1.Room is good.Check in staff ok 2.Parking in gravel lot far from hotel is not cool at $10/day 3.Waited more than 20 minutes at airport in cold weather on Sunday night (11/17/24 from 11:07-11:30) for shuttle/had to call multiple times.The driver argued that he came and didn’t see us which is not true.We stood there asking every white vehicle if it is Fairfield pick up(one driver said look for white van)

We were only there to sleep as we had a late flight and couldn’t get a rental car until morning. My only complaint is that the free shuttle ended at midnight so we had to take an expensive and ridiculously short ride to the hotel. The free breakfast was wonderful.

I will never stay at this hotel again! You should have it better staffed. When we have an early flight and you have no shuttle drivers! Common sense tells you people stay at the airport hotels so we can get to the airport! It was a choice between Marriott and Hilton. No choice again. I will always go to Hilton the prices were the same

The staff are friendly the hotel is clean and convenient. The bar is phenomenal. They do not offer food but breakfast. The shuttle to airport is great and convenient. Our one night stay was nothing but a great overall experience for our trip to Florida flying out of Columbus Airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly. But that’s where it ends. The room was dirty which I didn’t notice the dirty towel, step out towel by the shower or the Mac and cheese bowl in the trash until I was settled. It was like someone showered and ate dinner and forgot to clean up after themselves - like they got distracted. I got there late for an early morning flight. I don’t plan on staying there again.

I have stayed here before, but this time around I experienced some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom. First the toilet water tank would run every 5-10 minutes. The shower curtain also smelled bad, like a sour, moldy, mildewy smell. The pillows were too soft for me, and I could not sleep well (partly because I did not bring my CPAP machine). The noise from the toilet water tank running also contributed to me waking up from very light sleep. Only one of two elevators were working, and that elevator had a 1st floor button that was very difficult to press to activate. Other than these issues the staff was very courteous and prompt, and the free breakfast was decent.

The first room that was assigned was not cleaned from the previous occupants and the first thing we saw was the ironing board. After calling the front desk, we were assigned another room in which we found food in the refrigerator and a dirty wash cloth under the sink. Very disappointed!

This property was fine. The staff I encountered were very friendly, however I found it to be a bit overpriced. We paid $180 for one night. The hotel was a dated, poorly lit, and the water took about 6 minutes to get warm for the showers each time. Very convenient location, free breakfast, the staff, and free airport shuttles were the highlights.

My flight was delayed and got pushed to the next day so I had to find a hotel and I just picked the closest to the airport. After a long day of traveling and having to be at the airport by 4:30am the next day I just wanted a hot shower but there is no hot water in this room. Tried for 20min, didn’t even get warm. So awful.

I've stayed at this property multiple times and have always enjoyed Mya yay. This time though I stayed on the second floor and the whole night I could hear water running from the other rooms and/or every move they were making in their rooms. She as you can imagine I didn't sleep well. A little disappointing.

You can’t get more convenient than this if you need an airport stay in Columbus! I was very surprised at how quiet it was given the proximity to the airport. The hotel was clean, lots of parking and easy check in / out!

It is midnight and I have not slept. The banging doors, loud voices and laughing have gone on all night. I don’t mind the planes, this the airport, but I think the hotels should be made of stronger construction and quieter for guests trying to rest. On the plus side Pam and all the other representatives were so very nice and kind. It is not their fault the the room doors slams shut hard and that the guests can be heard laughing and screaming all night. I would stay again and bring my noise cancelling AirPods, just because the guest services are so great! 😀

When i checked in they ask me if i had already done so online. Even when i was adamant thay i had not, they gave me keys to a room thar had someone already in it. I even asked "there isn't going to be a strange person in there when i walk in?" They said "nah" and that was it. I walked into a room with someone already inside. When i went back downstairs, i didn't even get an apology, just new room keys and they let me have a free bottle of water. Horrible and unsafe situation, I should have been refunded immediately and at least given an apology!

The housekeeping never cleaned the room or changed the bed sheets. I ask 4 times and each time I was told they would, but they did not. I ask the front desk, a manager on our floor, and I ask the cleaning staff directly. I had to hunt for clean towels every morning. I was there three nights/days and our trash piled up. The front desk staff lacked professionalism. I would ask them a question and their response was very vague and never make eye contact. Their responses came across as if we were inconveniencing their time. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

When I raised the issue, the receptionist assured me that the duplicate charge would be refunded once my Expedia reservation was processed. This is definitely an airport hotel. Fortunately the planes don’t take off or land at night. A bit of a challenge to get into the entry drive… since it is directly off the airport arrival/departure lanes

I was afraid it would be noisy next to the airport and elevator, but it wasn’t. The breakfast was delicious!!! More than a continental breakfast! Facilities is clean and inviting. Only down fall was not near any restaurants.

Great location close to the airport. Made the morning dropoff very easy. Clean room, very friendly staff. Limited dining options without getting back in airport traffic. We ate at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn restaurant, within walking distance, good food. Breakfast was not so good, especially the hot items. Turkey sausage on not so good biscuits. They did have fruit and muffins that were okay.

The hotel and staff was great for the most part. However, when you are told breakfast is available until 10 and then you arrive at 9:30 to no hot food at all and other items being limited it is very frustrating. I asked if they were bringing out kore food and they said there is no more. Another guest complained because he experienced the same thing at 9am a week earlier. Very frustrating and upsetting when you spend $160 on a room for a night and get a single tiny muffin and bruised banana as your breakfast.

Besides McDonalds there are no restaurants around. Wish there was a restaurant in the hotel. Staff were great! Nice that they had a laundry too.
