again though because the rooms were nice and staff was helpful and friendly. Walking distance to local eating and shopping was a plus!

Everything was clean, the staff were great. Only issue we had was that there were repeatedly multiple baby spiders in the bathroom and in the bed. I brought this up to the staff at the front desk and they were eager so solve the problem and get the room sprayed. Overall the stay was great for a nice weekend away.

Check in was very simple and fast, which was wonderful. However, we were right outside the staircase on the second floor, and it was VERY loud all night long. Additionally, the safety parking car had lights on all night - which is great to feel safe, but the blinds did not block out the flashing lights, which was distracting all night. Bathroom was NOT clean, there was mold all over shower curtain and tub had not been cleaned. Breakfast would have been great, but the food was gone before 8 AM, with no refills.

Although it did seem to have a slapped on renovation recently, it still smelled bad in the hallways and in the rooms and was just overall dirty. For paying $392 a night I would have not expected to find hair in the shower, stains on the sheets, and crumbs all over the couch cushions. Last time I was in town for a CBJ game I stayed at the Hilton next to the arena in a an amazing upper floor 1 bedroom suite almost twice the size for less. This time I thought by the pictures and reviews that it was much nicer than what it actually is. It isn't the first time I've been scammed by a hotel but it's the last time I will by any Marriott property for sure!

Room was clean shower has seen better days, water pressure ok, door extremely pound no matter what no big deal unless you have a baby and moma sleeping and your trying to slide in/out then very inconvenient. Would stay again potentially for location.

Overall decent stay. The rooms were dated, not modern at all, easy to tell upkeep has been rough. scratches on walls, few things falling apart like cabinets. Would ideally need renovations. Location is great, in Easton area, with plenty of parking.

Most thoughtful and efficient staff. The quality of staff was equal to a 4 star hotel. Front desk staff went out of their way to anticipate needs and ensure you were happy. Kitchen staff anticipated need of dietary restrictions of a Muslim family dining next to them and brought them non pork products. Super clean. Well maintained. Overall a great experience.

We always stay here when we visit Columbus. This time was a little different since it was just me & my child. I requested to switch rooms due to a safety/window issue & they were so accommodating. The whole staff deserves praise for how nice they are.

Great price for being in Easton. Great are for shopping and dining. However the front desk seems a bit confused and just blew off my question by saying I don’t know. Never got an answer why my wake up call never came trough

This is the best location to stay for an Easton shopping trip. It is within walking distance of everywhere so once you park, you really dont need to get back in your car until you leave. I stay here everytime we come to Columbus.

The room was nice, it was clean and perfect for 2 couples sharing. The beds were not comfortable, they’ve been slept on one too many times without being replaced. The toilet in our room randomly ran throughout the night. The trash was picked up at 630am and there were constantly people loading their vehicles outside of our room so a lot of noise. The Easton Market was perfect walking distance with lots of restaurants. Staff was super nice but couldn’t tell me why they were charging my card another $1020 after we had already paid-thankfully my fraud alert declined it. Jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi and breakfast was good but they were consistently running out of stuff.

Was expecting an amazing breakfast. It was… ok. They didn’t have their waffle maker out for the weekend which was a huge disappointment for the kids. The rest of the food was ok. Light out in the main room and a little smaller overall than expected.
